It's important to be cautious with dormers; they can lead to water issues if not handled by skilled roofers. The workmanship looks excellent, with shingles aligned properly and solid structural work. So far, there haven't been any leaks after six months. Any minor imperfections seem to be due to the lumber suppliers, as straight boards can be hard to find. I mainly communicated with Jace, who was very knowledgeable and friendly while handling the insurance company during our texts. The on-site foreman, Oliver, was great as well. The crew was very hardworking, and I noticed a lot of hammering and energetic movement on the roof. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves; I only found a small amount of roofing nails around the house, with no shingle pieces or other debris. It's always a good idea to check your area with a magnet after any work involving nails or screws, just to be safe.

William came over for inspection on Tuesday. He quickly identified the issue, clarified the problem and the required solution, and even took photographs before and after the repair while he was on the roof for my understanding. While this could have easily been a perfect rating, the actual roofing job began sometime in early summer and it took a few weeks to wrap everything up. They informed us that they wouldn't be able to forecast or evaluate this need until the old shingles were removed. However, in retrospect, we should have done more to understand and set the cost beforehand. Nevertheless, the final result was fair - they showed us what needed to be replaced and why, and the pricing was reasonable. There was also a matter concerning the flashing where the single-story garage roof meets the siding of the two-story house. It required some discussions as we tried to figure out what was wrong. But most importantly, Oliver and his team corrected the issue, leaving us pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Oliver and his crew. Even though we faced some challenges, the way they handled and resolved these problems is what makes me comfortable sharing this feedback.
