Restored by JC, recently helped us with our expansion in our sanctuary, they installed new flooring, painted, did electrical and they also did our coffee bar. We are so grateful for all of the work they did. On time, budget never went over, and kind. We will use them again.
Our home has a 2-story tall garage. We contacted 3 contractors, and Josue was the only one who showed up, provided an estimate in a timely manner and started on the project the following week.
PROS: Professional, no surprise change in estimate and when there was a change, he made sure to communicate and asked before making changes or if there was a difference in cost, and efficient with their use of time.
CONS: (very minor) There were a couple of times his crew didn't show up. That isn't Josue's fault but the nature of hiring others. Sometimes he didn't communicate when he would be working, but I am not the type to micromanage. When it was an off week, payment was not due.
Overall, we are so thrilled with how the room came out. We had installation support beams, drywall, flooring, carpet, a window installation, paint and electrical. He literally built a room from scratch in under a month!
We would absolutely use him again!
