This is the kind of place that not only ensure you there are still good people in this world - but that maybe something going wrong with your RV is actually an invitation for you to meet the best people you'll ever come across. Honest, hard working, humorous, and kind. "Going out of their way" doesn't even begin to cover it.
I would have never believed you if you had told me that one of the highlights of our Boston -> Nashville round-road trip would be getting to meet everyone who works at Lebanon RV Center.
I walked through their door with a list of problems with our Cruise America RV, and walked out feeling like part of Meleia's & Greg's family.

Greg and the entire have been wonderful to work with. We have 6 mobile pet grooming vans. They have done work on almost every van over the last year. Always very courteous and speedy on repairs. Highly recommend for all your RV needs.

Greg and his crew saved our trip last week. After wasting a day with a mobile RV repair mechanic in Nashville Tennessee, we get t in touch with Greg late Wednesday afternoon and he said w e could be at his shop the next morning and they would fix our slide that would not go out. They not only fixed the stuck slide , but also fixed our second slide so the problem could not happen with that one. They also replaced a wire carrier that had broken when we had a blow out and check all our tire pressure before we left. And they did this all in a day. Our only other option would have been to turn around and head home as we could not get to our bathroom or chest with most of our clothes in it. Don’t think you can find a better place to get your rig fixed anywhere in the world. Thanks to Greg and Pablo and their great team. Our slides have never worked this good and our unit is only 2.5 years old.

Can't give enough kudos to Greg and his staff at Lebanon RV Center. We were in the middle of a 3 month cross country trip when a slide ski failed. After many calls to Lippert, Blue Compass and other RV repair and parts companies we were referred to Lebanon RV. Greg was able to get us in, had the part in stock (he invented the part) and was able to do the work and actually improved the performance of the slide. They even went so far as to repair some molding at no cost. We're actually thinking of driving back next year from California, staying in Nashville for a week and leaving the rig with Greg to have some other improvements done. If you need a repair, Lebanon RV Center is the place to go!!

I had damage to my roof and my adjuster told me about Lebanon RV. I gave them a call and they went to work almost immediately. I took my Thor Synergy by and met Greg. He is a genuine breath of fresh air! He toured me through his shop and I knew he was the guy for my repairs. When the repairs were done, I went in to pick it up. He had gone over and above what I had expected and found a couple of other problems that he fixed! Good service, Good business, and Good people. Thanks for caring and being good at what you do.

I would like to give very high praise to Greg and Pablo at Lebanon RV Center. I have always had issues with my RV since I purchased it 7 years ago. I had them go through everything in the RV that needed to be fixed. Well, they certainly fixed everything that needed to be fixed and other issues that I was not even aware of. What really impressed me the most is that Greg and Pablo took the time to come out and go through the entire RV and explain to me the work that was done in a very simple manner and preventative measures I can take so I don’t have issues in the future. I highly recommend Lebanon RV Center. They are very personable and extremely knowledgeable

I've had RVs for 25 years and hands down, Greg, Pablo and Devon have been truly fantastic to work with. Very honest, genuine partners to assess and solve problems without gouging me on unnecessary things I don't need. I've found that the collaboration on improvements, working directly with the manufacturers to correct design issues has also been wonderful. You don't find companies with the business ethics, care for their employees and customers alike anymore and feel the need to support Lebanon RV with this post.

I brought my motorhome into Lebanon RV to have the roof replaced, and to have an interior panel replaced. They did a great job, and the finished product looks as good as new. Greg and his team showed great care in my project, and I’m very happy with the quality of their work.

I've been there a few times since I've been in this area. staff has always been helpful, friendly, and down to earth.

Best supply store and technicians for rv repair. If they don't have the part no one in the area has the part. Everyone working there is very knowledgeable and have helped me out immensely on multiple occasions. Feel blessed to have this store in the area. If I ever have a repair I never doubt making the 1 and a half hour drive to get there, THEY R THE BEST!!!

