I just had a new roof put on my house by Signature Roofing Co. The job was done in two days and the roof looks great. The people are incredibly hard working and were skilled at what they did.
Based on my experience I would not hesitate recommending the company.

Dave was responsive and professional during the entire process. From the roof inspection to the quote to working with us on color choice and other details. Compared to the other roofing companies he was a pleasure to work with. The roof work was done professionally and his crew did a great job. I'd recommend Signature Roofing to all of my friends and family.

David and his crew from Signature Roofing did an incredible job on our roof from start to finish. We were so impressed with every aspect of the job, from the roof inspection, to the quote, to the completion of the job, (including the owner's personal inspection to make sure that we were satisfied with every aspect of the process). Dave and his team put a new roof on our house, a recent addition, and our shed. We are so pleased with the result. Dave is very knowledgable, and since he is so popular we were able to drive by a roof he did and see the color and supurb job. He and is crew are awesome and we highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough positive things about David and his team. The only negative is that David only does roofing/skylights and that it is impossible to duplicate him so he could be a contractor for everything you could possibly need. He has been the best contractor we have ever worked with, by far. Right from the start, David had the best communication we have seen from ANY contractor we have ever dealt with. David always returns calls or emails within the day and is so kind and professional during communications. When he showed up for the estimate, he had a folder of information prepared that detailed everything that goes into a full roof replacement and different options, warranties, financing options, etc. This may not seem like much, but it showed us how detailed and prepared David is on everything he does and how much pride he has in the wonderful business he has. I really appreciated being able to see what certain funds were going towards and the breakdown of a roof estimate. All other contractors provided us with a proposal that didn’t really make sense, but David’s outlined EVERYTHING in detail and he went over it with us. He welcomed any questions and was happy to answer them and never made us feel like he was annoyed or frustrated. We felt he also went above and beyond to help us save money but select options that make this financial investment even more worth it. Talking to David never felt like talking to a salesman, he was honest, upfront, and easy to talk to. He provides additional warranties other companies don’t provide and really backs up his work. When trying to pick a color, David went out of his way to drop off options he felt we were leaning towards so we could see them in person and not just pictures. The best thing about David is that he is PRESENT and on the job site during the roof replacement. He guided his crew and is clearly a great boss and leader. We loved seeing how great he also treated his crew and the appreciation he constantly showed them, as that is also important to us. He was on site almost the entire time, making sure everything was perfect. He also installed skylights for us, which required him to work inside, and he left our house cleaner than when he came in. While he was working at our house, we had several unrelated issues arise that were stressful and overwhelming and David was so understanding and professional through it all. After the job was complete he made sure we were 100% happy with the work and clean up and even did extra magnetic sweeps to make sure the nails were gone, which our dog and kids appreciate!

David and his crew were outstanding! Signature provided us a quality roof replacement and repair at a competitive price. Communication and details provided were top notch throughout the process. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Signature Roofing and recommend them highly. I thought I had a problem, David spoke with me on the phone, came out promptly, explained the issue. The problem was not with their work, but David took time to help me.

On a recent Sunday evening I noticed water dripping from the garage ceiling during an exceptionally heavy rainstorm. I sent an email to Dave that evening. He called me back within 30 minutes, on a Sunday evening. He said he would come by Monday to check out the issue. Dave showed up with a helper Monday morning to correct the problem, which was likely due to ice damage this past winter. Dave said the weather conditions weren’t ideal for the necessary repair, so he would come back to check on his work. And he did that.
I was impressed with the way Dave conducted business when he put on a new roof for us several years ago. He was hands on. He was on time. And he kept us informed. The way Dave responded to my recent request for help is nothing short of remarkable. I cannot say enough good things about Dave and his work.

I can't recommend this company enough. David came and gave me an estimate on a new roof. He was extremely detailed. He was knowledgeable and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. He made sure to follow up any in person conversation within an email which is incredible and not at all expected. His customer service is tops. His crew was polite, proffessional, and respectpectful of our property. David was hands on throughout the project and made us feel very comfortable that he had everything under control and we never doubted that once. We had a small siding issue due to the old roof which he offered to take care of. Honestly, I cannot say enough about these guys. David and his crew were fantastic. They arrived on time, got right to work removing the old roof and installing a new one. They took great care to ensure that the debris did not damage the property, Communication with me was excellent, and when the job was done, they were meticulous in ensuring that all of the debris was removed from my yard and driveway. I gathered six proposals, and down selected to three GAF installers and finanly selected Signature roofing. Pricing was very thigh among the three and Signature was in the middle. The deciding factor came from working with David the owner and operator of Signature. He did the most thorough inspection and pointed out some things missed by others. He helped me think through a problem involving sliding snow off a low slope section. David answered my many email and text questions patiently, quickly and insightfully also helping us select color. The execution of the installation was equally impressive, I voiced some concerns about scuffs on siding and trim caused by the removal of the old roof. David handled my concern with poise and took care of everything. The final walk through was done twice, once in the low light and he came back the the next day when we could see. My wife was present on the final walk through and he ansered many more questions makeing sure she and I were satisfied. David owns and operates this business and it shows in the pride of workmanship and quality of customer interaction. Their motto, "You roof is our business" is a true reflection on how they conduct themselves. If you need a roof, these are the guys.

