We learned from our home’s previous owners that our roof was installed by Signature Roofing, so we called to get the warranty transferred. Bill was very responsive and had what we needed to contact the warranty company. We also asked about having a vent stack replaced. It seems a prior plumbing remodel left a temporary stack in place and it was not holding up and causing a leak. He was able to come out and take care of it within 2 days before the next rain. Very responsive, friendly even while distancing during COVID, and not overpriced.