What a friendly group of people who really know their stuff about RV’s! Rent one from here if ever needed!

In 20+ years of RVing, this is the best RV supplies and parts store I've encountered. Recently needed a couple of weird plumbing parts and drove down since none of the closer RV shops had what I needed, nor offered to order the parts. Lebanon RV Center had very friendly staff, immediately knew what I needed, and had it in stock. This is my new go-to shop for RV items.

The wonderful gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond to help fix the issue I was having.
Mr. Wonderful also helped me obtain a new hitch. Thanks so much for getting me on the road to California.

I want to give an appreciative shout out to Lebanon RV Center in Lebanon TN. Owner Greg saved our bacon. As seasoned campers we did a rookie move and left awning out when we left on an excursion, storm popped up and made a twisted mess. Made several calls to big box stores and everyone had 2-4 day order time. Lebanon RV on the other hand had one in stock. Greg stated they keep a large inventory of parts to help campers stay on the road. Fair pricing and super awesome service. It was a pleasure to have such a knowledgeable owner willing to help.

Greg and the team at Lebanon rv are awesome ! Really helpful in diagnosing and comparing various repair options. They got me a new fridge in my slide in camper. Took a couple days to order bc they don’t usually carry such a small size fridge. Non the less did a great job on the custom installation and even paint matched a closet door from the custom job. Other items were checked in the time he had on his repair schedule. Everyone was kind and assured us that everything would be taken care of. I am forever grateful to Greg, Devon, and the staff. The customer service is phenomenal. I had to navigate a claim with my insurance company and Greg's advice and wisdom helped us tremendously. Thank you Lebanon RV for your help and guidance with our travel trailer.

I can not praise this company and it's owners enough. We were in the area camping and had some major issues. They got us in quickly and helped us tremendously. We tried the other RV center in the area. They were ineffective and quite helpless.

Greg and the crew at Lebanon RV Center are absolutely the BEST! Our pop-up camper had a bad leak which caused the wood in the roof to rot and develop a mold issue. Greg had his crew remove the top and perform the labor intensive process of dismantling the roof, removing the rotted wood, sealing the roof and reassembling with new mahogany panels. There's no one better for RV service than Lebanon RV Center. 5 STARS

We rented an RV through Cruise American and the pickup location was Lebanon RV Center. Since it was our first time with an RV, Greg was very patient and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with all the systems before we left. He also gave us his personal number in case we had any after hours questions. We had a great experience and appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff we encountered there.

The 2 stars are for the fact that they can be really nice. I bought an RV Through them that was on consignment. I guess !BEFORE I bought it I was told that EVERYTHING had been checked and EVERYTHING worked. I'm a trusting person so I believed it to be true. Just took it in to dewinterized and was charged for the kitchen sink Faucet, that wasn't even attached and it was dripping and the other bathroom Faucet, it wouldn't turn off. So they were obviously bad when I bought it and this was first time having water turned on to it since purchased ! So I won't be going back to have anything done because now I don't trust them anymore!I'm very disappointed thought I found a place I could tryst ! For as much as I paid for that R. V, I should not have had of paid for that 2! Thank goodness the generator , The air conditioner, the expensive stuff worked because I would have been out of luck because I would have been told , Oh well while it was sitting there I guess such-and-such happened! This girl isnt stupid and don't appreciate being ripped off by people. Not after as much as I paid for that RV ! That was not cool.at at !

I have been using the service here at Lebanon RV Center for over three years. Greg, Devin and the staff have always addressed my needs for service and/or repair in a direct, knowledgeable and timely manner. I have never felt as though they were telling me one thing and providing another. They are all extremely honest and forthright. ANYONE in Lebanon owning any type of an RV or simply passing through and needing RV parts or service should NOT EVEN CONSIDER another shop or RV service and sales center!!! There is NO ONE else that even compares!!

