BEWARE: they are crooks after home fire they repeatedly said they were sending someone to tarp roof to avoid further water damage. They never did. Finally after 2wks of nothing my bf got up there and trapped it himself. Called and fired company there was no progress and moisture in areas that previously had none. We went to the home and heard water. My bf crawled under the house to find someone punctured a pipe and stuffed it in the insulation pointed at the floor. We sent complaint and received no response.

Dan and Braxton did an amazing job! They kept us informed on what they were doing and how things were going to be moving forward. They were very supportive and informative. Helped us locate a place that cleans a speciality carpet.

I’ve been using Service Master for years to help us keep our carpets looking new. They do a great job. , Jason , Paul Paul and Josh take great care of us and Josh.

Matthew is a true professional. He went about doing his job and answered any questions in a very respectful manner. I could tell that he was knowledgeable about the task at hand.

Jason did an awesome job on cleaning our upstairs! We have never had them professionally cleaned so I knew it would be a task. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and our carpet looks 100 times better. So thankful for Jason and Brooke from Service Master for the excellent service!

Pierce, Luis, and Dan were wonderful to deal with. They explained every step that they had to do to make sure my home was safe to live in after a pipe burst and wet much more than I thought. And they were super careful with my belongings that had to be moved out of the immediate work zone.

Service Master of Charleston recently cleaned all of the duct work in our 25 year old HVAC systems. Adam Jamison was the tech and he did an incredible job. It was a lot to tackle and he did an awesome job. Very professional and when he was done you would have never known that he had been in our home. His coordinator Zoey was a big help in getting everything scheduled she said he would be at our home at 8 AM and that he was very thorough, which he was on both counts. I will recommend Service Master to all of my friends.

Paul has been cleaning carpets and upholstered items for us for a few years. We notice his skill, experience, and a desire to do his best for a great result each time! You are lucky to have him!

Although going through a fire is mind boggling service master made the process less of a worry. All their workers did excellent work and by keeping track of all estimates and expenditures we were able to get our work completed very satisfactorily.

Servicemaster was quick to respond after we made our claim. Peirce and Adam were on time, courteous and efficient. Pleasant to work with and did clean, excellent work.

Paul provided excellent service and made a great representative for Servicemaster of Charleston. He cleaned stains out of my carpet and educated me well. He was considerate of my other floors and furnishings. I will use Servicemaster of Charleston again.

A good company with a wide variety of expertise. Mitch helped me through the insurance issues and provided skilled workers for the reconstruction of my house after a fire.

Dealing with a fire in your home is never going to be easy. Daniel Fort and the crew at ServiceMaster try their best to keep motion moving forward, keeping open lines of communication and contact, and to be informative and honest every step of the way. I’ve only just begun this endeavor but with this team supporting me I feel better than I ever expected to feel while dealing with a catastrophe of this magnitude. The project manager that came out, Ryan, was amazing. He was professional, informative, and reassuring. He was able to help us feel reassured in a time of anxiety and uncertainty . We can not rate him high enough to reflect the phenomenal service he was able to provide; and on such short notice.

Home emergencies come n many different forms. What they all have n common s a critical timeline. Elderly parent, multiple caregivers & ‘flushable’ wipes (a misnomer 4 sure) prompted an unforeseen but fortunate introduction to ServiceMasters of Charleston. Their response was within an hour after my initial call. Their communication frm the beginning was impressive, transparent & consistent. All of this along with their respect for gently navigating around the elderly parent has earned them 5 ⭐️ indeed. Tku Matt, Dallas, Braxton, Dillon & Joe!

Our business was located in an office building that had a severe fire. We had no fire damage, but we had lots of smoke damage and a horrible odor. Servicemaster was on site and began to clean up within an hour of being notified. They were respectful, Professional, and informative. Specifically, Dan and Dylan were awesome! They were there late into the evening and early morning to make sure that we were able to open our doors the next morning. I would highly recommend these professionals in your time of need, because these situations happen when you least expect it.

Matthew and Braxton came to the rescue this morning! My mother woke up to a water mess from her kitchen area that lead to her pantry, dining area, living room and down the hallway. These guys went above and beyond in assisting her with moving furniture, helping her move things to the garage (she has a lot of things). They did it all with kindness and a smile. They explained the process to her and what to expect tomorrow when they return. I will absolutely recommend using Service Master in the future. I would give a 10 Star review if it were an option. Pierce B. at Service Masters of Charleston took the time to explain what he was doing and politely answered all my questions. It may not sound like much, but it has been awhile since a service person didn’t make me feel like it was an inconvenience to answer my questions.

