I had such a great experience with this company. Very responsive and professional. I called with an urgent matter and they came out the same day to do the work. The techs that came out did an excellent job with our carpet and were very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend!

We had Nic and the team come out on short notice after a leak in our basement ceiling was dripping water into the bathroom and rec room. They quickly explained the process and got right to work, wrapping up within an hour or two of arrival. Nic was kind, honest and they cleaned up any mess from the demo. We expect the team to return in the coming days to check status and they have taken steps to coordinate with insurance already.

Amazing response to our mini disaster. We found our basement flooded with 2 inches of water on a Friday evening. A tech left another job to immediately come over and start water mitigation and removal. Stayed late into the evening hours and returned the next day with more equipment. Their efforts were instrumental in saving our finished basement and we didn’t even have to demo anything not even the baseboards.

Great professional experience with them. Drying Tech is a family owned business that I had the pleasure of working with. They responded quickly to a water valve break in my laundry room. Sam (project manager) was very patient, answered my questions and explained the entire process to me… from water cleanup to drying the affected. The Drying Tech team did an awesome job… I can’t say enough good things about them!!

Nic was very pleasant and checked throughout the bathrooms (where the problems are) he will send the report tomorrow…I don’t know where the mold is coming from in one of the bathrooms though the other did show humidity on the wall.
Again he was very nice and showed up on time.

The best experience we’ve had to date. After a few unfortunate floorings in our prior residence, we experienced the incredibly quick and responsive efforts of Drying Tech. Our family was out of town and despite this the Drying Tech team was at the residence within an hour and stayed until the initial job was done. They then visited daily and supported the insurance claim process in a way no other support service could. We are forever indebted to them!

We had our basement stairwell area drain clog up, which allowed water to flow into our carpeted basement through basement door to the outside. Nick and the team at Drying Tech of PWC were amazing to deal with and lived up to their high review scores. They did a great job getting the carpeted area dried out and treated. They also removed the moldy baseboards. I’d highly recommend them if you need help drying out after basement flooding.

Sam and Nic, at the Drying Tech, were a godsend during our basement flood. We couldn’t have been happier with their response (1 hour and they were on the job), expertise, professionalism, and kindness. They assessed the problem instantly, had a plumber on the job within the next hour, and lugged all our basement contents into the garage so they dry the basement thoroughly. I highly recommend them. Drying Tech of PWC is an excellent company and I can't recommend them enough. They came out right away late on a Sunday night for a hotwater heater malfunction. Both brothers couldnt have been nicer. They set up fans and dehumidfiers quickly in all affected areas to spare as much as possible. Costs were very reasonable and they were honest and transparent about everything.

I had a horrible sewage backup and eruption in my finished basement bathroom. Sewage erupted from the toilet and the shower drain and seeped through to adjoining rooms! They responded quickly with a team of experienced technicians. The PM, Nic Cohen was so personable snd knowledgeable, and explained the remediation process thoroughly putting my mind at ease.

Drying Tech was fast on the scene for our water-remediation issue in our home. They were fast, courteous, professional and knowledgeable and identified and addressed the issues immediately and thoroughly. Best of all, they understood the insurance process, documented and worked with our insurance company to ensure everyone was on the same page to ease the claims process. They were also patient as we worked through some of the decisions that had to be made with insurance company input. Their team is amazing. Cannot recommend them more highly, and would add, that while I hope I don't have to work with them again (given that it would mean another home crisis), they would be my first call if such a crisis ever arose. On Saturday, March 29, I called Drying Tech about a leak from the 18' ceiling of my living room. They arrived within hours and formulated a plan to deal with this leak from the master bathroom shower. They were there the next day to cut a hole in the ceiling, and they brought in a plumber to fix the leak in the shower. Large fans and dehumidifiers were strategically placed in the living room. the master bedroom and bathroom to speed up the drying-out process. They removed the water-logged bedroom carpeting. From start to finish they were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.

Now, a week later, the drying fans have been removed and my living room put back together and in good order. The repairman they recommended is working up an estimate to retile part of the shower, repair the bedroom and ceiling drywall, and install new carpeting in the master bedroom.

