We recently had our roof replaced by Elevated Contracting. Initially I contacted them to get a second opinion and quote after receiving an estimate from another company. Not only did they come in significantly lower in price but also alerted us to the fact that there was significant hail damage. They walked us through the entire process of filing a claim with our insurance company, inspections, and through to the completion of our roof! Taking the extra time was so worth it.
The crew that completed our project was extremely professional, worked very hard and cleaned up everything, including all the nails! They pushed through past the 8 hour day to complete the project in 12 hours!!

Elevated really earned their name with us - they are definitely "elevated" above the competition. After going round and round with the insurance company and a couple other contractors for several years, Elevated came in and was able to help the insurance company understand the extent of the damage, and a new roof. The workers did an outstanding job installing shingles as well as metal roof. It all turned out beautiful. On top of it, they protected our shrubs and left the jobsite in a clean condition. Kory came by within a day after I called about our roof leak. The estimate came shortly after that and it was repaired the following day. Wonderful response and great work.

Our house was built in the 70's and we had glass doors in our master bedroom which were very much outdated, folding closet doors in the hallway, and 2 guest bedrooms that were just replaced with updated, beautiful new master bedroom doors, a beautiful new linen closet door that slides instead of folds and 2 guest room doors. I thought the master bedroom doors would make the bedroom look smaller, but was happily surprised how gorgeous they came out looking and gave the upstairs a fresh, beautiful, clean look.
Everyone was so professional, considerate and they kept in constant contact with us from beginning until end. We are remodeling our house and will definately be using Elavated Contracting! We have the entire upstairs to remodel, 3 bedrooms, a hallway and 2 bathrooms. I can't wait to see how beautiful it will look when we remodel! This company is fabulous!

Before replacing my roof, I had another roofing company for areas that had visible leaks. Despite their efforts, I continued to have problems. After thorough research, I contacted Elevated Contracting and received immediate response from their project manager, Luca Sansone, who came within couple of days to take a look at my roof. He found many areas of hail and wind damage. From the time I filed a claim with my insurance company, Luca took over with all the paperwork, drawings, pictures, measurements, many trips to my house and much more. He showed proactiveness and professionalism from day one. It's because of him that the insurance company covered my entire roof to be replaced. This is not to mention his help in choosing the right color and the impeccable job his 8-11 person team along with a foreman did in replacing my roof. They installed ice and water shield all around my 8,000 Sq. Ft. roof. They corrected other problems and also installed ice and water shield lining along with copper around my chimneys and skylights. The team came on time and some days put in 12 hours of work. They thoroughly cleaned up everything after finishing the job. The result is that I have a beautiful roof and a peace of mind. This review is not a reflection on entire company but just an inspector from Elevated that I've engaged with. I was assigned an inspector to inspect our roof due to water damage from rain. Come the day of inspection with the our Insurance adjuster, the inspector from Elevated didn't want to go up to the roof! And waited an hour in the car for the adjuster to come and asked adjuster to use his latter to go up and was refused due to liability. He then proceeded to ask me to reschedule the adjuster to another day because he didn't have a latter! Which I refused and thanked him for waiting an hour to let me know that. My experience was totally different than my next door neighbor, which had good things to say because they did their roof.

Very knowledgeable and professional! Harjot arrived on-time for our estimate, thoroughly inspected our roof and skylights and only recommended work that really needed to be done. (No exaggerated problems or pushy salesmanship). Courteous and communicative, he was a pleasure to do business with.

I can’t say enough with how amazing our experience with Elevated was! I have had installations by big box stores; they have been full of delays, hidden costs, errors & frustrations.

Elevated replaced 21 windows in our home. 1 of which started as 2 double hung windows, replaced by a very large picture window (so there was some construction involved). It was done seemlessly. From planning, designing, and scheduling to installation, I cannot say one negative thing. They delivered early & within budget. I’ve never had such an easy and satisfying home improvement project.

Nevertheless, the hailstorm did enough damage that it all needed to be replaced. My property insurance company was not very helpful, but Luca Sansone communicated with them extensively to explain what needed doing and they finally approved the full cost to replace the entire roof.

Elevated Contracting completed the entire replacement in one day and was very thorough with their cleanup. Elevated Contracting replaced our roof in August. We thought for a couple of years we needed a new roof, but dreaded the hassle of actually getting it done. When we finally bit the bullet and hired Elevated, I wished I’d done it years ago! Their entire team was fantastic! After a hail storm last summer (2022) our roof like many suffered damage. For weeks, contractors drove through the community offering free estimates and the pitch to "help us." The conversation with Spencer didn't feel like I was being sold to or a waste of my time. Throughout the process in working with us and our insurance company, there was complete transparency and professionalism. When the team came to replace our roof, Spencer promised us they would complete the job within 3-days and would clean up behind themselves. Things didn't quite workout that way... the team completed the job in 2 days, cleaned up so well, they even grabbed the deck umbrella that was damaged during the hail storm that I laid alongside the house (to eventually put out for bulk trash pick-up). Our yard and bushes looked as though they were never there. Spencer called us the day before the team arrived, the days the team worked on the roof, the day after the team left and he even stopped by a week or so later just to take a look at the job.

I Had other roofing companies look at my roof and say there was a 50% chance insurance would approve a new roof due to hail damage from a year ago. They didn’t want to spend the effort in submitting a claim and reinspection with my old insurance company. Spencer sat at my dinner table and answered concerns about insurance rate increases, materials and warranties. He then helped with the claim over the phone, reinspected the roof with my former insurance company and had a new roof put on my house in a day. The installation crew was fantastic in that they left my yard clean and beautiful just as when they started. From start to finish everything was done within 30 days.
