StormPro’s repaired a section of my roof that began leaking due to a poorly installed satellite dish. I noticed the leak during a storm and immediately called StormPro’s since I have used them for rain gutter and concrete work in the past. They came out that evening, inspected the damage and were able to get the repairs done same day. My roof came out great, the leak is fixed and my old and ugly satellite dish was removed from the roof. If you’re looking for fast, professional and quality service, I’d highly recommend StormPro’s.

Storm Pro's took care of some stained concrete work on my patio and pool deck insuring it wouldn't have cracks. They matched the stain colors and sealed it like new!

Everything that needed to be done was done professionally and they knew exactly what needed to be done to save what was left of my home and they documented everything so that my insurance was satisfied and paid my claim without question! I appreciated that Omar kept us informed of everything happening such as materials ordered and timing. He also kept us informed of the weather in case we had to change anything. Their crew was on time when they showed up and got the job done in no time. I was also very thankful for the warning Omar gave us in taking care of our dog prior to coming out.

His crew covered up our pool to make sure no debris would fall in it. When they cleaned up, it was as if they were never there!

Turning to Stormpros after my property was damaged by a hailstorm was the best decision I have ever made. Both, Steve and Omar took over, making this an absolutely pain-free experience. They were always there to answer questions, offer genuine advise, provide excellent service, and oversee the entire project from start to finish. By far the best contractors to work with.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. We had a pipe burst which flooded multiple rooms in our house. They came promptly and was very pleasant and accommodating. The owners came to pull the carpets and start water remediation. They all were so kind. I will be using them for any issues that I have in the future.

During the severe winter temperatures Texas had to endure many of us had lost our power and water. I left my apartment along with my partner to ensure his parents were safe as they are older. While we were there a pipe bursted and flooded the first floor of their home. We scrambled to drain and mediate what we could that entire day. We were exhausted and without water. I rang several companies and all plumbers/restoration services were completely booked for weeks. I came across Storm Pros by reference and they were our saving grace. I spoke to Omar and he helped us entirely. I appreciated his patience, understanding, and urgency. Him, I believe Steve, and his crew helped our family in our time of need and we are so so so thankful for that. Speaking with them felt like I was speaking with family. Had a roof replaced by a different company 2 yrs ago and it already needed replacement. Omar and Steve came to the house and explained everything we would need and that they would work with us to make things right. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. They came on time and my roof was finished in a day. They found the problems we had and took care of them replacing bad decking on the roof. If you need a roof replaced or repaired these are the guys to call. After the spring hailocalypse of 2019, I just knew my roof was literally on its last leg. Everyone in my neighborhood had sign after sign after sign of roofing companies. It was all really overwhelming. As a single homeowner, I had no idea where to start, but as an old aging millennial, I knew I could turn to ole trusty google to get a start.

I looked at a few places online, but reviews were either super underwhelming, old or terrible. I decided to start looking at the most recent reviews and landed on Storm Pros. I went to their site and saw that they specialized in what I figured I needed, and dealt with the spawn of satan, insurance.

Omar called me straight away, scheduled a visit and came over pretty much the next day. He brought Steve over and they walked the property then sat with me and told me that I was right. My roof had passed on to the other side. Luckily I had already gotten my insurance guy out to look at it, and Omar/Steve looked at everything and agreed. I felt they were really truly trying to help rather than rubbing their palms together, giggling with dollar signs in their eyes.

I decided to bite the bullet and go with them. We decided to wait until the season ended. When we finally got to it, they were in and out while I was at work. They talked about how whoever installed the house did a really super fantastic job (hope you hear sarcasm). Corners had been cut big time, so they upgraded my roof. They missed one thing they said they would fix, but immediately solved the problem.

Honestly, their dealings with insurance has been my favorite part. I am terrible at talking money and such, but they really have been fighting for me (and them).

I have nothing but positive things to say about them and I am a little annoyed that I don’t see a lot of their signs in yards. You guys... you need to get it together and call them. They’ve been really good to me and I will use their services from here on out. Thanks guys!!!

I'd been putting off getting new gutters for the whole house until one of the recent long lasting downpours in Allen. I contacted Storm Pros and had a measurement done in 24 hours. I also had a unique situation involving the patio cover. Omar came out and told me how he could make everything work. Gutters were installed 2 days later and a bad storm came through shortly after that - the patio stayed dry and I was able to grill burgers. Great Job! These guys are definitely PROS.

Awesome. Storm Pros were very quick to respond to some hail and wind damage. Coming out the next day to cover the affected area while we all worked with the Insurance. i worry a lot about work of this size, but they took all of my worries away with good communication and work.

WONDERFUL company. Omar and Steve are honest, knowledgeable, accessible, and personable. Their crew is the same. I actually called them accidentally and it turned into the best mistake I’ve made (thought I was calling one of the “big” roofing
companies! They are SO much better! You are not just a number.) They do more than roofing... they’ve done gutter work for us, roof patching, and will be staining and covering our pergola. SO impressed.

i really liked working with Omar- his team installed gutters on my home. They came in, gave me a great estimate, installed the gutters quickly and they look great! I definitely plan to call him when I need my roof replaced.