The time came when it was time to "rehome" our Class A rig. I contacted Meleia at Lebanon RV to explore a consignment listing. Meleia answered all our questions, was extremely honest on what to expect and made us feel that we made the BEST decision in trusting her with the sale. She advertised the rig constantly on various apps and sites, kept us well-informed about inquiries and oversaw her complete and capable staff to prepare the rig for showings. At the time of the sale, I inspected the rig and found that Meleia and staff had the rig looking showroom new! Almost made us change our mind about selling!!

If you don't use Lebanon RV center for ANY of your RV needs, you have missed your greatest opportunity to have your RV needs addressed in a knowledgeable, honest and efficient manner.

We had our water heater bust a pipes during the big freeze, and they were fast, efficient, and extremely helpful through the whole repair process. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We recently bought a 5th wheel camper from here that they were helping a customer sell. Not their unit. They had it clean and everything running inside when we came to pick it up. My Wife and I are beyond pleased with the ownership and team at Lebanon RV. We had an insurance claim and we were referred to Lebanon RV, from the first day we met Greg and team they were great with communication and explaining how everything will go and we got a tour of their facility. Once all was said and done our 28” Travel Trailer looks like it’s new. We are very pleased and wouldn’t to use them again in the future.

We have used Lebanon RV Center several times to do various repairs to our Jayco Granite Ridge motorhome. They also winterize it for us while they have it. The quality of the work is always excellent and above expectations. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest shop to have your RV worked on. They also have an incredible selection of RV accessories to choose from if you have a need for it.

We would definitely recommend their services! The staff is nice and friendly and took care of our repairs. They done a great job. We will be using their services again in the future if needed.

Lebanon RV has fixed everything we’ve thrown at them over the last several years. We travel over 7 months per year in our 5th wheel and cross the whole country. We bring our RV back to Lebanon RV if we can wait for repairs.

I can’t say enough great things about Lebanon RV Center or its owners and staff. Not only does the maintenance team do superb work, but the owners and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful. Greg cares about his staff like family; gives back locally and supports our veterans (with deeds, not just lip service). This business is the epitome of a great local, small business and after my experience with my RV repair, I’ll never take my RV anywhere else. Great people, great service, at a fair price.

We purchased a used RV a few years ago not knowing if we would like camping, but it turned out to be a magical memory maker for our family. It developed a leak on the slide out and we took it to a local “big box,” well known camping store for service. Not only did they keep it for ~4 months, they did not fix the leak, but may have even made it worse. During the winter, our camper floor and walls of the slide out were rotten, insurance wouldn’t cover it and we were heartbroken and concerned about the cost of something we couldn’t fix ourselves.

Greg and Pablo walked us through the extent of the damage, what was needed to be done to repair our RV and identified several other issues that needed attention. Greg walked through the costs associated with the repair and helped to identify areas where we could save some money. During the repair process, the communication was outstanding. They listened to all my requests and followed-up accordingly.

After just a few weeks in the shop, our RV is in better shape (inside and out) than when we bought it. The service team and workmanship went so far beyond our expectations it’s hard to express in words. At pick-up the team walked us through every repair, answered all our questions and helped make a plan to maintain our camper. That right there, is exemplary service!

In short, they care about their work and their customers and it shows. We’ve been “ooing” and “ahhing” at our camper since pick-up.

I’m not from Tennessee but I am here working and staying in a camper. My wife and I have had a few problems with our camper since we got here in January. We have have gotten several parts for our camper from Lebanon RV repair because our extended warranty was excepted here. They also go us a local person who does the work that came to our camper. Our accommodation stopped working in July so we needed a new fast. They said they had one but after checking the model number it was the correct one. They said they order one but it would take two weeks to come in. We couldn’t wait. We found one at a dealer that was the exact model we had and was 800 dollars cheaper so we got it and had it installed. We needed a couple other things done and made an appointment to drop it off and get it taken care of under warranty. The owner Craig called my and was very unprofessional to her on the phone and had her in tears saying we are not welcome there because we didn’t get the AC from him. Come to find out we have been paying for the labor for getting work done and we believe he has been charging the warranty too. We will never go back here for anything and deal with a rude attitude from a guy that isn’t honest either. Double check everything if you go here to be sure you don’t get the same treatment as we did.

