Dave, Jacob and the team at EcoStar and their subcontractors nailed a cleanup of our kitchen and dining room ceiling - we went from 8 to 26 dimmable bulbs in just 3 days- let there be light! They also removed tons of 40+ year old cellulose attic insulation and replaced it with R38 Batts in 1 more day! Bravo

We had Mike Gila come out and do a small project for us and we are very happy with the end product. Despite being a small job he was fair and was very pleasant to work with. Will be using Mike and EcoStar again.

Very high quality craftmanship. Employees are very respectful and professional. They listen to what you want and ensure the end result meets your needs. Chris took the time to go and look at materials with us so that we were selecting the right items. Viktor was wonderful and offered suggestions on finishing touches we would not have thought of. We absolutely love our new bathroom and will definitely use Ecostar again.

We just got done working with Christopher at Ecostar on an exterior deck stair remodel. Christopher was quick to address any questions and concerns. Now we have a really nice highly durable set of steps. The wobble the old steps had feels stable and secure.

We had a great experience working with Mike from the day one. It is a great that Ecostar is interested not only in large jobs, but small jobs too , as was.our 0.75 bathroom remodel. They promised the project will be done to meet our expectations. Mike called , monitoring the progress and visited the site every day. The project was completed on time and we finally have a new good looking visitor’s bathroom.

Made an appointment to get a bid for whole house paint with some exterior siding replacement and master bath remodel. Appointment time came and went, no show, no call, no email. In this game, you only get ONE strike and you're out. Guess they already have enough business and didn't need ours.

We met with Ran to discuss the siding project. They were excellent at keeping us updated and cleaned up each day so we could get in and out of the house etc. they were very knowledgeable of each step of the process. I would hire them again for any project.

We were fortunate to have had Ecostar come to our rescue and then help us design a new bathroom. Our project manager Christopher Keen was especially helpful. He was incredibly patient and accommodating. His attention to the job and various crews and their schedules was outstanding. He stayed in communication with us almost daily throughout the remodel. We’ll miss his positive energy around here!
In addition to the bathroom project, we also had Ecostar repair our outdoor patio and deck. Again Christopher, project manager, helped pick out the tile and then sent a wonderful crew out to repair the decks. He stayed on top of this project as well, checking in almost daily. We love the results!

I worked with Christopher Keen on a soundproofing project and his communication and project management were excellent. He was kind and respectful through the process and I would recommend him to others.

I recently purchased a manufactured home and after moving in I realized the existing master bathroom was not going to work. The shower stall was the size of a phone booth and the soaking tub was too short for my legs and was difficult to get out of. I got bids and EcoStar was the company I decided on. Even though they weren't the cheapest (they also were not the highest), they provided information on their experience doing remodeling of manufactured homes, and getting copies of their company's insurance documents upfront was helpful for me make a final decision on a contractor. Chris Keen, the project manager, was great to work with! Chris was always responsive, professional & friendly and routinely checked in on the remodeling team's status, answered any questions I had, provided suggestions on design, never complained about any changes or additional small things I asked for (like installing exhaust fans, new kitchen sink and faucet), and informed me of potential issues and alternatives. As I stated, my biggest concern was functionality and EcoStar team came through with a marvelous final model. I now have a huge shower I thoroughly enjoy and feel safe using, and obtained additional storage by converting the old shower into a new linen/supply closet. It was a great outcome and I definitely recommend engaging with EcoStar for any remodeling or construction work you may need. You won't be disappointed!

I think Ian and his group did a great job on what I would consider to be a difficult driveway because of the stones lining the driveway. They were quick efficient and cleaned up well excellent job.

Ecostar has called my cell# multiple times despite never having any type of history with them and my number being on the National Do Not Call list. It has now become harassment.
They are ignoring FCC regulations, my own preference to be left alone, and human decency. I strongly urge people to refuse to do any type of business with them.

