Roof King - Chaparral, NM

We had our roof replaced by Roof King in June. Everything went well at that time. Xavier was attentive and his crew worked well. Once the work was completed, Xavier said if we recommended Roof King to anyone and they got the job, he would pay us a $250 finder fee. Well that sounded great! We even referred our neighbor Joe as his roof was in great need of repair. We contacted Xavier and Roof king did that job too. Once our neighbors room was completed, I texted Xavier for the finders fee. Xavier did not respond to our calls or text messages. A few days ago, my husband was working on installing a new furnace and he noticed he could see the sky from the closet. We tried calling and texting Xavier. He did not return our calls. My husband contacted the El Paso company, and sure enough, Xavier called yesterday. Today he came to our house and was rude but fixed the issue. When my husband asked about our finder fee, Xavier was not happy. He had my husband follow him to the bank. Then Xavier said, Here are your hundred pesos. My husband got $100 not the $250 promised. Who do I contact now if my roof needs more work in the next 5 years? Am very disappointed. I would not recommend you do any work with this company.
