Josh was extremely helpful. He was very attentive and came out multiple times to make sure our bid was accurate and thorough. He was always available for any questions we may have had and checked in often to make sure our needs had been met.

My adjuster, Josh Daniel, did great job in helping to get my roof replaced. The insurance company only wanted to repair and replace part of our roof. Josh did all that they asked us to do, to show that there was more damage than the insurance company adjuster had found.

Josh was able to talk roofing to the insurance company, where I would only talk to them being a frustrated home owner.

Josh has able prove the need for a complete roof replacement, which the insurance company finally allowed.

I just had Roof Rescue replace my 20 year old roof. Five stars for sure! The install team was amazing! So hard working, they worked in rain, hail and wind and didn’t slow down for a second! I expected it to take several days and they got it all torn off and replaced in a day! The team cleaned up so well after I was blown away.
I have five rescues dogs and they spent a lot of time making sure no nails were on the ground. They took large magnets and went through every area to make sure nothing was left. I was also concerned about my permanent lighting that I had installed several years ago getting damaged and they carefully did the job that not even one bulb was damaged.
They were friendly and always smiling! They explained everything well and made sure I had peace of mind. I appreciated how they cared for my property and installed a beautiful roof!

I was super pleased with the work done by Roof Rescue for repairs to some shingles blown off during a recent storm. Everything in their process was exceptionally professional and far above all others I contacted for quotes. They responded quickly & gave a very fair price. When they came out they also found some additional roof pipe covers that hadn't been installed to code & quoted me a reasonable price to fix. They gave me photos of all the area damaged or not within code. When they couldn't initially get me on their schedule due to other storm damaged homes, they sent a crew out to put on a temporary cover to protect the area until they could get to mine and sent me photos of it. They kept me informed every step of the way and did a magnificent repair job and provided photos of all the repairs made. I was extremely happy with their work. They have a LOT of great reviews and I can now see why. I'd MOST HIGHLY recommend them for any roof work. You won't regret it. These guys are very very professional and will give you a top quality result.

The crew on site was polite and worked hard to minimize their impact to my family. They came back to clean up. The final inspection also included more clean up. At the end I have a great new roof with only a few squished flowers.

Roof looks very nice. Workers did a good job. I am impressed how well they did the clean up afterwards.

We reached out to Roof Rescue after the HVAC unit on the roof was replaced leaving a large hole that needed to be corrected.
They were out the same day to get us an idea on how to correct it, and even coordinated with the HVAC company to get the A/C condenser moved while the roof was fixed and reset the A/C after it was completed.

I own a construction company, and I was impressed with these guys. They did an awesome job on a complicated pitched roof combined with a flat roof membrane.

Josh and his team were great, removing sixty years of cedar shakes, ancient heat tape, rusted gutters and disintegrated roof felting. We are already reaping the benefits of decking, waterproofing and gorgeous plum shingles. Not only is our house dry, but we've noticed a substantial difference in the temperature inside. Go ahead and call them for an appointment, you won't regret it.

Five stars for professionalism: We learned that there was water getting inside of our walls & began calling roofing companies immediately. Some companies wanted to diagnose the problem by having us send several pictures, and some wanted us to schedule two out.
We appreciated Roof Rescue sending someone out within a day or two to find the problem, then fitting us into their schedule within a week so we wouldn't have to deal with more leaking during spring rainy season.
Don't know how to rate their work because it was all done up on the roof. I think it would be good for a roofing company to use before and after pictures to show a client the problem and provide assurance that it was solved. But we're hoping the problem got fixed and we're grateful for their prompt response.

Overall, it has been a good experience. My only complaints are that the person I thought was going to work on it didn't, and they didn't tell me when it was completed, so I wasn't sure. But so far we haven't had a leak, so I think the job was well done. And the company has been great to work with!

Happy with the quality of the work done. My roof was leaking inside the house. Roof Rescue installed a chimney cricket and after days of rain, no more leaks. I climbed up on the roof to inspect and the quality of the work is very nice.

Roof looks fine after they fixed it for second time. They were asked to give me a days notice so I could make sure my dogs were inside, first time out NO NOTICE , my pup got scared and climbed through a barbed wire fence and ran, $1000.00 vet bill and 2 days later. We are still picking up nails, tacks, staples, round discs out of the yard. Smashed our garden in back, terrible experience .