Hands down the BEST RV experience we have had in our 4 years of RV-ing. Greg at Lebanon RV is a straight shooter with so much RV experience - he and his team will get you back on the road.

We own a 2019 5th wheel and found Lebanon RV Center a few years ago. We are extremely particular when getting repairs and taking care of preventative maintenance issues. We have used other repair shops and not been happy. Fortunately, Greg shares our passion for doing things right the first time!

We had a water leak that ruined the main sub floor of our coach (due to a previous repair from another dealer that was not installed properly). Greg was not afraid to tear into our subfloor and not only replace it but by reinforcing the floor trusses, basically re-engineered the main living area of our coach to prevent any further damage or issues down the road.
If you need anything on your coach, Greg can do it! With his years of experience, he can fix anything, do it right and with confidence.

Since then, whether we have taken our coach into Lebanon RV Service for maintenance or repairs, Greg and his team continue to offer dependable service.

Greg and his crew want to do things right the first time, so be patient because any wait is worth the repair. You will not have to return to have things "re-fixed!"

Greg has been unbelievably helpful as we have learned how to be RV owners! The manual never actually tells you the whole story and sorting through the internet on best practices is impossible! He was able to get us squared away with the electrical setup to meet our exact needs and trouble shoot along the way to get it dialed in. I can’t say enough about this shop and their crew. Traveling through TN on our way to Indiana and during our overnight stay at Cracker Barrel our ac died on our 2006 Winnebago Class C motorhome. We got there shortly after they opened and he had ac needed and the relay also needed. They got right on it. We were able to run errands while they replaced the AC. Nice and got us back on the road. Much appreciated. So for your RV needs this is the place to go. 5 stars!

One of the worst experiences of my life, not only with an rv shop, but with any customer facing establishment.

The owner, Greg, will seem super friendly and willing to help, claiming to know how to take care of you. Not only the work they did was wrong, I had more damage in the way out than I had when I came in.
The owner makes promises he doesn't keep, and dare you to confront him as he will use any word in the book to kick you out of there, over charge you and cause damage to your rig.

This shop purposely cut my break wires, claimed that 17.5" wheel are 'rare' (those are standard for bigger 5th wheel, could be found on etrailer) and cut my tank reading wires
They charged me over $2,000 to replace a wire...

Avoid at all cost!

Wonderful customer service. Super friendly staff. Everyone greets you and acknowledges your presence seems to be a thing of past at other businesses. I called inquiring about a specific part. They looked up the item and even confirmed that they physically had it in stock before I drove all the way from Nashville. I will be getting all my RV parts/supplies from them from now on! Highly recommend Lebanon RV Center!!!

Our wheel bearing went out on the interstate and ended up tearing up our axle. We were stranded with our 4 small kids.
We called MANY places and no one could help us in a timely manner.
We called Lebanon RV and the owner was soooo nice. He had our axle in stock! We bought 2 that has the leaf springs and everything.
It was his wife's birthday so they had a big meal for her. His employee of 20 years is from Guatemala. Anyway they had made shrimp ceviche and shared with us while we waited on them to load the axles!! The shrimp came straight from his friend that works on a shrimp boat in Louisiana!!

It’s incredible how great they are. They have every single part you need in stock. Greg is as honest of a guy as you can meet and nobody knows more about trailers/campers/RVs than him. He will fix your problems guaranteed. He also tries his best to save you money. You don’t find people like Greg and his team anyone. You can trust them.

