Incompetent,untrustworthy and difficult. I had an emergency heater install one winter and was told that my install included a later service call to make sure everything wa functioning properly.salesperson told me I’d get a noticeably small heater bill after the install. In fact my energy costs when up and the unit was extremely loud. It took me three YEARS of complaining to finally get them out to do something about it. Some of the issues were fixed at that point but I never did get the savings I was promised and every single interaction was a serious pain to deal with. Under no circumstances do I recommend these clowns. I wish gone to ANYOBE else. These people were a huge time suck and cost me a lot of money. They didn’t ever do what they said they would and were reluctant to honor service agreements. Run!

Thank you William and World Class Services. Referred thru Home Depot, for replacing the rusted, falling apart 30 yr old flue vent pipe on our roof.. He also inspected the water heater and furnace venting inside the garage and found a small issue he fixed. Very nice, knowledgeable and professional. You have our business!
The HVAC company we have used for years including our new ac and water heater said they couldn't help us as the flue was not an HVAC issue call a roofing company???

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with World Class Services! First of all Zachary Stevenson who was adjuster for this project, came out and assessed what I was looking for. My main concern was having a Lennox Air conditioning system to match my newer Lennox heating system. He looked at everything and was concerned about how my garage unit was installed and if the Lennox unit would be a match based on Lennox parameters. He mentioned another system, but he could tell I wasn't excited about mismatch units. He got right to work calling people about what would work best. After a bit, he came back with three a/c unit one of them being Lennox. I picked Lennox first thing. Then the lady ,Marcela D called and set up the date for install. She was very cool and set up everything based on what we needed at the time. My wife said she called quick and no lag time!! Thanks. Then the installers came out. Lead guy was Sergiy Myronets and crew came and got right to work! I asked a couple of questions prior to project which they answered. I got out of their way and they dominated the install project!! They wired things making them look top notch ! My HVAC system looks so sweet! They cleaned up after they were done , they went over things and were very professional! They stayed late to finish the job and it was done right! They even found a mistake that the previous company performed and corrected it and told us about it. Hats off to this crew, they are AWESOME! I wanna say a big THANK YOU to World Class Services for all you did, the name fits! You will have a customer for life!

Got William's number from a previous job that he did and my unit wasn't heating properly and he walked me through how to fix the issue over the phone, this guy really saved me and my family from having any other issues. Very knowledgeable with units. Thank you!

I submitted for bid on World Class Services website and was contacted next day. Armondo was superior in getting me all information and I was booked and scheduled next day for following Monday.
On Monday gentlemen named Sergee (SP?) arrived on time within 30 minute window provided. He began work when replacement unit was discovered to have sustained damage. Sergee called colleague to obtain 2nd unit for replacement and continued working. All work was done to highest standards.
I could not be happier with exemplary service received. Exactly 1 week from furnace failure and I was in complete operation again with new unit.

Lifesavers! World-Class Service in Kent, WA!

Our heater went out on one of the coldest night of the year, and I was panicking about my kids. Thankfully, World Class Services came to the rescue! They provided truly world-class service. From the moment I called, they were responsive, understanding, and incredibly helpful. The technician was prompt, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained everything clearly and got our heating system back up and running in no time. Now my kids are safe and warm thanks to their fast and efficient service. Despite countless attempts to have my heater fixed after a faulty install I have had zero success. My temperature in my home is miserable and I have wasted more money in what bills for a system that will not shut down properly or cycle properly. It has been the worst experience ever. Devon the customer service rep is sweet as pie but the install and actual workmanship of the job is horrible . I spent more money on this machine then I make in a year and I am not happy at all. They refuse to warrant their work or fix the problem .

Their tech provided great service for the annual maintenance of our furnaces which included full diagnostics and cleaning the filters.. He gave full and informative explanations of the condition of the furnaces and need for some replacement of some ducting. He identified a potential fire hazard. Very thorough and very reasonably priced.

Very responsive. The tech was able to get my system running with a permanent solution to be completed in the next week.

Tyce was great. Respectful, polite and told me what I needed to know about my furnace issue in the clearest way possible. He took great time in diagnosing the problems in order to get to the root of what was going on and troubleshot everything possible without jumping to unnecessary conclusions.

Maintenance was efficient and professional. Tyce, the technician, was conscientious, asking if it was ok to step inside the house without feet coverings on, and very thorough in explaining what he was doing and what actions to take going forward to make sure the unit continues working smoothly.

We also had Tim come and do a consolation with us for a new heat pump, he was highly informative and detailed. He took the time to take us through the various options, weigh up the pros and cons and didn't try push us on more expensive options. Highly recommend you talk to him for any quotes!

Tyce Fuller was great! He took the time to explain what he was looking at on my furnace and then he showed me how to use the thermostat. I appreciated the time he took to show me things.

Type was very polite and professional.He kept me informed on what he was doing and what he found. He even went back to the truck to get his booties. He even remembered about my disabilities from a prior visit and offered to do things for me...turning off all the basement lights so I didn't have to go down the stairs and to lock the front door. He was amazing!

Devan spent a lot of time performing a thorough inspection and tune up on my furnace. He explained in detail some areas of concern. He offered suggestions / professional opinions ranging from doing nothing, performing some repairs, or replacing the unit. There was never any pressure to do one choice over another. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC and was very friendly and professional.

From beginning to end service was top notched service I am very happy with this company, Starting with John who provided me with all the information and answered all my questions very patiently helped me to choose their service and installation. John is the reason why I decided to do it with them. Than their team that came to install the new equipment was hard at work in a tight space that is the crawl space, I was very impressed how hard working people they are. They even cleaned my ductwork.
