Excellent communication. Excellent work. More than fair price. Thorough. Smart. I had him do a leak search, recharge the much-depleted refrigerant, and swap out the heat pump capacitor. It bears repeating: all for a more than fair price (compared to estimates from other firms). Mauricio is now my #1 go-to guy for any and all future HVAC jobs.

Excellent, fast service, great price!! He came and completely fix the problem we had with cooling the house✅✅, not just a temporary fix!! But my husband also ask him to take a look at a problem we’ve had with one of our bedrooms not receiving NO air/heat since moving in the house 9 yrs ago!!!! We’ve had at least 4-5 other people checked it out and told us a was a huge expensive job b/c the buildings didn’t route no duck to that rm or cut a hole for the air to come out….. well that was not the problem. He took a look in the attic …. Saw the duck needed to be reattached and sealed. And when he went back to the room to check and see if that work he noticed it still wasn’t blowing like it should so he reached his hand in the vent and pulled out a huge piece of insulation that was blocking the air flow!!! He was definitely heaven sent!!! Very knowledgeable!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Definitely my go to tech from here on out!!!

They installed a mini split in our basement. They were professional and showed up when they said they would and did a great install. I will call them again for our heat/ac needs. Price was in line with others. We were please all around.

Mauricio was great ! Our AC unit was leaking water and not cooling our home. He showed us that the relief valves needed to be unclogged and that we needed was more freon. Other HVAC specialists told us we needed a new unit and quoted us twice as much for freon. He was friendly, prompt and responsive. Overall, nice guy- Love his honesty and integrity . You can 100 % trust him !

Mauricio’s Heating and Air is number one in service, I had a 24 year old HAVC unit replaced. Mr. Lopez and his crew was very professional, reliable, honest and respectful of my home. We had a different guy quote us and charge us way too much, saying we had to switch out the whole ac system. family recommended him saying he was the best we reached out he figured out the issue in less then 5 minutes, fixed in 10 min was the best very professional very fast at what he does and gets the job done. Would 1000% recommend .

Mauricio is very knowledgeable about HVAC equipment and furnaces. He repaired a gas leak for far less than what a well known HVAC company quoted. Mauricio's the one to call. He is honest, dependable and fair.

I flip houses for a living, and I have worked with so many people that do HVAC. This man is hands down the best in every capacity. Not only is he fair, professional and knowledgeable, he's also flat out a genuinely good person. The kind that has real integrity. When you do business people, that is a rare find. Most people are in it to win it.. Normally at the customer's expense. This man is the kind of guy that's there to serve people in his profession. Not to take advantage of people. Mauricio , Aldo and his team are very professional. They installed a complete hvac system, ducts , thermostat in a old plaster home built in 1940s. The house never had any central air or heating.These guys did a awesome job I’m very pleased with the service.
