My first encounter with Roof Rescue was in 2019. We were in desperate need of a new roof and had received quotes from other contractors that were extremely high, delayed, or both. By the grace of God, we happened across Roof Rescue. These guys displayed 5-star communications, prompt assessment, and the best pricing among all quotes. Additionally, their professionalism balanced perfectly with a personable approach. We felt we could have a two-way conversation rather than being told how things would be done, take it or leave it. Roof Rescue's quality of work was top-notch and FAST. Six years later, June 2025, that stellar first impression was lasting. We commissioned Roof Rescue to complete the roof on our garage and our old farmhouse in the country. NICK is the man! He met with us, gave an honest thorough assessment, and the subsequent work was quick and of high quality. The crew did an outstanding job with installation and cleanup, working long hours. NICK followed up with a thorough inspection, ultimately concluding another job by Roof Rescue that has left us feeling content and secure in our home. Thank you NICK and crew! Chris Marler was the project manager over our repair. He was fantastic. Incredible customer services and communication on the repair. He even went above and beyond to provide a letter for the appraiser to prove his work. The repair was completed in a couple of days after Chris came to see the damage. I will definitely be calling them for any repairs on my future home especially with Chris there.

I bought a new house a few years ago, and upon moving in, the home inspector told me I would need to get a new roof within the next five years. To be honest, it was stressing me out. I had reached out to a few places and everyone I spoke too just made me feel worse, like they were just trying to sell me something. Long story short, I randomly found Roof Rescue at the home and garden show, and one of their associates, Chris Marlor, took the time to hear me out, and he spoke to me like a person, like someone he was genuinely trying help, and not just another person to push a sale onto. Chris problem solved and answered all my questions, and his explanations were easy to understand. Their pricing was competitive and their warranty was significantly better than other local competitors. Chris made the process ten times easier, ha had excellent speaking skills, and he made shit happen! 10/10, would roof with them again.

Roof looks amazing!! And the staff has been courteous and helpful. The crew that put on the roof cleaned up after they were done. They even chased some plastic sheeting and gathered it in from my neighbors yard. All in all a job well done!!

Chris and his crew did an excellent job of solving an issue I had with ice sliding off a sloped metal roof onto a flat TPO roof. They came up with a TPO compatible material that would protect the roof from future ice damage. Quality workmanship, started and completed on schedule, and at a fair price.

Chris is your go to man for any needs with your roof. Great hard working guy, he'll take care of you and treat you right!

Recently we were in urgent need of a new roof. Insurance purposes created the urgency. Roof Rescue was able to schedule us within a week. They removed the old roof and did an excellent job of cleaning it all up and installed the new roof in one day. They are taking care of sending the insurance company before and after pictures and whatever other documentation is needed to resolve the issue.

Roof Rescue did an awesome job. The roof is beautiful, they were wonderful to work with, and they exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repairs to an existing roof.

Look, I've had a leak on my roof for quite a while negotiating with insurance, home warranty and trying to get ahold of anyone to help fix this leak. When I got ahold of Travis at roof rescue he did what needed to be done and didn't try to upsell me an entire roof when all I needed was a repair. These guys are fair, fast and honest.

The best roofing company! A tree fell on my roof after a bad storm. Roof Rescue was fast, reliable, communicated well and they involved me in all the steps and made sure I understood the process to help relieve the worry that comes with a broken home. They went above and beyond the work that was needed by really taking the time to explain the process, helped with documents I needed for insurance, and by helping me find reliable people for other repairs needed. Roof Rescue was a huge help to our leaking and semi worn out roof. They looked at repair and replacement options and helped us weigh the pros and cons of each path. We ultimately decided on getting our roof replaced. They helped me select the colors and helped me vision the completed project. The installation crew was thorough and efficient and cleaned up all the scraps and waste that goes with a roof replacement.
