I had a scheduled appointment for Shawn Douthit to get an estimate for my master bathroom remodel. He never showed and never called. He just blew me off! Very poor business practice. I have a $50,000 project. I will tell everyone in my development not to to bother to work with this company.

TM Construction Services did an amazingly wonderful job in fixing and repairing our roof. They even went through the painstaking job of matching shingles that were almost 20 years old on our home. Tom was very patient in assessing the issue and answering all of our questions. Once a decision was made on which way to proceed, they were extremely efficient and completed the job in just one day and even did a great job on cleaning up! Our new roof repair is beautiful and we could not be happier. My wife and I highly recommend Tom and TM Construction Services for their superior work, professionalism, and for their help in protecting our most valuable asset. Thank you!

OVER CHARGED
The bid wasn’t itemized so when the final bill came in we found many things that should have been included in the original bid but weren’t, things that were in the original structure like a garbage disposal or cabinet pulls. And when I questioned why we were being charged for these things, he threatened to involve his lawyer because I was “a narcissist”.
He chose many finishes for me, and when I stated they were not what I wanted (because he never asked, forgot, or ordered something different from what I requested), he offered to change them for an additional charge. He chose my kitchen and bathroom faucets for me without ever asking what I wanted.
I could write pages and pages of complaints or share screen shots of conversations (and am happy to if anyone would like to see them)

I gave 2 stars because the workers and project manager were nice and hard working. The owner, Tom Malone is VERY DIFFICULT to work with. Horrible communication and misogynistic. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
