For partial or full roof replacements, Matt Rusell at Patriarch Roofing is your guy. I chose him because Patriarch Roofing is a certified IKO installer, as listed on IKO's website. Despite the St. Louis area's severe weather, Matt was able to squeeze me with little to no effort. They replaced the south section of my garage roof and fixed a missing shingle on the front of my home. There was a minor ridge vent issue after the initial repair, but it was quickly resolved without further problems. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again when needed.

They showed up the following morning and had everything patched up and covered to prevent any water damage. They fixed our roof earlier than originally planned and were done within a couple of hours. They scheduled an appointment to come out and look at what we needed done. This happened within a couple of days. We received a quote that we found very reasonable. They had to order some shingles which arrive within a week. Then they sent a team out to do the repairs. Everything was done very professionally. Where to begin . . . We were devastated by the storm damage to our roof in the Friday night storms in the St Charles area. He came out to the house the next morning (Friday) and let me know it was a simple fix and he could have someone come out over the weekend, or Monday at the latest, to do the repairs. Impressive team from start to finish. Blake inspected our home the day after a large storm hit the area and initiated the insurance claims process with us. Matt and Jonathan spent about 2 hours troubleshooting a leak on our home that was showing on drywall in our kitchen. The 6 year old roof looked good so they climbed into the attic and were able to locate a plumbing pipe that had failed, wasn’t draining and was causing a small leak that was running across the rafters and dripping onto the drywall. They took a video for me of the exact issue to show a plumber. When it was all said and done, Matt didn’t charge me anything. I’ll be using them next time I need a roofer!

We had a hail storm on April 1. Very small hail and we didn’t think anything of it. We listed our house for sale on April 3 and it sold within days. The buyers’ inspector found hail damage and called Matt to inspect it also. Matt met with me and showed me the hail hits. I called State Farm and their inspector agreed and paid for an entire new roof. Matt and his team replaced the roof in two days and we closed on our house yesterday. The buyers have a beautiful new roof and Matt was amazing throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend him for any roofing needs!

If you get the opportunity to work with Matt Russell you are in for a treat and will not be disappointed. He is by far the the best contractor that I have ever worked with. We have a large Home with a complicated roof that had storm damage. Not to mention damage to garage doors , gutters and down spouts, screens, siding etc. We had issues in the past with claims and were given the run around more than once. Matt came to our home, inspected the damage and immediately went to work. We explained our previous issues and he assured us that no matter the process he would see it through. We called and initiated the claim with Matt present, he spoke with the insurance agent detailing his findings, He was adamant about being present when the third party inspector came and Matt made sure he didn't miss anything. There was some back and forth with the agent but ultimately we were able to get our claim approved.
