Cooper's Land & Home

David, Levi, and Luke of Cooper's Land & Home are a great team to work with involving construction. They did a renovation of my rental property involving a demo and of two bathrooms, with additional work involving flooring, drywall, framing, electrical, plumbing, and painting. They can handle it all. They care about the quality of their work and show up when they say they will. They are dependable, trustworthy and do high quality work. I recommend them for any construction work needed.

They did a fantastic job on our deck. We just wanted an update to our worn boards and horrible paint. There was no upsale to convince us to get a whole new deck. They were fast, courteous and on time. We also had them stain our deck. Even though they explained it would be cheaper to do it ourself, we cannot compete with the workmanship and coats of stain. We love it. Cannot wait till this summer.

David and his team built a large deck for us. The deck looks better than we could have imagined and was completed in two days. In addition to the excellent workmanship, I appreciated how David guided us through the decision-making process of choosing features for the deck that best fit the space. He is easy to work with and does quality work. I highly recommend him.

I paid Mr. Cooper to find and repair a leak. He assured me that his people checked everything and repaired the leak. I took a bath and the leak was worse than before it was supposed to have been repaired. I spoke with Mr. Cooper and the next day his plumber came back. Now they want more money to fix the leak the same leak that he claims was already repaired. I’m am a disabled veteran and single mother. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and if this has to go to court so be it.

Cooper’s Land & Home remodeled our office building and removed 2 walls and put up a wall and painted most of the 1800 sq ft office in a day and a half. Very pleased, highly recommend, and will use again for any remodeling needs.