Well that cold weather brought us some ugly results. I walked in to my basement (which is only accessible from the outdoors) to find frozen drains and burst pipes. The basement apartment was a total disaster. It was Saturday afternoon and I had no idea where to turn. I took a chance on these guys and it was amazing. They hurried over, brought tons of equipment, ripped out the damaged materials and dried out the entire space. So helpful. It was a pretty rough day, but they were definitely the bright spot.

Really great service from Sam and team. We had a small leak get under the carpet, and they came out same-day. They set up drying fans, removed damaged materials, and came back a few days later. Very positive experience for a not-so-fun situation. Thanks so much.

As I was recovering from major surgery last week, my wife noticed the carpet was wet in our basement (my recovery room). Sam and team came to the rescue within a matter of hours, deployed fans and dehumidifiers to ensure the whole area was dry, and re-arranged my furniture (gently, with me still on it!) to ensure I still had everything I needed during recovery. They truly went over the top to ensure an unfortunate situation was as comfortable as possible.

They left the equipment with us for 4 days as we lined up repairs, and even helped us find the right people for the job. They were reasonable about pricing too. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Trust these guys in your next water emergency!

The most honest, hard working, and fair priced small family-run business you can find in the area. Sam, Nic, and Al worked incredibly hard and responded so quickly to our mold and sewage backup dilemma. The quality of their work went beyond what I was expecting. They were so diligent and meticulous in their cleaning and treating. This company will NOT cheat you!! They’ll work with your budget and go above and beyond to accommodate your situation. When having a new ceiling fan installed in the master bedroom, our electrician accessed the attic in order to attach the duct from the new fan to the vent. Upon the entry to the attic, our electrician found the attic lacked adequate ventilation as the air was stagnant with the attic at 70% humidity. Upon further inspection our electrician found mold. We immediately started contacting mold remediation companies. I found Drying Tech of PWC most responsive to our concerns. Al from Drying tech was the project manager that came out to our house. Al and his assistants did an excellent job killing and removing the mold while also working to remove the humidity from the attic. He left their equipment in our attic for days and once the job was completed there was no further evidence of mold in our attic. Al was extremely informative as to actions we should take in order to avoid this from ever occurring again in our home. I would not hesitate to hire Al and Drying Tech for mold remediation or any other water damage work that is needed.

Al and his team are absolutely amazing! I recently purchased a new home that had been rented out for a few years (aka was not taken care of). We discovered mold along the wall of my basement from outside water getting in. Al was responsive, honest, and thorough…a true expert! He not only checked the basement, he also took a look at other areas in my house for issues, because it was new. I had a GREAT experience with this company and especially Al! I had called a plumber for a leak and it turned out to be a much more complicated job than I had expected— water had leaked into a crawl space, there was mold, and the insulation was a mess. The plumber recommended this company and Al came that same night the plumber did — literally an hour later. He reassured me when I was stressed, and made a plan to come in the next day. He was incredibly thorough in his work, removing all the water and insulation, and leaving out a fan to dry it out. Following the plumber repair, Al came just a few days later to finish the job. His communication was amazing and more importantly he knows his stuff and was reassuring.

I very carelessly let our upstairs laundry room sink overflow in our 6 month old home, and it soaked through all the way to our basement. Drying Tech provided a PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE team to help with water and mold damage. They responded quickly to our call and even came after-hours to check on the cleanup. Well done to Al and his assistants! They created an encloser for the kitchen water damage. This limited the amount of dust and debris once they cut into the drywall. We hope to never have water-damage in the future, but if we do, we know who to call!

I had a water damage, and didn't know what to do. Got two quotes from two companies found on Google. One from here and other one. The other one gave me crazy quote. It was beyond expensive and they said cash only. The other company sounded like they were going to rebuild my whole house. Gosh... Drying Tech PWC was way more reasonable. Al was very responsive, professional, and knows the steps of the process. He gave me a rough quote before start which was little lower than actual quote but wasn't too much difference. My insurance company told me they worked with this company many times so I knew this company was legit. They were gentle on moving and dealing with my furnitures and household stuffs. It was bit noisy to deal with for few days but I guess it did do less damage to my house as they were completely dried. Water damage is nightmare but this company made me feel I wasn't alone and was able to make things smooth.

