They did a fantastic job on my 2019 Totota Chr. It looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. They were also able to squeeze me in when all the other body shops were telling me it would be several months before getting around to it. I can’t say enough good things! I was rear ended in my brand new Honda accord. It was a pleasant experience with Ellison from the very beginning. They fit me in because my car wasn’t drivable, the only place who would within a decent amount of time. They worked with the insurance company and made a very stressful time so much easier! On top of all that, a quarter panel was not available and on back order with no ETA with only two dealers having one, the closest being VA. So what did they do? They drove to VA and got it! If it hadn’t been for them and their customer service, I’d still be in a rental I’m sure. Not to mention that the car was nice and clean and pretty, driving like a dream. My son thought it was a new car. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend. We will use them in the future for any body shop needs.

Ellison Collision & Customs is an Independent Rapair Center that adds the personal touch when repairing your car that a “chain” can’t. The chains are all about getting your car in and out as quickly as they can so the quality of works suffers. Ellison was professional and I am very pleased with the work. This was my second repair with them and the only place I will go. I highly recommend Ellison Collision & Customs.

I recently took my newly purchased big horn RAM grille to get painted the same color as my truck. Robbie exceeded my expectations on how my custom grille project would look like. I'll be coming back to have my entire truck repainted.

I went to a car wash yesterday and while leaving I noticed a funny noise coming from underneath my car. I pulled over and seen that the plastic piece under my bumper was dragging the ground and facing forward like a scraper. This definitely put me in a bind as it was later in the afternoon and here I was close to home in Batesburg-Leesville. Luckily I pulled into the right place when I came across Ellison Collision. They came right out and took a look and before I knew it had put new bolts in and it was fixed. When I went to go pay, the nice young lady told me that I was fine and not to worry about it.
This really turned my day around and has reminded me that there are still good people and companies in this world full of crooked hustlers. Thank you Ellison Collision! If I ever have a need for your services, you will hear from me again.

I brought my car to Ellison after a car accident, and Carissa was amazing! She helped with handling the insurance and kept me up to date on the progress. Robbie was very informative on what he did and I could tell he genuinely cared about the work on my car and making sure it was perfect!

Excellent place to bring any vehicle. It will be better than new. Office is excellent with dealing with car insurance. Shop is kept spotless. Vehicles are kept safe. Why go anywhere else? We know from two recent experiences.

I was quite impressed with the work to repair the rear of my Mazda in such a timely fashion. It looks as if there was never any damage!
