Lee was great! He gave us a very fair quote on our deck and doing the railings on our front stairs. Our original stairs were not to code and had to be extended out a little. Job was done fast and looks great! He was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely use him again.

After texting pictures of what repairs I needed to be done, I never heard back from Lee either by text, email or by phone! He has listed that his company takes care of small jobs as well as big jobs. However, that’s not the case with everyone. I picked his company to contact because of all the wonderful reviews posted. I guess he picks and chooses who he wants to deals with! At least he could have let me know that he wasn’t interested in doing my repairs. Very disappointed and I will certainly tell family and friends to be aware of this company should they be looking for a handyman for doing any types of repairs.

Work was scheduled with a 3 hour window. The team arrived for work early in the window. They were friendly and professional. Siding repair and replacement work was performed above the roofline in a safe manner. I appreciated the approach used to secure the siding. New cut siding fit very well in place on the dormer.

After a plumbing leak behind the drywall behind my dishwasher, I needed new insulation and wallboard to close the hole, and the dishwasher hooked back up. I had a bathtub waterflow gasket leak that caused flood on the second floor and kitchen ceiling light fixture dropping down in a Sunday afternoon. Lee responded immediately with good solutions and reasonable pricing. He fixed the plumbing, replaced the light and installed the drywall with a great quality. Lee came out and repaired some drywall, baseboards and shoe molding after a water leak. He made several trips to make sure everything was dried and properly sanded. For jobs that are beyond the basic DIY this is a great service.

Very quick to respond to email and text. Lee installed a new lamppost in our front yard (and removed what was left of our old one). He did a great job and it looked great but there was a problem after I installed the light bulbs that evening. I let Lee know and he returned very quickly to fix that problem. My experience with this company has not been good. They just do not return calls. They do not communicate. They ask that you text/email them pictures of the work to be done, indicating that they will get back to you and never do. I have followed up multiple times to no avail. If they do not want to do the work, they should just say so, so I can move on.

Lee was great. Not a huge job hanging a TV, but it was through brick veneer, and the TV is heavy. He mounted it perfectly level, centered, and with just enough space under it for the sound bar. Couldn’t be more pleased. We will contact him again for any future jobs.

I am so grateful to Small Jobs Handyman Service! I reached out late last night (a Sunday night at that!) about a job I needed done pretty quickly, they responded almost immediately, gave me a quote and set me up for the next day to be serviced! I’ve been fighting squirrels who have taken joy in my crown molding and was rather annoyed with the uninvited guest. Now, I feel much better knowing the job is done and done right! They worked quickly and professionally and I am just truly thankful!

Reached out to Lee for a quote. He said if I was expecting less than $15-20k for a bathroom remodel then it would not be worth the time to do a quote. He may do good work but A. you won't even come in person to give the quote? B. Who is spending that much on a bathroom remodel. Seems very steep. Erskin Tile gave me a quote for $7k. Call around.

Two workers (Joe) showed up on time and were professional.They covered all exterior wood trim on house with aluminum trim and replaced exterior shed door and trim. All yard/deck clean up was done. Cost was reasonable.

Meh, our dishwasher is in - paid $500 for a dishwasher install that sticks out from the cabinets by an inch or more and leans back into the cabinets in a weird way. Our floor really needed to be cut and at $500 I wound have thought our handyman could have done that. Now in order to remove the dishwasher, just to cut the floor to fix this we will have to remove our countertops and probably pay another “handyman” $500.
