We have now hired Chris and his wonderful team at Magenta Home Services for two of our homes. They are amazing - very honest and ethical, and of course do excellent work. Chris is awesome at explaining the different options, pros and cons of each, and always being transparent about what to expect with the different ways of doing things, along with associated costs. They have completed a lot of projects for us, mostly larger but some smaller things as well. Everything from flooring to three full bathroom remodels, to a new deck, porch and gorgeous custom fence. We will be hiring them for a lot more as well, such as a full kitchen renovation, new windows, more bathrooms, etc. Pricing is very fair, and Chris always does things in the most high quality way that will last, and does not ever cut corners. Chris and his team are our go-to and we honestly wouldn’t hire anyone else at this point. The trifecta - excellent quality work, honest and trustworthy, reasonable rates.

The owner, Chris is very detail oriented and knowledgeable in everything related to home renovations. He installed luxury vinyl tile throughout my entire house and I couldn't be happier with the results! He took such great care to make sure the tiles were symmetric and looked so well put together. What's best of all is that I trust Chris to do a good job and I don't have to worry about a thing and that's huge to me. I'm planning on hiring Magenta again in the spring to install a new moisture barrier in my crawl space and re-insulate my crawl space and attic. Magenta Home Services did a wonderful job installing a total of 20 LED recessed lights in my living room/dining room/kitchen/entrance way. They also replaced all the old baseboard heaters with four electric wall heaters. Then replaced the old double pole thermostats with new programmable thermostats. The place looks amazing!

Twice, Chris came up against regulation concerns regarding safety issues that had not been followed by the original contractors. Chris successfully came up with ingenious solutions bringing all the new installations back within safety and required building code.

Man, where to start, we were using another company that folded taking our money in the process. Chris was Recommended by a city inspector we met. Chris was amazing, he was understanding to our situation. He finished everything we needed, when we had failed inspections (had some really touchy inspectors) he worked with us and took all of our calls and texts, which were extensive at times. When he finished our large project (over 80k) he came back and helped us run internet cable and a ton of other small projects we have. We have him installing a shower door next week. I could not recommend a more trustworthy contractor, whether it is a small project or a huge build, Chris Miguel, and Axel were amazing!!!!

I have worked with Chris and his team a few times, the first time for a partial kitchen rebuild after water damage in my kitchen, the second as a consult on a roofing issue. The kitchen rebuild was done well and quickly, leaving no trace of the repairs. When asked to consult on the roof, Chris offered me multiple options, and was clear on the financial implications of each. He pointed me in the direction of the option that appropriately solved the issue and saved me the most money, knowing it would cost his company the contract. This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write. But when you find someone with knowledge, integrity and an eye for detail in this business, I felt I needed to let others know. Chris painted the exterior of my house and did an incredible job! He talked strategy and found solutions to issues as they came up on the project. He did everything from removing bushes, replacing siding to building gates AND left the job site organized and tidy every evening. Chris also did the cut in around windows and doors that other painters were not willing to do. I have recommended Chris and his crew to relatives and neighbors, and now to you!!
