Let me start of by saying buying a car is an absolutely maddening process. The first two dealership in my area I went to tried to take advantage of me so bad. I decided to find my Jeep online. I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I worked with Earl and everything was handled over the phone and finished by the time I got there at 9 am on a Saturday morning. Earl met there on his day of and walked me through everything and took me on a test drive with my wife. We loved the Jeep. Now I see people complaining about up sells. Did they try and up sell me stuff ? Yes the did they are sales people. After my wife and I discussed the up sells we agreed that they offered great value and security to our investment. I got up at 4 am and traveled 3.5 hrs to come to this dealership. I got there at 9 am and left at 11am, Earl and John took great care of us. Next time I need to buy I will not hesitate to call Earl and drive back out there.

Todd was my salesman and that guy is incredible usually car places give me nothing but anxiety this guy makes you feel right at home… if you have any second thoughts about this dealership your completely wrong this was one of the best dealerships I’ve been to the hospitality is a+ the way they did the paperwork was stress free if I could I would give more than 5 stars

What a joke of a dealership. Went to look at their used 2022 Dodge Charger GT and the lady said we can't test drive it since "they are such a hot commodity." I've been test driving used Dodge Chargers around New England for months trying to upgrade my current Dodge Charger. It wasn't even a hellcat or Scat Pack edition just a USED charger. Don't waste your time driving up there.

December 27 bought a Nissan frontier for my kid from this dealership said it had a clean Carfax truck look completely fine just noticed a couple days ago that the rear quarter panel of the bed has a bunch of Bondo in it that is cracked and now rusted took it to a friend of mine that Owns a body shop and he said that that job was probably done 3 to 4 months ago. Hate to think the dealership had it fixed and withheld that information but not happy about it at all $20,000 and got a quarter panel full of bongo that's already cracking and rusting

We bought a car this week and showed up today to pick it up. Since the car was not ready, Tyler was willing to stay late to get it done. We are super grateful for this since we drove an hour to pick it up! Thanks, Tyler!

Wanted to send a huge thank you to Leeann, Luis and John for the excellent experience. After weeks of looking for a truck for my father, Leeann found exactly what he was looking for. The truck was located in their Connecticut store which is a lot closer to where my father lives but because of Leeann‘s transparency, professionalism and consistent communication, my father and aunt decided to drive an hour and a half further to Vermont to pick up the truck. I myself work in a dealership so to find a dealership with integrity and high standards was important to me and Casey CDJR didn’t disappoint!

I stopped in at Casey to look at a used Jeep Wrangler but after talking with Earl Small I ended up buying a new 2025 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Earl was very pleasant to deal with and did all the required heavy lifting in the paperwork department which due to the fact that I was an out of state buyer was considerable. he had the Wrangler delivered to my location which was a 90 minute drive from the dealership. I was looking for a Durango to replace my wife’s and had looked many places and talked with several sales representatives before I found the Casey CJDR dealer and an absolutely amazing salesman named Earl Small. Earl provided me and my wife with what I would call an amazing experience buying a vehicle. Earl provided answers to all of our questions and options and got us into a gorgeous 2021 Durango on budget. The entire team were such a pleasure to talk with and assist us through the process. Lea-Ann was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, up front, honest, and made the buying process as simple as can be. The Finance Department didn't play any games on my trade value, and we were able to complete the entire transaction in a short amount of time. I'm always hesitant to drive hours on end to purchase a vehicle, but I would do it over-again in a heartbeat with Lea-Ann and the Casey Team.

I went in for service that was under my maintenance warranty to be fully covered. They said no problem. But when they finished the work I was left paying for the work done. The told me they only except warranties on vehicles they sold at that location. So my advice, if you didn't buy it from them. Go back to where you bought it for any warranty work you need.

went to service dept for 4 tires, mounting and balance. they scratched/damage all 4 wheels. originally, they offerred to replaced them with new ones. after almost 2 months of wait, i got a phone call stating they wont replaced them. instead, will be reconditioned? 3 of the wheels, were so bad and reconditioning will not do justice on a fairly new vehicle's wheels (2023). to make things short, I CHOSE, NOT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT it and told them, i'll just spread the news of how bad they treated me on this situation. to be fair, been going to their service dept for a couple of yrs at least and they do a good job, BUT not this time. IT WAS AN UNFORTUNATE experience that they could have resolved.JUST MY 2 cents experience...

We had an issue with our windshield wiper operating on its own. We had no control of wipers, lost blinkers, and cruise control. First they replaced a module for $900. Did not fix our issue. Replaced another module for $300 and we still have the same issue. We called and requested the manager call us and no one got back to us. $1200 later and the problem is still here. Very disappointed in customer service and work ethic .

It was so easy, half the work was done before I stepped foot on the lot. Very nice people, very easy transaction, and very nice ride if I may say so.

I am very disappointed in the service department. I brought my truck in following a “transmission to hot” light and my truck locking out in limp mode. After “diagnosing” it, which they tried charging me for, they said they found nothing wrong. I went on a vacation which an hour from home the same thing happened leaving me stranded on the side of the road. I brought my truck to another dealership which they diagnosed the issue, which was the transmission valve body, and had parts ordered all in a 2 hour period. I can’t believe this would be the service a company would give to a customer who has bought three trucks from them. Not to mention the truck was throwing codes after each time this happened yet McGee told me that “there were no codes found on the scan”.

Luis was incredible to work with. The rest of the team was great. I did everything over the phone and was in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes when it was time to pick up my new Jeep.
