I had such a great experience with this company. Very responsive and professional. I called with an urgent matter and they came out the same day to do the work. The techs that came out did an excellent job with our carpet and were very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend!

We had Nic and the team come out on short notice after a leak in our basement ceiling was dripping water into the bathroom and rec room. They quickly explained the process and got right to work, wrapping up within an hour or two of arrival. Nic was kind, honest and they cleaned up any mess from the demo. We expect the team to return in the coming days to check status and they have taken steps to coordinate with insurance already.

Almost shocked by the incredible service - it’s unseen and unheard of nowadays. Nick was quick to respond to our query, was communicative, and honest about what we did and didn’t need. Amazing response to our mini disaster. We found our basement flooded with 2 inches of water on a Friday evening. A tech left another job to immediately come over and start water mitigation and removal. Stayed late into the evening hours and returned the next day with more equipment. Their efforts were instrumental in saving our finished basement and we didn’t even have to demo anything not even the baseboards.

Great professional experience with them. Drying Tech is a family owned business that I had the pleasure of working with. They responded quickly to a water valve break in my laundry room. Sam (project manager) was very patient, answered my questions and explained the entire process to me… from water cleanup to drying the affected. The Drying Tech team did an awesome job… I can’t say enough good things about them!!

Nic was very pleasant and checked throughout the bathrooms (where the problems are) he will send the report tomorrow…I don’t know where the mold is coming from in one of the bathrooms though the other did show humidity on the wall.
Again he was very nice and showed up on time.

The best experience we’ve had to date. After a few unfortunate floorings in our prior residence, we experienced the incredibly quick and responsive efforts of Drying Tech. Our family was out of town and despite this the Drying Tech team was at the residence within an hour and stayed until the initial job was done. They then visited daily and supported the insurance claim process in a way no other support service could. We are forever indebted to them!

We had our basement stairwell area drain clog up, which allowed water to flow into our carpeted basement through basement door to the outside. Nick and the team at Drying Tech of PWC were amazing to deal with and lived up to their high review scores. They did a great job getting the carpeted area dried out and treated. They also removed the moldy baseboards. I’d highly recommend them if you need help drying out after basement flooding.

Sam and Nic, at the Drying Tech, were a godsend during our basement flood. We couldn’t have been happier with their response (1 hour and they were on the job), expertise, professionalism, and kindness. They assessed the problem instantly, had a plumber on the job within the next hour, and lugged all our basement contents into the garage so they dry the basement thoroughly. I highly recommend them. They were THE best!!

Drying Tech of PWC is an excellent company and I can't recommend them enough. They came out right away late on a Sunday night for a hotwater heater malfunction. Both brothers couldnt have been nicer. They set up fans and dehumidfiers quickly in all affected areas to spare as much as possible. Costs were very reasonable and they were honest and transparent about everything.

I dread reaching out for help with home-repair, and was pleasantly surprised by my interaction with Drying Tech. Joe responded to me within hours, over a weekend at that. His services were for more in depth/extensive issues than what I needed fixed, and I was shocked that he so kindly recommended other professionals that would save me money for what my needs were, and asked that I give him a call back if it turned out my issue was in fact greater and needed his service. I had a horrible sewage backup and eruption in my finished basement bathroom. Sewage erupted from the toilet and the shower drain and seeped through to adjoining rooms! They responded quickly with a team of experienced technicians. The PM, Nic Cohen was so personable snd knowledgeable, and explained the remediation process thoroughly putting my mind at ease.
He and the team efficiently and effectively cleaned, sanitized and removed all contaminated items in short order! Amazing execution! Each and every technician was engaging, supporting the successful and enormous cleanup. Tonight there is no more mess or that sickening smell!

Drying Tech was fast on the scene for our water-remediation issue in our home. They were fast, courteous, professional and knowledgeable and identified and addressed the issues immediately and thoroughly. Best of all, they understood the insurance process, documented and worked with our insurance company to ensure everyone was on the same page to ease the claims process. They were also patient as we worked through some of the decisions that had to be made with insurance company input. Their team is amazing. Cannot recommend them more highly, and would add, that while I hope I don't have to work with them again (given that it would mean another home crisis), they would be my first call if such a crisis ever arose. They responded super quick and were very personable. We're able to get a team out within an hour. We're very considerate and assessed the damage quickly.

On Saturday, March 29, I called Drying Tech about a leak from the 18' ceiling of my living room. They arrived within hours and formulated a plan to deal with this leak from the master bathroom shower. They were there the next day to cut a hole in the ceiling, and they brought in a plumber to fix the leak in the shower. Large fans and dehumidifiers were strategically placed in the living room. the master bedroom and bathroom to speed up the drying-out process. They removed the water-logged bedroom carpeting. From start to finish they were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.

Now, a week later, the drying fans have been removed and my living room put back together and in good order. The repairman they recommended is working up an estimate to retile part of the shower, repair the bedroom and ceiling drywall, and install new carpeting in the master bedroom.

This family owned/run company is amazing! The owners and managers are very friendly, professional, and reasonably priced for the large amount of work and equipment it takes to do the job right. The foreman and work crew were friendly, professional, clean, and extremely efficient.