We had a small water leak, probably from the winter freeze. It was not significant enough to cause us any problems so we were on a trip to South Carolina. During our trip on the road, we got to Cookville to fuel, and discovered that the water leak had gotten much worse. We were headed home and ready to completely cancel our trip and really bummed. Just for grins and giggles, I called Lebanon RV center to see what they had to say. Devin told me to bring it in and they would take a look to evaluate the situation. It turned out to be the freshwater tank drain valve that had cracked from being frozen. They tore into it, got it all fixed and I was back on the road in about 4 hours. Everyone there is extremely nice, very helpful and made you feel like you were the only customer there. I highly recommend them for RV service and parts. I will definitely be using them again.

Great experience with Lebanon RV getting a dingy hitch package installed on my Fleetwood Flair and Chevy Equinox. Devon the manager is a former Roadmaster employee and was able to order the parts quickly. John the install technician did a great job, it looks as neat as a factory install. He then walked us through hooking up and disconnecting the equipment. Very pleased all around.

8/8/24 (can’t see how to add a new review) Got into Jackson MN last night, our Swindletec slide got stuck partially out. I called Lebanon RV this morning, Greg, Pablo and at least one other tech spent a lot of time on the phone on a busy morning diagnosing my problem and walking me through a solution. Thanks for the great service!

I use my RV as a rental and for personal use and I had a renter return it the day before with a slide not coming in correctly and a leak from the shower. I had one day to flip the RV and get it ready for a rental the next day. I called around to places all over the Nashville area and couldn’t find anybody to get it in right away. I called these guys and they were quick to answer my questions and very nice from the start. I booked the appointment and they got it in fast, fixed everything fast, and turned it over to me the next day right in time for my next reservation. They could have price gouged me for parts and repairs on the slide but told me it was an easy fix and that saved the day. I was on a tight budget and that we’re honest with their pricing and I don’t feel cheated. If you need good honest fast work done these are the guys! Will be taking my RV back here every time I need work done!

The company was very helpful and diagnosed the electrical issue quickly. They fixed the issue immediately and we sensitive that we needed the repairs in short order due to an impending rv
trade-in. We appreciate the quick turnaround.

These guys are the best. They were able to get my camper in and get it fixed in a short amount of time even though they were swamped. Would definitely recommend these guys to everyone. If anymore problems arise I will be going back to them

I Called and asked if they could install a pair of corner caps on a box truck, The gentleman described very thoroughly on the phone what they will do and even gave me a rough estimate. I loved the family run/operated environment, i dropped off the truck and even though the work was way more than they expected, they kept their word and stayed with the price they quoted me. Definitely recommend and will for sure to give further business.

We arrived at Tim’s Ford State Park yesterday for our first outing of the ‘23 camping season. When hooking everything up we discovered water pouring out from the back end/ underbelly of the camper. We called Lebanon RV because they had winterized our camper for us before we put it in storage October of ‘22. They asked me to text them picture/video of what was going on and that they would call me back. They called back just about immediately and said they were sending a technician our way. I was quick to remind them that we were out of town and they said yep… what’s the address where you are? Now THAT my friends is customer service!! There are a lot of places that could take notes from the kind folks at Lebanon RV. I was shocked that they were willing to send someone to us when we were a good hour & a half… almost 2… from home. The technicians were friendly, courteous and had us fixed up in no time!! It was a fairly simple issue but aggravating nonetheless. We bought our camper from a dealer, but we won’t be using anyone else except Lebanon RV for our camper services from here on out. They are friendly, knowledgeable and treated us with respect. I needed work on my RV. They did excellent work in a short amount of time at a reasonable price and the personnel were outstanding. We highly recommend them.

Now two years later - downgraded to 3 stars. Double check any roof seal repairs. The staff need a little more attention to detail and if they have to wash the roof make sure they rinse the sides. Neat ability to text the store with questions. Sometimes they go unanswered though.

Excellent service, needed 5000.00 in repairs and the price was very fair for the amount of work they had to do. When I picked up the unit it was as clean as the day I bought it. Would highly recommend!

This is the best place around for parts and service. If they don't have what you need they will go out of their way to get it. And help you with the knowledge to repair your rig or repair it for you.
