Jacob S. and Devon know how to do it right. They made us feel comfortable and secure in their ability to perform the work being done. They were very friendly and punctual and explained their discoveries down to every detail. They even took the time to explain how the process works mechanically. I will be referring them and servpro to anyone who is in need of their many services. Absolute homerun.

I came from a nice day out enjoying the sunshine on a nice Sunday late afternoon, as I walked into the house from the garage I was met with water on the floor of my laundry room. I started to investigate a little more and found that not only the laundry room, but the kitchen, pantry, living room and a small bathroom connected had about 1-2 inches of water on the floor. I immediately found the leak, which was a InstaHot which was installed in the house 20 years ago. The filter was leaking heavily. I was able to shut it off to stop the water leak and then contacted my insurance company. They recommended ServPro to me, so I contracted them to come and help.

Boy, am I thankful for that call. It is a Sunday night, and this team from the Everett/Lake Stevens/Monroe group came to my house at 8:30PM, when I called at 6:00, so a 2.5 hour response time. Unbelievable!

Holy smokes, these guys are ROCKSTARS, they quickly started dealing with the water, in all of the affected rooms and under the house where they needed to cut down the insulation to get the water out. Over the course of the next week with the fans and dehumidifiers running 24x7, the house is now dry and pretty much stripped down and ready for the rebuild, which I am going to let ServPro handle for me. Still in AWE of the work completed by these folks and how quickly they came and took care of me.

A big shoutout to Mel C, Jacob S, Alex S and Jacob D, for their amazing service, communication and for a job that was done above (way above) expectations. You guys have a customer for life and I would HIGHLY recommend this company to all of my friends and family

I am hoping the rebuild goes as well as the mitigation did. If so, I will be a very, very happy customer. They are going to make it look like it never happened, which is going to be great.

SERVEPRO of Everett/Lake Stevens was awful about communication. Left drying equipment in my house for much longer than was needed to ramp up the bill. Their project coordinators/administrative staff were constantly contradicting each other destroying any and all trust. Their apathy and poor management cost me the purchase of my dream house. I was not shocked to find out from friends and associates that they too had similar experiences with this company. I would be more forgiving in my review if at any point it seemed like they cared at all.

On January 30th, 2025, we uncovered extensive water damage and mold in a large portion of our living area. We thought a plumber had fixed the small leak we had previously found and dried the area, only to discover while starting a kitchen project that the damage was much much worse. I called Allen Beeman at Servpro who immediately sent Matt Doherty and his team to thoroughly inspect and describe how to fix it. The next day, he provided us with a detailed report we showed our insurance and also met with the adjuster and ourselves when she came to inspect. Within a couple days, Matt sent out his team of Ryan Covert, Andrew Peterson, and Aaron Cross on the project. They worked their magic, even when we found part of the subfloor had to be replaced!
I cannot recommend the Servpro team more highly. They responded to all our calls and questions in a timely manner and, most importantly, with compassion and respect. We felt very cared for and reassured that the job would be completed "like it never even happened".

The Servpro team has been a lifesaver for us after a devastating house fire on Christmas day. Their response team responded within hours of the fire chief’s call giving us an all clear to enter the site. Servpro was on site for a couple of months doing their job mitigating damages, removing contents, completing demolition, and conducting entire cleanup throughout the final inches of the entire
job site. The team was compassionate throughout as we were still feeling the shock and awe of the situation. They knew what they were doing and worked long hours to get the job done as efficiently as possible. Special recognition goes out to Mel Casey, Devon Sherman, Brandt Lafferty, and Kaden Chee, led by the project manager Matt Doherty, who worked hard to keep progress moving along. Matt gave us complete confidence in the process and was always available for any questions or concerns in a very respectful

3 to 5 days to dry out the ceiling, drywall and sufloor due to water heater leaks (40 gallon tank). It turns out Servpro has spent more than 3 weeks to dry out the leaks. It takes such a long time to dry out and the leaks must result from the whole swimming pool of water. Unbelievable.

Matt Doherty and Jacob Simmer are the two professionals who came to our home. They're both very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful. While inspecting for water damage, they detailed the areas where potential damage could arise. In the spot where fungi was found, they relieved our concerns when mentioning the damage could be controlled and next steps are very doable.

From start to finish, these guys explained in detail how and why certain damages could happen. They also provided preventative measures, recommended steps anyone can do, and described how to fix and prevent further issues. Matt and Jacob left no mess and were thorough in their inspections. We highly recommend working with this team and business in the future.

