Mike Sells was exceptional in getting our roof replaced. He’s so professional, very detailed, explained everything. Gave us a folder with all the details. Workers arrived on time, worked all day, no lunch break. Everything was covered and safe. When they were finished, cleaned entire area to a T. Owners were even here to greet us. Jonathan Cluiss was great. He inspected my roof and was very thorough. Took pictures to show me some areas of concern. Gave me a good quote for repair but I have not saved that amount test. He came back and fixed a few areas of concern to save me some time to save up! Did it free. When I am ready they will do my roof!

I had a leak in my roof along with other damage and made an insurance claim. Qualis not only made sure my claim was correct, they applied great detail in their work. The salesman was at my house the day of the install and even stayed afterwords to pick up remaining material after the install crew left. The type of shingle they installed looks so much better than most other companies shingles in Abilene and I’ve even had neighbors comment on how much better my roof looked than before. Thank you!

I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from Qualis. When the Memorial Day hail storm damaged our roof, a friend suggested I contact David with Qualis. He responded quickly and was super to work with. He met with our adjuster and took care of things from there. The roof was installed in short order by a crew that took their work seriously and worked as professionals. They cleaned up well and took care of all of the details. Nothing was left undone.

Qualis put a new roof on my house a few days ago. Communication through Dominick was excellent. I did have many questions and Dominick always responded quickly. The materials and roofing crew arrived on time. My house and outbuilding were finished in one day. The roofing crew was meticulous cleaning up. I couldn't find any roofing scraps or nails in the yard. This company's performance deserves 10 stars.

Having recently switched insurance carriers my Qualis project lead helped me navigate the claim which required filing through my prior policy. The inspection was thorough and I felt like I had an advocate through the process. Communication has been thorough, but not over-bearing or pushy.

Qualis replaced my roof in 2020. We were met with great push back from my insurance company but Qualis went to bat for me and won the battle. I had impact resistant shingles on my old roof. Insurance didn’t want to replace with like shingles but Qualis came through with the evidence that convinced insurance.