I had a flood during Christmas dinner, next morning they came. I am very grateful for their quick response. They did a great job, very professional and fair price.

Do not trust anything they say! I was advised to contact them when my hot water heater leaked onto our basement floor carpet. It was an area measuring approximately 5 feet by 3 feet as far as I could tell. I hadn’t intended to do anything more than mop it up with some towels since we were planning to replace the floor anyway (and I therefore was not too worried about mold).

They said that their equipment detected moisture in two adjoining rooms (which was odd because the utility room was bone dry near those rooms). They advised that I employ them to dry everything up. They insisted, repeatedly, that all I would have to do is write them a check for $500, and they would handle the rest with our insurance company. They said numerous times that they work with USAA all the time and that they would be paid the balance directly from USAA.

I told them that I was reluctant to even pay $500 because, again, I didn’t see the need for the work, given that I was going to be replacing the entire basement floor anyway. They were polite, but very persistent, and finally I agreed to pay the $500 (just to be rid of them).

They tore up the floor in two rooms and a hallway (which was fine by me because it was going to be torn up anyway); and for three days , their machines noisily dried up the area. I thought, based on what they had told me, that that was the end of it.

Months later they attempted to contact me about a $2500 balance. I didn’t respond because as far as I was concerned, based on what the technicians repeatedly told me, any balance was between them and the insurance company.

Ultimately, a collection agency informed me that USAA never directly pays the contractor. Which means I was lied to, repeatedly, by dry tech. All told, I ended up writing checks totaling $3741.66 just so that they could dry a 5 foot by 3 foot stretch of flooring that has since been replaced. Don’t trust what they say! Record everything! Don’t sign anything!

Drying Tech did a great job. Prompt, friendly, thorough and responsive to my particular situation. Much better price than the estimates from two other companies.

Al and his team were so professional and polite. They wore booties, cleaned up as they went along, were quick and efficient. Showed up on time, always responded immediately when I called. From the main floor the dishwasher installer flooded my kitchen cabinet, hardwood floor, went through to the joists, insulation, and basement floor and carpet. After 3 days, everything was dry and even my hardwood floor unbuckled from being wet. They were so friendly and understanding. I will use them again if needed. Thank you, Al. It was a pleasure.

Al did a great job removing the water and cleaning up after our sewer line backed up into our basement. He responded quickly to my call, notified me when he was on his way almost an hour quicker than first told, removed all standing water and cleaned and sprayed the area, and left fans and a dehumidifier to dry the area. The days later you would never know we had an issue. He was very professional and courteous. I hope we never need his services again but if we do, he is the only one we would call.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Dry Tech did an amazing job removing condensation related mold in my basement furnace room. Al and his team were on time, professional, courteous, thorough and very helpful by giving me advice to ensure that the mold does not return. I couldn’t be happier. My furnace and water tank room looks brand new!

We hired Al and his crew to perform mold remediation in our unfinished basement. We have lived here for 34 years, and the basement severed as storage /catch all space. Needless to say, we had a lot "stuff" accumulated. All and his team removed & disposed the basement contents because of mold. He then started on the actual mold remediation. He used machines to vent the basement and sanded areas and wiped other areas. The basement looks brand new like the day we moved in! It also smelled good. You can no longer tell where there was a mold issue. We are going to finish our basement now and wanted him to look at a couple of the rafters. His office responded quickly, and he was back out to our home in two days' time. He told me the white spots I saw were part of wood and not mold. Yet for my piece of mind, he and his crew did another treatment of family room area. He was nice, professional and most of all competent. I would highly recommend him.

We had a ton of rain come through this past Thursday night. The rain came through our basement and soaked our carpets! I called Drying Tech of PWC at 4:30 in the evening and they were at my home by 6:00 pm! Alvaro and Julio did a great job cleaning up the water damage and I would highly recommend them!