Servpro of Snohomish did the dry out when I had a leak in our master bathroom. They cut out a large section of ceiling drywall & removed some insulation. After that, they installed their equipment and dried out the area. Took 5 days (was quoted 3), but all was good.

My next review will be from the other side of the company that does the ceiling restore (that's why the 3 stars), if possible, fine someone else. A 3 day job turned into a week. Now I'm not knocking the 2 gentlemen who did the work (they just go & do what was told). It was the lack of communication & having no schedule for me to go by. Now I wasn't going to take 8 hours off from work all 3 days. So we agreed that I'd be available at 1pm. The 1st 3 days workout fine. They didn't get as far ahead as I was hoping (due mud not drying) & being it was 4th of July weekend. I wouldn't see them on Fri. So they did what they could on Wednesday cleaned up & we both said, "See you on Mon." Well monday comes around & I'm heading home to meet up with the guys when I get a text from there boss "the guys won't be by today" & this is at 12:50pm after I already left work & was about to pull into my garage. To make a long story short, I told the boss I wanted it all done on Tues. I'm took 8hrs off. They came sanded & painted the area of the repair. They didn't paint what I was quoted but didn't care. I just had enuff & wanted it done. My final thought about my experience with the restore company was the gentleman told me. "People leave their keys in a lockbox so our guys can let themselves in." If anyone's ever done this before, please leave a comment.

My house had significant damage following a broken water supply line. The insulation under the house in crawl space was completely soaked and needed removal as well as items stored there. I hired ServePro for water mitigation and for the rebuild. It was a nasty dirty job cleaning up, but was done with a smile. The girls were actually singing!
Flooring and cabinets needed replacing after the dry out.
Rebuild took some time, and negotiation. This due to difficulty dealing with
the insurance company, their restraints and poor communication. Thanks to David for hanging in until we got a reasonable settlement. It was a long process.
Project manager Joe B. stepped in and juggled things around so I could have matching cabinets and same flooring throughout. Thanks to him I now have a beautiful kitchen instead of a mismatched mess.
Contractor Sean Weeda did a excellent job rebuilding my kitchen.
The whole experience was exhausting, but ServePro did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

We had a hot water pipe burst in the crawlspace 3 weeks after purchasing another home. We we're devastated.

Servpro crew is just like the commercials, they arrive, clean up, restore and rebuild as though the water damage never happened. Each crew that arrived are on time, professional, knowledgeable and showed empathy as we were experiencing so much trauma.

Every single Servpro employee that we worked with including the guy that crawled down the wet, dark crawlspace to the person that answers the phone. After a water line above our garage burst during a cold snap, the resulting flood caused potentially serious water damage to drywall and insulation. During demolition, our State Farm field adjustor recommended SERVPRO. From the moment of initial contact, we found this firm to be extremely responsive and reliable. Although many contractors were in high demand due to the number of homeowners with burst pipes, David Carroll (Production Manager) provided us with an estimate within a couple of days and - to our surprise - also scheduled the restoration within a week or so. The team took great care to arrive on schedule, keep the work area clean, match paint, and generally manage their work with no disruption to us. David checked in with us to monitor progress, and a manager followed up by phone after the project was complete. When we had to ask for a call-back because of trouble with our garage door and opener, David responded swiftly and arranged for a technician to resolve the problem. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work, as well as SERVPRO's attentive and efficient customer service. Every employee we met acted swiftly and courteously to help us. We also found this firm's responsiveness to be exceptional, especially considering the fact that we live on Whidbey Island: I'm pretty sure that every phone call I made was answered immediately (I didn't once have to leave a voice message). Even while working in the field, David Carroll answered his phone immediately and followed up quickly. We highly recommend SERVPRO; they'll be the first firm we call if we need home restoration in the future.

ServPro team was fantastic getting my house put back together after a recent water leak. Team took extra care to make sure tehy protected floors and other areas of the home. They were extremely detail oriented and after doing a drywall patch, they weren't happy with how it came out and made sure to keep coming back to get it just right (took 3 trips). Highly recommend!

