Derrick from Shanco Roofing is amazing! He is extremely professional, knowledgable, and courteous. We have roof damage due to wind and hail, and he made the insurance and claim process extremely easy! Even if our insurance hadn’t covered our replacement roof, we still planned to have our roofing done with Shanco. Fortunately, our insurance came through due to the professionalism of Derrick. We look forward to Shanco replacing our roof in the near future, and highly recommend this company!

Had gutters replaced- easiest home project I've even done! From start to finish everything was seamless and easy. Finished product is a major upgrade (opted for gutter guards as well) and they look great. Work was done in a single day, the crew that did the work was professional and courteous, and I couldn't be more happy with the whole process.

I cannot say enough good things about Shanco! From Ryan Wheeler, our senior property manager to Robert Revis, our project manager. Everything they both did was above and beyond what I could have imagined. Ryan inspected our roof and then met with me to explain everything about the process. He even came over after the job was done to double check for nails in the yard. Robert was at our house all day, and even though we weren’t home, I could see him on our ring camera cleaning up everything from the roof replacement. Both of them were available when I needed them and the service was over the top amazing! I highly recommend Shanco for roof replacement and repairs!

Hunter Scott was sn incredible liaison. The roofers were thorough, clean and quick. I couldn’t have asked for a better result!

First, I am not the type of customer to post reviews, and secondly, I am a very skeptical consumer, so sometimes when something seems too good to be true, I certainly push back. However, this is one of those time when I'm glad I didn't. When I was first approached about my roof needing to be repaired or replaced my initial response was that I not only had the finances at the time to invest 30K in a new roof, but I also didn't have the time and energy to negotiate with my insurance company, adjustors or contractors. That's when Justin and the folks at Shanco stepped in and said, "we got you", no need for you to navigate a bunch of calls and negotiations or rearrange your schedule for different appointments. Your home needs a new roof, and we'll work with your insurance company on your behalf to make sure this is taken care of as easily as possible.
They secured everything with my insurance company and were exceptional in how they completed the job. The materials were set up exactly on the day they were supposed to be delivered, and a 2-day job promise took exactly that, "two days". Everything was cleaned up better than when they got there and the only hint that they were even there is the brand-new roof that my wife and I are so happy and thankful for. I would strongly recommend Shanco going forward and they will be my first call for any projects in the future if necessary.

You never have to deal with your insurance alone. The roofers also did a superb job of leaving my property clean and my driveway and yard nail free.My new roof even looks good in the rain,in this picture.

Professionalism from start to finish, which I appreciated & my roof looks fantastic. It was tested really good we had those heavy winds and rains. I did go check on things and everything was perfectly dry. The workers were respectful of our property, home, and us. They worked really hard & nonstop I had to call them down to have their coffee or lunch which they appreciated. The best part I didn’t have to deal with insurance company etc, they took care of everything. I highly recommend Shanco Roofing if I could give them 10 Stars I would.

I texted Travis yesterday as I was given his name by somebody else who had used him before in the past. A piece of our siding was hanging halfway off and as kind of newer homeowners, both my husband and I really had no idea what we were supposed to do. Travis messaged me yesterday for probably a good 15 minutes and told me he would come by Wednesday or Thursday as he was pretty busy today. To my surprise while we were out early this afternoon, he came by and took care of our siding issue.

He sent me pictures and when I actually physically went outside to take a look, it looked like nothing was even wrong with it!

Travis quoted us a very fair price, was very knowledgeable, and very helpful! Can honestly say, not once did he try to be a pushy sales person, but rather a friendly and helpful neighbor!

Met with Jared Smyser Justin, and Dylan about my future roofng needs and he showed me the new solar nailable roof shingle. This new technology will cut electrical cost dramatically!when you are in the market give these guys a call!

Justin is a very nice and personable person… He is a wonderful sales person, but it doesn’t feel like he’s just trying to sell me something, it feels like he just wants to help. He’s great!! Definitely request him