Positive experience with ecostar remodeling on our 2 bathrooms. Quoted less than others in the area & did very nice work. I would recommend considering them for your projects. Some details from our project:
-Swapped guest & master bath layout, removed walls and improved door placement to create more space.
-Replacing tub with walk in tile shower
-Replacing flooring
-Plumbing
-Electrical
-Vanity install
-Painting

I worked with Ion for my siding project. Rarely have I had a more attentive contractor. Unfortunately, the siding on one side if my house had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. The crew showed up on time at 8 am everday and it took just a few days to remove the siding, install new underlayment, and put up the new siding. Fast, efficient and very hardworking. I highly recommend Eco Star and most especially Ion Ghimp. Its so nice to have a project go smoothly with everything done as expected and on time.

We did a kitchen remodel in early 2024 with Ecostar, replacing our cabinets, countertop, appliances and installed a new electrical panel. Alex was our main point of contact and was great throughout the process, he was enjoyable to talk with and was upfront about everything. (Note that Alex left Ecostar around the time our project wrapped up.) We are enjoying our new kitchen now and really appreciated that there were no cost overrun surprises.

I deducted one star in the rating (4 stars instead of 5) because we were originally under the impression that the project would be completed in about a month while it ended up taking more that 2 months, and communication about delays was erratic and sometimes inaccurate. (Workers who were expected to show up at certain days and times didn't show up, while some other workers showed up without any advanced notice.) Overall, though, I'd reiterate that we're very happy with the end result.

Ian Ghimp did a great job replacing the support beam, siding, gutters, painting, insulation as well as a couple of problems areas where wood needed replacing due to termites. Work was done when he said it would be done. The project was done on time.

The entire experience was great. The loan process was smooth and easy. I will definitely look to Ecostar Remolding @ Construction for any future projects. Thanks again for the great work on my bathroom floor. Everyone we've shown it to love the work. Lastly. Thanks to the courteous workers for their service.

I am totally recommending EcoStar Remodeling & Construction in the Seattle, WA. area. The PM, Christopher understood the scope of the four-phase project and was there throughout until completion. His communication was terrific in texting me on estimated arrival times of parts and personal to repair the rotting areas outside of my house. The work was fantastic, the workers were great, very quick completion and a complete cleanup was performed after each phase. The house looks new again.

They were able to get the work done in a timely manner and within the budget I had to work with.

Ecostar, and Ion my PM, were excellent! They care about making the customer happy and they do great work. I couldn’t rate them 6 stars, but I wanted to. My new railing and kitchen lighting are just what I wanted. They are the best!!

Probably a 4.5. They fixed fences and did some landscaping. I am pleased with the Trex and warranty. I felt pressured to start the project and they were working in snow. I also wish i got a picture of the original plan with my paperwork, as the square corners were meant to be angled. All in all, i do love the deck

Grate job on a difficult roof guy's paid a lot to detail and came back for trash pickup when they said.

Ecostar remodeled my two bathrooms. Really great job. Quick, clean, worked long hours to get done on time. Flexible and easy to work with. Completely tiled one bathroom and shower and laid down LVP in the second bathroom. Replumbed the single sink for a double vanity sink. The project manager, Ion, was very attentive and responsive. Can’t recommend Ecostar highly enough.

Just had a deck project done. It looks great and was completed in just a few days. The crew was very professional, efficient and finished the project on a day when it was dark and snowing. Very pleased with Asaf who was the overall project manager for our bathroom remodel. Asaf provided a number of options supported by pictures from previous jobs. Very helpful. As for the workmanship and end result, we were fortunate to have Vedim as our focal. Vedim is young but very experienced and meticulous. I had a concrete slab done at the back of my house. Alex and Ian created an easy going environment and made sure that the job would be done correctly, efficiently, and done with care. I had some house trim on a split level house that needed to be replaced prior to all of the trim being painted. Project manager Paul met with me on a Sunday and got a crew out working the following day. He even managed to get the entryway staircase banisters replaced and painted to match the rest of the trim. When the wood on my old deck rotted and I needed a new one, I turned to these guys. Their portfolio is impressive, and their service matches it. After the details were discussed and payment arrangements made, they not only replaced my deck and stairs with a new beautiful one, they helped me replace my front and back exterior light fixtures and replaced my broken doorbell, all for a single flat fee.

Ps..notice empty back yard? They hauled away not only construction debris, but large wood pieces left over from last year when we had a tree removed.