Being a former contractor I'm very picky about work being done on my home. The last 2 times we had work done I pretty much told them to leave. With that being said, when the damage to our home occurred and my wife called SERVPRO I wasnt expecting quality work. I have to say I was wrong. From the beginning to the final walk through these people treated us like family and not the kind of family that suck. Amazing work, amazing people I cant say enough about them. I'd like to add to my review that Sam and Josh were here to finish the work under my house and they did an awesome job. The access is inside my house and they showed great care and were thorough and efficient. Had a small kitchen flood. Servpro was able to come out within hours to mitigate the water damage. They were very helpful from start to finish and the restoration looks amazing. They even took care of a problem that they certainly could have added to the claim, and did it free of charge. While I hope that I will not have to use their services again, they will the first team I call in case there's another catastrophe.

Using Servpro was the only thing NOT stressful about getting my house repaired (through insurance) after a tree fell on it.
David Carroll was my first contact with the company and really helped me figure out what needed to be done. He even helped me battle with my insurance company (which took forever!)
Joe Bondarchuck handled getting the actual repairs done. I was very impressed with how fast and through they were once we could actually start the work.
Both guys have been great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Servpro to anyone needing repairs like mine.

Had a clean water flood, called ServPro to come help… it was a big job, 2/3 of our house was soaked. They took care of dealing with water and our belongings. Then the dry out happened, took some time but you could see the water in the lines as it was extracted. Once that was done, then we were ready for full Demo and rebuild. Ended up we had most of the drywall removed from downstairs walls and ceilings, all the flooring in those areas and some doors/trim that needed to be replaced, and also the downstairs bathroom. ServPro delt with the insurance company, reliving the hassle of the furniture/personal property loss and house damages.

I also ended up using ServPro for the rebuild. We also had upgrades done such as better doors and flooring materials that I covered on a change from what Insurance was covering. Joe was the PM for this portion and was excellent to work with, responsive and communicated. Any issues or delays, he was on it. For flooring they did amazing work, new moldings were done, none of that 1/4 round against the base BS, they did it proper and looks amazing! Photos reflect the final result.

Everyone that we interacted with at ServePro of Everett/ Lake Stevens/Monroe were professional, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Our house had a septic tank flood and it was emotionally and intellectually draining (no pun intended). Kudos and applause to Matthew who was the lead and expert in all areas of damage to a house, he was our hero and his team were excellent, namely, John, Mike, Ryan, Alex, Aaron, Clarissa and her amazing team (I am very sorry I did not get their names). They are literally THE RESCUE TEAM --they are noble, kind and professional - they know what to do and what they do for a living is hard work, and they do it with pride and expertise.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the service and workmanship on our extensive water damage claim from an upstairs toilet. It flooded the upstairs bathroom, walk-in closet. Damaged carpeting & drywall in 2 bedrooms, hallway and leaked thru the garage ceiling. Joe Bondarchuk, the Project Manager along with Shaun & Jason were excellent to work with. My husband has Alzheimer's disease. They were so understanding working with us & making sure we weren't put out unnecessarily. They keep telling they used to get back in 2 weeks but they never got back . I had to wait for a month but no one responded even after 3 calls. They said my wife cancelled the appointment which was never true. They keep buying time and never do service . They might be short staffed .Go for some other providers who might actually want to help and not waste your time following up .

I would love to acknowledged the outstanding display of team work and professionalism buy one of your employees Brittany when she should up at Wood Haven Apt with an massive sewage leak in one of my basements she took control of a lack luster team that was on site for over 2 hours and got the job done. there was no excuses with her it was business at hand and get the job done in which she did. There comes a time when you find a gem but shes a diamond and she showed her value to Servpro that evening. if there was ever a candidate for employee of the month or quarter Brittany should be top of this list. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I have to mention Q and Lindsey. We have a mold unit that needed repairs. Q and Lindsey are very detailed in describing their clean up process, and answered all my questions concerning the repairs. I had A LOT of questions, and they were patient and took the time to make sure I understood the process. They really seemed to enjoy their job, and the few times they’ve come into the office, they seem happy to be there. I will continue to use Servpro for any clean up or restoration needs we may have. I know if we do, we will be well taken care of. Thank you guys!

We had a leak in our shower supply line as a result of the sub-freezing temps in December, and Ira and his team did an amazing job drying the area while minimizing the demolition to only the areas that were necessary. We live on Whidbey Island where it can be difficult to get a contractor to come to your property, but Ira and team made their first visit to our house a mere two or three hours after I made my initial phone call to Vanessa at SERVPRO North Everett. Every member of the SERVPRO team I met and/or spoke with was very professional and pleasant. I would absolutely use SERVPRO again to help with water damage mitigation.

