Armen Remodeling & Construction did an amazing job remodeling our unfinished basement into a family room and a guest bedroom. Rubith, Jorge and team were a delight to work with--very professional and thoughtful in their advice and work. They went above and beyond to fit us in on short notice when we found out we would be able to host relatives for an extended stay after a long wait for the US visa process. The rooms look amazing--the team paid great attention to detail and quality throughout. I highly recommend Rubith and team for anyone looking to remodel!

Armen was amazing!! They went above and beyond to ensure we were getting quality. We had a leak under our shower and they completely took over. Not only did they deliver quality work and materials they also dealt with our insurance directly taking away all our stress! They did all the work from demo to rebuild in under 3 weeks! This team did such an amazing job on our stairs and hallway. If there was any modifications that had to be done, they always discussed with us before proceeding. They made sure to do it all the right way, no cutting corners. Our stairs and hallway flooring was done quickly. When they were done, they cleaned everything including the walkway outside. Would highly recommend for any project. Super awesome customer service which is a huge bonus! 5 stars all around. will be using for future projects!

Armen Construction has been the best contractor our family has ever worked on. we had a massive bathroom repair that needed to be done after a major toilet overflow that destroyed the main bathroom. Rubith and her team were the most responsive contractors we have ever worked with. They completely fixed and improved our elder mother's bathroom while she was ill and bed bound and provided noise and dust and work mitigation in her bedroom since the bathroom in question was the one connected to the main bedroom. they added and made the bathroom more accessible since my elder mother has major mobility and health concerns. they took us with them to the hardware stores to review materials needed and also were super responsive to calls from my elder father who is super picky and demanding on repairs to his home. Honestly ARMEN remodeling handled the job and contract better than I could have ever expected and they came in right at budget and timeline needed. I will always contact them first for any future remodeling needs our entire family ever needs.

Tuvimos una reparación masiva del baño que tuvo que hacerse después de un desbordamiento importante del inodoro que destruyó el baño principal. Rubith y su equipo fueron los contratistas más receptivos con los que hemos trabajado. Arreglaron y mejoraron completamente el baño de nuestra madre mayor mientras estaba enferma y postrada en cama y proporcionaron ruido y polvo y mitigación de trabajo en su habitación, ya que el baño en cuestión era el que estaba conectado al dormitorio principal. ARMEN remodeling and construction did such amazing work on our home! We had a flood that started in the upstairs and went to our downstairs needing extensive work done. This team was the best we could of ever asked for, they listened to what we wanted, gave us many options and created our dream kitchen, floors, and bathroom for us, we told them everything we wanted out of our remodel as well as our budget and they made it better than we could of ever expected! They dealt with our insurance, gave us a great value, always on time, and told us what their plan was before starting any project! They didn't mind our kids hanging around or our barking dogs and worked quickly to get our living space back to being livable for our home! Honestly they provided the best experience in a bad situation and we will definitely be going to them for any other home remodel or repair needs we have in the future!

Rubith, Jorge, and team did an AMAZING job remodeling our master bathroom and our basement minibar. They were so helpful and easy to work with and made the whole process go smoothly. The bathroom went from a carpeted 80s nightmare to a luxury oasis. We couldn't be happier!

I called Armen because I needed a fence built to enclose the backyard for pivacy and to keep the dog in a fenced yard. In addition I needed a fence along one side of the front yard to provide privacy but both sides of the fence needed to look good. Rubith and Jorge came over and drew up a design that ion both sides included gates on both sides of the house with gated access to the alley. I cannot say enough about how professional they are, how quickly it was done and exactly what I asked for with lights on each fence post in the fronat and fences that are beyond my expectations. I know this fence is going to last along time because of their expertise. My front yard fence is beautiful on both sides. I am so impressed with it I asked them to build a nice shed in the back and I can"t wait to see what it looks like. You can not go wrong by picking this company!!

After a frustrating process with my insurance company, and their recommended contractors, I wised up and got a recommendation from a neighbor. ARMEN Remodeling & Construction were my absolute heroes in getting my bathroom into a show room state of being. Rubith took on my insurance company and was able to get me what I deserved in order to make me whole, and then some! She was also beyond helpful in hearing our wants and needs, and working with us to select the best materials to accomplish what we wanted to do. Jorge, and all of their support team are friendly, punctual, and professional at all times. All of them were extremely available and responsive through the whole process, and finished the job exactly on schedule. Their work is simply amazing. I won't use anybody else for any future work I may need.

Rubeth, Jorge and their team did an amazing job! They were very responsive and worked with us patiently from the beginning while we were getting our payment processed. At the time of hiring them I was pregnant and Rubeth was able to squeeze us in to get things painted before having our baby. Rubith and Jorge’s team were amazing! We discovered we had water damage in our bathroom and had to have it gutted. Several months and several quotes later we found Armen based on a neighbors recommendation. We were so lucky to have found this wonderful crew! Not only were they on time, knowledgeable, very commutative, they do beautiful work. They helped us stay on budget and Rubith personally got a hold of our insurance to help us with the settlement which we ended up getting another check to help with the repairs! We are so thankful! I now have two GORGEOUS bathrooms and a deck that my neighbors have all been complimenting. This is the same dack I was afraid to set foot on a month ago.