Jason B. did a fantastic job cleaning my floors after some recent ceiling repair. He walked me through the entire process and delivered. Perfect personality to be in the service industry.

Polite, prompt and happy to answer any questions. Matt and Braxton did a great job assessing the situation. Would definitely recommend should you need them.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the great services many others have received. I contracted Service Master on Oct 14, 2024, to reestablish my home back to normal after water damage. A 6–8-week repair has turned to a 3-month repair. To summarize my experience, my security system was tampered with and taken out of service without my permission, staff ate on the second level and left trash (second level was not cleaned since it was not the area of repair), but most importantly I never felt heard. I would call the Project Manager and would get his voicemail. I would text him and sometimes I would get a response but mostly no response. During these difficult times of being misplaced from your own home, I recommend someone that will prioritize all their customers.

JJ was great. Very professional and communicated well what was going to happen and what was completed. An excellent interaction!

No one is dealing with ServiceMaster on their best day, but they make the bad day much easier. We had a pipe break and flood our downstairs. ServiceMaster sent out someone to walk us through what needed to be done to deal with the damage and even coordinated with our insurance company to help get our home liveable. They sent out Pierce to start the removal of wet drywall and flooring. He was super knowledgeable and walked us through what he was doing each step of the way. They left both fans and dehumidifiers to help dry out and prevent mold. Pierce put our minds at ease and made a bad experience so much better.

I would recommend ServiceMaster of Charleston without hesitation. Dan Fort and his team exceeded our expectations. They arrived on the scene and immediately started the process of recovery. They were very professional and communicated with throughout the process. The fire and smoke was overwhelming to us but not to Dan and his team. now our church is starting the reconstruction phase and Dan and Mike have made this transition flow just as smooth as the beginning. Jason and his crew have done an excellent job of boxing and packing out my house. They’ve been extremely careful and taken good care of my possessions.

I can’t express enough appreciation for this company. Often when there is damage, it is not very evident where the source is, but this company continuously worked with us and provided us the information we needed for our insurance company. They were also very prompt and courteous always going above and beyond the call of duty! This is not the first time and probably not the last time we will need them. We highly recommend them.

Exemplary customer service, communication, and warranty. Had a minor plumbing issue a year after major work/renovation was completed. I called ServiceMaster up, went over the issue, they coordinated with urgency and transparency, and fixed the plumbing issue. Work was covered completely under their warranty and they coordinated with my schedule. They honor their word and stay true to their values of quality work. There are contractors/companies with integrity and ServiceMaster is one of them. You want excellent work and peace of mind with the best warranty in the Charleston area, choose them.

As a homeowner, I always dreaded the day I would need any repairs done. The thought of having strangers in my home for days at a time gave me so much anxiety. As did as all of the decisions I would have to make and money I would spend in the process.
But after today, everything has changed. The team that worked on my home was truly amazing! I am still reeling at the results that they managed in such a short timeframe.
From the beginning, Mitch Engnoth was very patient, helpful and understanding with me. I felt like I could trust him. And that was important. He brought on his team, Bruno Gomes (& Thiago!), to do a walkthrough and they were both so sweet and genuine. I knew I wouldn’t be nervous about having them around.
Bruno and his construction team were extremely punctual, communicative and overall just a good vibe. He talked me through the process and kept me updated throughout the day with photos.
Everyone was very tidy & precise with their craft, whether it was the flooring installers or painters. It really was impressive to see.
I can probably think of 100 other great things to say about my experience but instead I will leave you with this. After all the stressing I put myself through beforehand, I actually felt very calm and collected knowing that I was in such good hands.

From beginning to end, I've dealt with leadership and non leadership and I'm never disappointed. The jobs they do for me are always 5 star from cleaning my carpets to cleaning my ducts for a/c units. Paul is the absolute best. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, efficient and does a wonderful job making the carpet look great. It's always a pleasure!

We had a leak on an outside wall that allowed rain to seep in and soak the carpeting. Because it was under furniture and behind draperies it remained undetected for many months, allowing mold to develop. Calvin inspected the damage and Corey mediated the area removing baseboard and padding then applying mildewcide to the effected area. Both were extremely prompt, professional, thorough and informative.

The carpets look very good and the stains were removed. Everything looked like new.Thank you, Jason, for your professional and thorough service.
