Our kitchen remodel with Huskies turned out beautifully. There were a couple of minor delays due to backordered materials, but they kept us informed the whole time. Their tile work and countertop installation were especially impressive. We also got an amazing deal on the cabinets. To be very honest I never thought i would be able to buy those cabinets in my budget. But Manku made it possible, he gets pretty good discount on these items. Great value and solid work overall.

We had a perimeter drain installed inside our basement to fix water issues, and the results have been great. The crew was professional, worked efficiently, and kept the area clean. They removed the concrete along the walls, installed the drain system with proper slope, and connected it to a sump pump. Since then, the basement has stayed completely dry, even during heavy rain. Highly recommend Huskies Construction for anyone dealing with water problems in their basement.

Huskies Construction exceeded all of my expectations after a car crashed into the front side of my house. The entire front was badly damaged, but Huskies restored everything within a month. Had a really bad water leak coming through the dinning room celling. We called Husky construction to come take a look and help fix the problem. They were able to find the leak, make the repairs, and remodel the shower area of the bathroom in 9 days. Manku understood we were in a time crunch due to a my wedding and did not hesitate to take the job when I told him that it needed to be complete before my guest started to arrive.

Huskies picked my job in the middle when another contractor ran away leaving me helpless in the middle of the job. Huskies finished my job in tacoma and got every profession inspected by city at every stage before moving forward. Manku stand with you till last and they finished my job within time. We had our kitchen, hallway, some flooring, and walls renovated by Huskies, and we are very happy with the results and experience. Our project became a little complicated with the problems that tend to come up when you're dealing with a builder-grade home from the 90s, but Manku and his team met every challenge faced head-on, and came up with practical solutions that were both safe, effective, and cost-comscious. The further they got into the project and a few more of these things came up, the more we trusted in their experience and knowledge. All of the subcontractors that Manku personally chooses are consummate professionals. (We did have a problem with the subcontractor the cabinet company used to install our countertop and we trusted that Manku would handle it with the company directly.) The only thing I would recommend is that if you have higher end finishes (thick flooring or specialty tiles [marble and such]) that you let them know ahead of time so they bring the best tools to your location since they have multiple teams at different job sites. I will take blame since I couldn't make up my mind until the very last moment regarding some of the accents for the kitchen and others were backordered. From Nancy, to Manku, to all the guys working in our home during the time period it took to deal with and complete our project, everyone gave 100% of their time and effort and our remodel/renovation was finished within the time that we were told. We felt completely comfortable with them in our home and we're looking forward to hiring them again for our next project.

Manku was the initial contact to give me a bid to renovate my main bathroom. Being respectful and friendly is a must for me, as I quickly found out after interviewing other contractors for the job, it isn't the mainstay in this industry. Manku had both qualities I needed in order to share space in my home for the week or so they needed to complete my project. Huskies Remodeling wasn't the cheapest bid I received, but after reviewing them online, and disappointed with some of the other companies that submitted bids, I decided to do business with Huskies. Then in stepped Karan! I had the tub, bathtub surround walls, toilet, sink/countertop, and flooring replaced. He was extremely conscientious regarding cleanliness and pleasing me with all the other details. There were a few bumps in the process, but Karan and his helper/co-worker didn't stop until I was completely satisfied with the results. The "bumps" were not within their control, rather product related, and I couldn't have asked for a more knowledge based, attentive group of people. I am highly satisfied which says a lot from me. My experience of Huskies was very poor. They are unprofessional, cannot communicate proactively, failed to show up at agreed times and never delivered on commitments during the presale process. They took no ownership or leadership in the process of bidding on the project - and were completely uninterested in making things right from their late/no- shows. I would never recommend them with the experience that I had. It's unnerving to imagine what they'd be like after being hired and paid, if they were so bad before winning the contract. I hope they improve these soft skills, organizational skills and time management skills, since they have potential to be much better. I wish them the best.

One of the best companies in south king county. We had a leak in basement which no other contractor could figure out why it's happening. Hats off to Manku who figured out the solution in one hour. We use to have standing water in our basement all the time. Now there is not even a single drop of water. They have also upgraded our drainage system and installed new catch basins with new pumps. We will 100% use them again.

I hired them after reading all these reviews online. They built a deck for us and we are very happy. Since I am truck driver and I stay on the road a lot. I needed a reliable GC who can manage everything and we found Huskies. Our GC was Manku and he is gem of a person. He always replied to my messages, even 10pm at night. He is very responsible contractor. We will definitely use them again and refer to our friends.

We used Huskies Remodeling to remodel the kitchen in our house. They did an absolutely amazing job. They came in and helped us design a cabinet layout that utilizes every inch of the awkward space. They were so clean during the demo and went way above and beyond during the installation of the cabinets. Our kitchen is just gorgeous!

I have used Huskies Remodeling twice now to install a new fence in my backyard. The first time, the fence was shared with my neighbor and in many areas, literally falling down. Since I have dogs, this was an urgent thing to get fixed. Manu and his team helped me figure out how to design the fence to make sure it was secure for my dogs. They even took into account the things my neighbor wanted from the fence. And then they worked on a quick schedule to get the fence up to help make sure my dogs could have access to the yard ASAP. Not to mention, the fence looked great! Because of this great experience, I worked with them again when another part of my fence was falling down. Again, we were able to talk through how to best design it to be secure for my dogs, as well as how to make it blend in with the design of the rest of my fencing. Manku and his crew do first rate work. They have done a living room remodel a few years back for us, and just recently completed a bathroom redo. Now, we are in a little bungalow in Lynwood, not like some of the huge homes he has transformed, but they still had the same attention to detail and workmanship that you would find in any of those major projects. Good subs, great project management and a wonderful end result! You will be happy using them.