Our newly remodeled kitchen sink leaked. Our entire first floor flooded the end of October 2021. We called Servpro and they immediately came out, removed damaged flooring and set up dehumidifiers and fans. When it was time to repair the entire first floor they came out and measured. Several times they came back. They would not give us a time when the work would be done. This was extremely frustrating. IF THEY HAD TOLD US, they would not begin work for two months, we would have understood. As it was, we kept waiting for them to begin. After two months of waiting, they started the job. They completed the job in three days. They did excellent work and we were extremely pleased. We just were not pleased that they would not give us a firm date that the work would be started. Dmitri, was just excellent with our floors and worked so hard and did a beautiful job. Parker was terrific to work with.

We had a water damage on our kitchen floor. Everyone is very professional. Everyday they update us about their plan and progress. Chuck is the project manager and very good in what he does. I just wanna send a huge shout out to Ira and his crew tonight. Unfortunately our older home in downtown Snohomish developed a little leak sometime today that turned into a rather large problem. These gentleman gave it their all. Well I to the evening. Working all day the grinding it out until almost midnight is no joke.

In a time of utmost uncertainty, when I was questioning where I'm going to put my family, this group made me feel confident that the unfortunate disaster will be taken care of. Ira was super straight to the point about what was going to go on, he didn't give me false promises, he laid down a timeline that made me feel confident about the scope of work.

Unfortunately these guys most likely had to put aside their personal lives for the evening to give my family a little peace of reassurance.

I had flooding of my residence and through my insurance claim used Servpro. They responded promptly, were professional, and attentive to my desires. Even though my hardwoods were damaged, per my request they tried everything they could to save them. Although the floor still had to be replaced I was appreciative of their customer service. Chuck who lead the teams that responded the most to my home was especially good. It was obvious he was also training some of the other members. He acted knowledgeably and with confidence in showing his other team members how to perform. I don't know if he realizes it but this also gives confidence to the customer that things are being done correctly and with care. He didn't brush off any of my questions and answered me honestly. Hopefully I never have to meet these people again (in a good way)

No shows from the work crew multiple times. was told by Matt we had “so much” water damage in our floor/ceiling. They ripped everything apart and then told us that the water was no longer there “dried up on its own” still charged us for the work done and were trying to charge us to repair the damage that they did “work that didn’t need to be done” they did it anyway just to rip us off. I wouldn’t use this company, and if you do MAKE SURE TO GET PEICE QUOTE IN WRITING WITH THEIR SIGNATURE. These people are crooks.

Shutting down a large company is never an easy decision. The health and well being of your employees is obviously the most important asset a company has. During these very difficult times and with only one day's notice Allen Beeman and his team were able assemble, arrive on site and get the job done in a matter of days. They Proactively Disinfected approximately 250,000 sq.ft. with in 5 buildings. This allowed us to get back to work sooner than expected. This is the second time we have used SERVPRO for an emergency clean up. They are now our go to company for this type of service.

Idk how well of work they do, I can only speak from my own personal experience. They told me to come get my things on a Thursday (they contacted me on the Wednesday right before). Once I arrived after work (around 2pm) they had thrown 98% of my personal belongings away. Even all the things that were salvageable. Then tried to stiff me with a $3k bill. Gave me a blank invoice describing what they have done to justify the cost. I asked for a detailed invoice and it made no sense. I also noticed one of my personal belongings in someone's jacket pocket on the floor when I was leaving. Advice: do NOT sign anything they send you (paperwise via email). Look up someone who will take your damaged items away and store your salvageable items yourself in a storage unit. Thank me later.

This business franchise is probably a scam that just moves fast to trap customers when they are under stress of damage to their homes. We had a pipe burst and I hired ServPro of Everett. While every other highly rated company (including two other ServPro franchises of Puyallyp, Bellevue) gave me an estimate of 3-5 days for drying with details of what needs to be done, these guys have just some fans running in my house for last 7 days without scheduling rest of the work.
I regret my decision to go with ServPro of Everett. I was talking to ServPro of Puyallup which was recommended to me. They inspected my home, provided me estimates, but could only start next day. ServPro of Everett promised to start the work the same day (though without providing any estimates), so I went with them to save one day. Who knew that they were just moving fast to trap a customer by putting some fans at their home. On day 1, their crew said that they need to bring more equipment next day, but they haven't brought any for a week. Next they told me that they had set up fans in crawl space to dry it, but when I went down to check, there were none. Their customer support team is one of the rudest. They don't update the customers. When I call them to understand what's happening, they act rudely and say that I have been calling them before they were supposed to call me back with updates. When I ask them about status, they say that they have a lot of customers and can't schedule work at my home and can't even tell when the work would be scheduled. This is something they should have told me before signing me up. I went with them even without knowing estimates and this is how they are treating me now. Now I can't go to another company without incurring heavy additional cost and making insurance process harder.
With another company, I would have been in rebuilding phase by this time while I am still waiting for ServPro to call me to schedule the demolition. Hire this company only if you like working with rude staff and looking for some stress in your life.

