Amber Hammerschmidt is the reason that my wife and I decided to have Brody Allen repair our roof. Before finding Brody Allen and Amber we had a tough time with other contractors that either ghosted us after the initial inspection or tried to get us to sign contracts that overcharged for the work that insurance would cover.

From the beginning Amber has been transparent, personable, and honest about every step of the process. Most importantly when we had questions that she couldn’t answer, she didn’t make assumptions or lie to us, she worked with us to find the answers. She has been very responsive over the phone as well often working on things for us after working hours. She has been a great advocate for us while working with our insurance company as well which has saved us money on future insurance premiums.

I’d 100% recommend Brody Allen after the experience that we’ve had with them and that is mostly due to Amber and the wonderful service she has provided.

This is a fine company to work with. They helped us from the beginning because of tornado damage. Our house has never looked better. Our main contact was Kyle Watson, who could not have been better. He knows the house exterior business and the insurance claim business. He took care of all the details with ease. He is personable, kind, thorough, persistent, honest, fair and made sure the work was done right. I feel fortunate to have gotten to work with him and his company.

While our damage wasn't anything compared to the families that dealt with the recent tornadoes, we still needed repair. Justin Hamblin was out quickly to inspect the damage. He was professional and thorough and helped walk me through the whole process! He even helped fight the insurance company when they low-balled me. He made it all so easy!
Took a few weeks to get things scheduled but with so much going on in our area, wasn't near as long as I expected. They replaced the roof and siding and it looks amazing!

We had our roof replaced a couple days ago and were absolutely impressed with the service and the work crew! John and Jerry did a fantastic job of walking us through the process, working with our insurance, and helping us with scheduling. The work crew kept the yard remarkably clean during the work and they were very friendly and courteous through the entire 2-day process. My wife and I independently observed the level of cleanliness and have not found a single piece of trash or nails in our yard post-installation! I am impressed and grateful!

Ethan came to inspect my roof and repaired some facia that was falling off at no cost. He also seemed to give a very thorough and honest inspection. He found damage to my window casings and screens though no hail damage - likely because my roof is pretty new.

Justin was incredibly responsive and made it out on short notice, which was a huge help since we only had a couple of days left in our inspection period. First class!! Had hail damage and had Gerald Pyle the Project Specialist. He gave us great customer service. Throughout.the project, he kept us informed and answered all our questions. Highly recommend him and brody allen.

Do not use this company! The sales people aren’t quick to respond and when they do it’s short answers.

Our drip edge was installed as white, which does not match our fascia. When this was point out, we got a replacement but it still doesn’t match our original drip edge color. Also our ridge cap is busted. This happened 3 months after install.

Mason sure knows how to identify problems with your roof. He arrived on time for my initial inspection and found hail roof/gutter damage and suggested I contact my insurance company.
He was present when the insurance inspection was done also. I would highly recommend Mason's services when you need help or have questions

Drew Chandler stopped by our house and offered to do a free inspection to ensure we didn’t have damage from the recent hail storm. He confirmed our roof was fine and I greatly appreciated that he didn’t try to push for repairs that aren’t needed. He was very professional and honest. Talk about outstanding customer service! Called Kyle this morning and asked him to come out and look at our roof and he was there in a matter of hours! Luckily no damage but he was kind enough to help my husband with another issue while he was there in regard to a rubber roof issue. Super nice guy!

Brody Allen has been top notch with their professionalism and timeliness from start to finish. Through them we have a new roof, siding, and a new fence following a heavy storm that hit STL. Even if the adjuster does not seem to be on our side, Jerry continues to work with us and our insurance company to try to make thongs right.

We worked with estimator Abdullah Hussein aka AB. AB was very professional, knowledgeable, and he and handled all the details with insurance adjuster, which to me is always a direct reflection of the values and experience level of the company. I did not meet the crew that removed and replaced our roof for they were onsite and done and gone before I returned from work. Other than the professionally installed roof could not even tell the roof was tore off and replaced that day. Could not find any debris left laying anywhere on our property. I have no problem recommending Brody Allen Exteriors and if you get AB for your estimator you have the right person for your roof needs.

EXCELLENT! We recently had our siding replaced by Brody Allen Exteriors. It looks beautiful! The whole experience was positive. Our salesman, Dustin, not only made the sale, he stayed in touch during the entire installation, until completion. The crew that installed our siding worked like clockwork. J.C. was on site for any questions during the day, and was very helpful in explaining and resolving and issues along the way(we had some water damage). I also want to mention that we previously had our roof replaced by Brody Allen. We dealt with Steve, the owner, for the roof. Again, it was a very positive experience. Met Kyle last week as he was in the area and offered to take a look at our roof. We had just moved into our home and didn’t know much about the roof status. After looking at the roof, he gave me a thorough update on what he found and he did identify a problem being caused by squirrels. He promised to look into what could be done to fix it and get back to me. The next week he stopped by with Adam and they went back onto the roof, looked at the issue again and took care of it quickly.

Derek Issler and Jon Gibbs were saints not Santa . During a drive-by they looked at the chimney(roof) and seen the weather was naughty not nice. The next day , They made repairs in bad weather to prevent further water damage from occurring. Within a few weeks my new roof was completed.

Had the owner come to my house, talking about how we could get a free new roof like our other neighbors. Was extremely skeptical. Felt very pushy but Our roof is older so I was still curious. we had paperwork done and set our inspection appointment. We then got word a week later insurance came back saying nothing was wrong with our roof and if we did want a new roof, it would be 4,000 we would have to pay towards deductible. Owner did text me asking if we had a update from the insurance. And I said yes. He asked if he could see the report which I sent him. Never responded back or said anything else, just ghosted us. I saw him at my neighbors house a few days later and waved at him. Ignored me. I mean you could have at least texted back sorry this didn't go through or something. Just thought it was very unprofessional to not respond back or disregard me when I saw the owner at my neighbors house. I guess because I didnt pay for a roof? Who knows

Jon Gibbs and Brody Allen and their crew did a phenomenal job, all the way through the process, dealing with the insurance company was a nightmare, but that was not their fault and they ACTUALLY HELPED ME AND TALKED TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR ME!! The installation was great, they were their at 6:30am on the dot (forgot to take the cars out of the garage and they wake me up to make sure I took them out which I greatly appreciated) done by 3pm and came back a week later to install the gutters, super pleased with how everything went and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done through insurance!!

We had a GREAT experience with Kyle W at Brody Allen. We just had our roof and gutters replaced 100% with our insurance. We had another roofing company come out and tell us they didn’t see much damage and basically not to report it to insurance. So, needless to say, we were so happy to get another opinion and for Kyle tell us otherwise. Our insurance policy was about to renew and we were going from a $1,500 deductible to a policy that is a percentage of your dwelling cost for roof replacement so had we waited another 30 days to submit a claim our new roof would have cost us $5k. Could not be happier with our experience. If you’re on the fence, make the call! We had the owner even come walk the property afterwards to make sure they did a good job and cleaned up properly. Thanks again, guys!

Had the pleasure of working with Kyle Watson on a new roof and gutters. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and made sure he was here when the insurance adjuster came out to go over everything with him. My roof was installed on a Friday and Kyle was here early Saturday morning to make sure all the nails and debris were picked up around the house.
