Aaron came out on short notice for a leak in our roof. He spent a significant amount of time to thoroughly identify the source of the leak, and once he identified what he thought it was he performed a repair to the suspected area free of charge. Had a small leak in our ceiling after one of our recent rain storms and needed a recommendation from where it was coming from. We have a fairly new roof. Joey was professional arrived on time. He checked an area just to double check and showed us pics. No direct cause was found and glad to be honest and not try to sell something that wasn’t needed.

We have had such a great experience with Impact roofing so far. Aaron Gabardi was very professional and gave us quotes on several different materials to out on our roof. He wanted what was best for us and didn't try to push us for a bigger sale. We highly recommend them and Mr. Gabardi!

Tony helped us tremendously to initiate and finalize our roof. He went the extra mile. The crew worked hard in 85 degree weather and got the job done one day. Afterwards they picked up the trash. With thousands of nails coming off the old roof, I expected to find several dozen after they left. However, I only found two in our rock garden. I have received several good comments from my neighbors and church members as to how good it looks.

My mother had a new roof installed not too long ago. After the last storm we asked Nick to come check her roof. My mother was very happy with her visit, even tho she didn’t need a roof. Hands down, this is the best customer service experience I've had with a contractor in a long time. I spoke with Tony Turner many months ago, and when I decided it was time for a new roof, he was on the top of my list for my needs. I had many other companies give quotes, but they lacked in customer service and overall roofing experience. The crew was friendly and respectful of my property and did a phenomenal job with excellent clean up. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I would most definitely recommend this company. Honest and down to earth and does not just try to sell you something you don't need.