We are very pleased with our new roof from Signature Roofing! We found them through the GAF website where they were listed as “Master Elite” status. David Edmunds, the owner and a roofer, came to our house, inspected the roof in great detail, explained what needed to be done, answered all the questions and gave us an estimate. We went with him because of his straight forward approach, professional attitude and clarity. He was on-site with his crew and paid attention to all the details. Work was completed as promised and dealing with him was a pleasure. We replaced the roof and the skylights at the same time. We highly recommend him!

I couldn't be happier with Signature Roofing!  From the start, David was quick to respond to my quote request.  Immediately, he came out to my house to give me an estimate and his opinion on repair vs replace.  I decided to go the replacement route, and he provided options on which shingles and what color.  I had probably more questions than most, but he was always quick to respond to me with detailed answers (even on the weekend!).

His crew was on site at the time he said, and were very respectful of my neighbors houses.  They worked quickly, and David gave me several updates throughout the day.  They finished on time, and had everything 100% cleaned up before they left.

I had talked to a couple other places to compare quotes.  Signature gave a great price that didn't have a list of unknown "extras" I may have to pay for once they start.  They also came out and did a temporary fix, to hold me over until the replacement.  Overall great experience, and certainly a company I will be recommending in the future.

We had a leak in our roof and found David online and read all good reviews and we are here to post that all the previous reviews are on point! David came out with in a few days to give us a quote and was very informative and told us everything he was going to do. We then got an email with all the details and cost, which was very fair pricing. Once we agreed to have the work done he came out as soon as weather allowed which was very prompt. He finished the project that same day and we havent had a leak since! He was very easy to work with, most importantly did everything he said and showed up when he said he would. We were very happy with the work and his professionalism and would highly recommend him and his team!!

I contacted David Edmunds at Signature Roofing for the first time to see if he did roof repair. Apparently, no job is too small as I needed about a half dozen shingles that blew off (from another installer). He came the next day, looked at the work needed and gave me a quote on the spot. I agreed with the price and he scheduled me in. He came when he said he would. He did a great job and cleaned up well. He is a GAF certified installer which I was looking for as the shingles that came off could be under warranty. He was familiar with the claim process, removed a full shingle, labeled it with the claim number and took it to UPS. He didn't need to do this but he did. I was extremely impressed with the communication through the entire process and a job well done. I will certainly use Signature Roofing in the future if needed.

Very professional, was there on time, walked us through the quote, and explained everything that would be done. His crew was extremely fast, and made sure to clean the drive way and yard of any debris. If we ever need a roof, or roof repair we will be in contact.

They did such a great job on our barn roof, we had them do the house too! It was a complicated roof & they made improvements to it to prevent ice dams. I have never seen such a hard-working team.

I would highly recommend Signature Roofing for your roofing and skylight needs. David and crew were very professional, keen attention to details and impressive site cleanup at the end of the day. The clean up included raking both my front and back lawns, picking up nails with a magnetic roller and even returning all furniture and plants to their original locations.

During the day, David made a few trips to the local hardware store. His first hardware trip was to pick up trim boards for the skylights which was a very nice extra touch. His second hardware trip was to pick up poles for the skylights as they were not shipping with the skylights. His third hardware trip was to pick up galvanized metal to match the rest of the roofing as he was shipped the wrong metal - aluminum. His fourth and final trip was to a local pizza shop to pick up lunch for his crew. I probably missed a trip somewhere along the day! I highlight the trips to point out the attention to details and pride in workmanship.

David’s crew was friendly and worked very well together. Very efficient! I truly have not seen such a hardworking team and they always had a smile.

We called signature roofing for a minor leak issue we were having. David came out the same day we called, identified the issue and scheduled a repair the very next day. He gave us a great deal on the leak repair as well as a ridge vent installation we had been putting off. He was efficient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend!

I used Signature Roofing for minor roof repairs and for roof replacement. David Edmunds was attentive regardless of the scope of the work. He personally inspected the roof and the attic space to give estimates for his work, which was a much higher level of service compared to other roofers that provided estimates. I had two homes roofed by Dave, owner of Signature and have been very pleased on both installations. Came and gave quotes as promised and when. There were no adds to the agreed upon price after the jobs were completed exactly as agreed (no surprise additions to price). Quality of materials were great, roof looks great, cleanup was well done, and installed in just one day and on the day they told us they would be there. Dave also followed up after the installation to make sure we were pleased and had no issues. Dave also provides a nice warranty. Nice job all around.
