Sterling Craft Plumbing is amazing! We discovered a water leak, called them, and they made us a priority. We had no prior relationship with them, but Sterling Craft will be my first call every time from now on. Cory was very professional, respected our home, and determined the right solution at a fair price. Excellent!

I woke up this morning to discover that I had no running water in the house. After looking around, I discovered a small river running down my driveway. Apparently, overnight, the 100+ year old line from the water meter to the house had broken underground. I called Sterling Craft Plumbing, and Nick arrived within 45 minutes. We got the water shut off, and Nick installed a temporary water line using my garden hose. I now have running water in the house. Next week, they'll bore a new line under my lawn into the house for a permanent fix. Speedy and effective work!

Nick was great! He answered All my questions and was so kind as he explained what and why he was servicing my tankless water heater. He also installed my Gas tankless water heater which has been great for my family.

Great service, replaced a tankless water heater with a newer model, quickly and efficiently, everything was done neatly and with attention to detail. Would definitely use again.

We had a toilet leak they fixed that and replaced our bathroom floor. They did an awesome job!! Very professional and dine in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.

Sterling has been our our go-to plumbing service since they did a great job replacing our shower a few years ago. We have since done a water heater replacement and other minor repairs.

They are quick, honest and competent with their advice and provide quality work in new projects and troubleshooting.

The service and communication is also top notch. Of course we also wish their prices were lower sometimes but they are still reasonable enough. You do get what you pay for and we are happy to use them as long as the quality remains good. Keep it up!

Nick, from Sterling Craft Plumbing, was excellent. He provided great service. He was polite and courteous. Made good recommendations for my plumbing issue. He was able to fix my concern during his visit. Prices were reasonable too. If I have any other plumbing needs, I will certainly be using this business again.

My condo was built in the 70s and nothing had been updated, so the valve was foreign to the guys, but they went above and beyond, found the valve and I have a working shower! The team was very helpful! Samuel came back promptly whenever there was a recurrent issue and was able to explain everything. He also ensured that all the issues were resolved once changes to the pipes were made. Great customer service.

We had some issues with our sump pump and a foot of water in our crawl space. Josh came out for Sterling, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got us dried out. He was great about explaining his process, showed me how to fix the issue in the future, and gave good advice on troubleshooting some other nagging issues we’ve been having with the sump pump. Got some reasonable quotes from them for some other work, but didn’t feel pressured to do anything right away. 10/10, good with dogs, would recommend.

Sam and Josh were very knowledgeable. They used the power jet to clean out lines. Explained and showed me where our problem was. Even went the xtra mile to replace our kitchen sink traps while there. I had an outdoor hose bib that leaked. They came out within an hour late on a Friday and installed 2 new frost-free bibs. The guys were knowledgeable and professional. The work was done right and they went above and beyond cleaning up the mess I made before they arrived. The Sterling Craft guys showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem with my toilet. They fixed it in no time and with the discount on dispatch for having work done, presented me with a very reasonable bill. Glad to have my toilet in good working order again.

Josh and Sam have been working on cutting my main drain line and removing a 3 inch test plug that was blocking the line. After a couple appointments, scoping the line, and hydrojetting, we finally just cut the section out and replaced it. These guys went the whole 9 trying to help me out and I can't recommend them enough. Easy 5 stars
