I have nothing but good things to say about Aesthetic Elements Roofing. Cody and his crew was very professional, honest and reliable.. Great roofing company and excellent quality of work.

Cody is amazing, I called for an estimate on my roof. He responded the same day, came the next and provide a free estimate. Turns out it was a minor fix, Cody came to reseal my roof at no cost! What a blessing he is; he’s now my go to guy.

Everyone was very nice and courteous. Got the work done and cleaned everything up in very timely manner and at a fair price. Would definitely recommend Aesthetic Elements Roofing.

I can truly say this is a man of integrity a well make sure the job is done. I done some work with him he goes above a beyond for his customers even took time on his day off to satisfy customers needs.

Cody and his team did a great job on a section of my roof that was flat and leaking. They cleaned everything up and make sure that I was happy with their work.

Please make sure before he start working on the roof, he show you a permit to do the job, he never have an inspection or pull a permit form the City of Fort Myers to do my roof, now I'm getting a fine and I have to pull the permit myself. I have been sending Cody messages and he always have the same excuse it will be done next week the ceiling was done back in July and as of today's date 11/01/2023 no permit have been pull by him or his company.

Great people to work with, Cody is very knowledgeable and his crew did our job quickly and left our place clean as a pin!

Cody was very nice and really professional, he was also very responsive to my concerns. It was a pleasure meeting and talking to him. I will recommend his business to family and friends.

I live in a home that is very old. Very very old! In fact the wood rot was sooooo bad they had to replace 75-80% of the wood and all! They passed inspection on first inspection! Amazing! Cody is a very reasonable and respectable person! A&E roofing went above and beyond for us and didn't leave one single shingle or nail on the ground!

Pluses:

1) Cody Langan was nice to both my wife and I. We were also very nice to him, even offering him a Diet Pepsi at his first visit here.

2) This roofing contractor did the roof replacement within a few days versus 2 to 4 weeks like other roofers in this area.

3) The quality of the roof replacement was generally good, except near the skylight above one of our bathrooms, where there was leakage a year later.

4) Cody Langan worked with the insurance company claims adjuster to come to an agreement on the final cost for the roof replacement.

5) Cody Langan did a good walk through of the property after the job was done, to make sure that trash and debris was picked up.

Minuses:

1) I was disappointed that this roofing contractor charges a 2.5% service fee for credit card payments, unlike Walmart, Amazon, Publix and most other businesses I do business with, none of which charge any service fee. I love using my Visa card for most of my purchases.

2) I didn't like how Cody Langan arrived at the property for the first time with a paper copy of a roof replacement estimate, as opposed to doing a physical inspection of our roof first, like the insurance claim adjuster did. He put the carriage before the horse!

3) When we contacted Cody about the leakage of the roof near the skylight, he refused to do anything to correct it. He said the roofing in the skylight area wasn't included in the warranty, which is BS! He told my wife that he'd come over to examine the leak, but never showed up. He lacked integrity, in my opinion. I ended up going on the roof and using a sealant to correct the leak myself, but it should have been done by Aesthetic Elements workers. We sold our home last year, so our roof is no longer an issue. But I do feel bad for the new owners though.

4) The written roofing contract that Cody gave us to sign at his initial visit to our home stated a bunch of legal BS, such as, if we sued Aesthetic Elements, that we would have to pay all legal fees for both sides. It also said that any lawsuit would have to be filed in a county somewhere far away from our home, which absolutely made no sense.

I definitely don't recommend Aesthetic Elements to anyone for roofing jobs.

Overall, 1 star is very reasonable, in my opinion.

Cody was amazing and I'm glad I chose Aesthetic Elements Roofing.Very nice and concerned about my roof and didn't leave without letting me know my options.He came back out to do the job and I would recommend to anyone..keep it up buddy.

Awesome job by the guys at Aesthetic Elements. Great quality finish and replaced the old skylight with an updated double layer tempered glass that gives the roof a nice end finish definitely liked it. Thank you guys looking forward work with you again in the near future.

Installed ridge vent on my house and garage in an afternoon while I was out of the house. Cleaned up very well and excellent work. Couldn’t tell anyone was done the cleanup was so good. Will have them back for more projects.

We had alot of storm damage and we contacted Aesthetic Elements Roofing LLC, they came right out and helped us through the whole process. Very informative and professional, we were very happy with the end results. Highly recommend them. Cody Langan was great to work with.
