R.P. Lumber - Troy, MO

It would be easy to say you lose a little by not having one of the big box stores in town. I say, the customer service and quality of lumber I get from our R.P. exceeds what I would get at the others and am thankful for their service and quality products

Delivery dispute blocking my retail front doors during business hours for over an hour then comes back hours later demanding to do it again. I refused. Then their representative walks into my retail store yelling and being intimidation g because he was twice my size and yells F you in front of two of our costumers… total mistake hiring that guy. I hope he gets anger management before he hurts someone …. Never use this place

They were so helpful! Really took the time to help me find what I needed, cut my plywood for me into the strips that I wanted. Very friendly. Much different experience then I get at the bigger stores. It might be a couple dollars more then home depot or lowes but well worth it.