I would highly recommend SERVPRO, they made our lives much easier and less stressful on Easter morning after finding a toilet overflowed overnight causing flooding in the upstairs bathroom and a water leak through the ceiling into the basement. A phone call was made to SERVPRO Sunday morning and they were there promptly. They removed the water, removed the affected areas of the ceiling, set up fans and dehumidified the room. They continuously checked in on us and the progressive being made. The SERVPRO employees were very knowledgeable, they offered us information on the situation we were experiencing and answered all questions we had.

This company is stellar in the way it handled my recent flood issues with one of my business locations. From the quick response, the excellent communication and the way they handled the entire process, I felt like I was given superior service. I would recommend this franchise location above all others as they have such great integrity. I had a previous experience with ServPro of Skagit County four months prior to this mitigation and I felt like I was overcharged because they thought it would be an insurance claim. In fact, I had the same flood issues in the same location four months ago, so I'm really comparing apples to apples and I feel like this ServPro went above and beyond to help me beyond my expectations. Hope I don't need to use them again, but if I do, I will call them first! Thank you Tricia and crew for making me feel like I was important.

The Servpro Scam

This business franchise has to be one of the biggest scams in the USA.

Using lies and deceit,they are Wolves cloaked in sheep's clothing preying on victims of home disasters.

While our home was still burning,with fire trucks and police still on site, I was approached by three people out of no where.
They handed me business cards and pamphlets while telling me how they where there to help me deal with what was happening.
Never having been in such a situation before i had no idea they where common Vultures.
They sit and listen to police and fire scanners just waiting to find there prey.

One of these scavengers was a representative of Servpro.
She gained my trust by trickery under the pretense of being a neighbor that lived just a few homes over.
I felt a neighbor would definitely be looking out for my best interest.

Unfortunately i found out later this was a total deception.
Only five days later even before we were even settled into a temporary housing situation she and 2 other Servpro reps where hounding me for what was to be there first of many payments to come over the next couple of months.

Ignorantly i was rushed into signing some documents.
Little did i know i had just handed over an open checkbook to my claim with the insurance company.

Servpro never provided and estimate or quote on what there services included or any of the cost.

In conclusion Servpro bamboozled my insurance claim for more then 25,000.00 dollars to load,clean and store 21 items (about a one bedroom apt) for 45 days.
The overall value of the items when purchased new was approximately 4,500.00 dollars.

To add insult to injury Servpro attempted to bill my insurance an addtional 13,000.00 dollars for cleaning and delivering back to me an additional 5 items consisting of 3 paintings a refrigerator and stove.

Thank goodness i was advised by my insurance company of this and i was able to reign them in and stop this absurdity.

I personally picked up my belongings in a small 15 foot uhaul truck from Servpro and placed them into our apt.
Servpro was going to charge 3500.00 for this service.

Upon unpacking my few items i found 2 broken lamps,all the hardware to assemble our bed missing and soot was still on some of the items.Other items that had been cleaned by Servpro where damaged they had paint and finish stripped off of them.

To no surprise now Servpro is billing $3626.46 dollars for the storage of the 5 items they had at the subcontractors warehouse for storage!!! What a joke!!!!
I guess since i didn't allow them to make the 60% profit they where going to make by having there contractor clean these 5 items they are going to make money somehow by claiming storage.Unbelievable.

My advice do not call these people for anything if you can help it.
If they come to you unsolicited shooooooooo the Voltures away.
Do not listen to any stories from there reps its nothing but lies and the only person they are looking out for is there profits,obviously these fire truck chasers are on comission.

I am reporting them to the BBB and filing a report on RIP OFF REPORT.
You will see tons of bad reviews on Rip Off Report regarding Servpro all over the USA.

Everyone told us ServPro was the best and it is true! We had a minor home disaster recently and they were on site the same day we called with dehumidifiers.
