The entire process of replacing my flat roof with Roof King was excellent. The sales person was professional and knowledgeable with no pressure!! The pricing was good and the guarantee was better than most. The project manager kept me informed during the entire process and the installers were respectful of property and cleaned up each day. I highly recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish. I received a response within 24 hours of requesting a quote. The initial estimate was quick & easy. No pushy sales tactics. I felt informed and received good/better/best pricing options (estimate was in the same price range as the two other roofing companies). And I received a video showing me the roof inspection (nice touch). Work was completed within 3 days of start. The workers cleaned up every afternoon before leaving for the day. The project manager kept in contact with me and did a final walk-through before signing off. I highly recommend Roof King USA!

Needed a few stone tiles repaired. Roof King did an excellent job AND warrantied their work. We noticed two tiles that looked like they were missing fasteners, Roof King came back out immediately and inspected them. One was needing a fastener that they installed, one was not. Happily recommend this company.

I heard about Roofkings USA from a neighbor that interviewed 7 different roofing companies before hiring Roofkings. She was happy with the job they did. So I interviewed them and 2 others. Not only was the explanation of the job better explained in detail in writing, the price was well below the others. They gave me a start date and were there on that date at 6:30 am. The job was completed in 4 days and the clean up was done well. If you want a great price, work done on time as promised, and a gorgeous new roof, then hire Roofkings USA!

The guys did a great job fixing our roof. Unfortunately they left the roof unprotected and it rained damaging the drywall in our house. They paid to have the drywall repaired but it caused a great deal of mess that could have been avoided. The main reason for this review is to address the salesman. We had contracted for a smaller job after the roof was completed. We had to adjust the start date by three days and because of that he pushed the start date back and failed to contact us for nearly a month. If you have a big job you seem to get great service, but if you have a small job that great service diminishes rapidly.

Roof King's estimator, Charlie, gave detailed information on the walk deck repair and coating. There were no surprises. The super, Chad called and checked the work regularly. The installer, Francisco and his crew came on time and treated our property with care. They did an excellent job. We love the Pli Dek system and the warranty. They cleaned up and left it cleaner than how they found it! When I need a roofer, I will call Roof King!!

I called around to get quotes and they were as good if not better than most.

We would like to thank the young men that tore off the roof and paper and replaced it all within one day. They were very respectful and polite. A neighbor remarked about how they worked so hard and how quiet they were while working and was very impressed they got it done in one day. Chad and another gentleman came over the next day and painted the vents on the roof to match the asphalt tile and did a final check for left nails and staples on our property. We could not be happier with the service they gave us. And we do not want to leave Jim Gibson out who came over to give us the estimate. He was extremely nice to work with. Don’t want to leave out Susan and Wanda for making the process so easy to get us on the schedule and the exact color of the tile and for being so responsive to any questions we had. We have had several compliments in regards to how nice the new roof looks. So a big thumbs up to all of them and to Roof King for being such a great company.

Bob and his staff are so kind, patient, helpful and attentive. These are awesome people, and will definitely be recommended by me for all roofing, remodeling and similar work.

When I inquired online about the work I wanted done they promptly contacted me and shortly thereafter came to look at the work and give me a quote. Once I decided to use them, they almost immediately were able to schedule my job (redoing the walking floor on my view deck). The job was completed as scheduled and they returned immediately when their final inspection found that the rain on the final day had caused an issue. A wonderful company who shows up on time and completes the work. The employees were all polite and worked hard. The contract and any additional charges (replacing fascia boards or plywood) was specific and clear. We had to coordinate the work with our solar company who had to remove the conduit from the existing roof for the new roof to be installed. Once I got a response from my solar company Roof King got the dates all set up. The solar company messed up the dates and Roof King was able to work around the solar company cancelled date and get my roof done in a timely manner. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

This company was fantastic from start to finish. I needed to get some very minor repairs done to our roof to satisfy our house insurance company. Two roofing companies blew me off after sending estimates. I suspect I got bumped for bigger jobs. AZ Roof King gave me an estimate and a contract within a week and had the job done by the end of the following week. Every step of the process was smooth and efficient. Everyone I dealt with at the company was professional and helpful. They even offered to come back to take pictures of the work for the insurance company. I recommend them.

New Home 4 years. Called builder (Monterey and got the brush off) called Roof King for an estimate of wind damage. They responded immediately. Repaired on the spot and remedied problem professionally.

We had a roof leak and I wanted a local company. I called Roof King and the person said that Karen(?) is out today and she will call me tomorrow. She never did. I called again and it took more than a week for someone to come out. The person (Hunter) looked at my roof and suggested me to have the whole roof redone. And he promised two quotes (one for the leak and the other for reroofing). I tole him that we don't have the money to do the whole roof this year. The quotes never came. I called again and Karen promised to send the quotes "today". Nothing ever came. I guess they don't care about their neighborhood and they only want "big jobs".

I called Roof King after discovering a leak in my roof. Their inspector came out the next day. He inspected the flat roof and identified 3 small cracks in the surface which he repaired on sight. Problem solved. The inspector was prompt, thorough and extremely considerate. Roof King will be my go to roof repair and maintenance company for now on.

Great value. Not only was the price better than others, they used high quality underlayment material. On time, cleaned up daily, and finished in 3 days.

Roof King just completed a roof replacement project for us. The project estimate was competitive and fair. Karen was very helpful in finding the right tile and Larry was great at seeing that our project was on time and on budget. Larry is what you expect in a contractor but never get. He is detail oriented and quality conscious with excellent and frequent communication. Larry recently remodeled our lower floor of our town home while we were out of state. We had at least weekly updates with pictures as appropriate and the results exceeded our expectations. We’d use HS3 again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone.

My roof is 20 years old and one by one over the past year I've noticed many of my neighbors getting their roof replaced. I called Larry for a roof inspection (no cost) expecting to hear the worst. We received a verbal quote on repairs to roof and then actual estimate was double. That wasn't the disturbing part. We stated we were interested in smoothing out our stucco and if they knew of any contractor's. So instead of giving us the name as a professional company would do - they refused to disclose the contractor stating that "they" can also handle this for us. ie take a cut or percentage! Shows lack of character and would not recommend this company.

When I read so many positive reviews and very few negatives ones, I was suspicious that they had been placed there by friends of the owner. I was wrong. They, indeed, deserve 5 stars. They were very professional. The crews came on time and worked hard when they were there. They cleaned up after themselves and returned a couple of times to fix some minor problems. Plus their price was one of the lowest. I have recommended them to two people already and will continue to do so.

Our roof was 6000 plus sq ft. of Tile that needed the under-layment replaced, sun lights, vents, flashing etc. We had several estimates from name brand roofing companies, that were substantially higher, and they estimated a minimum of 5 days and said it would very dirty. They suggested doing it when we were gone for the summer. We needed fascia work and some carpentry because we had water damage over the 22 years from tree debris build up.

We saw Roof King was doing a roof across the street and asked for an estimate. We discussed some options and what needed to be done. This was a big job and we had some damage so there was a some details to consider up front.

Wednesday AM a crew of 10 rolled in with a rolling dumpster, port-a-potty, and all the materials. Thursday afternoon (the next day) they were finished. We were just AMAZED how much they accomplished and the cleanup job they did. Friday at 7AM, Larry came to inspect the work with us and did some minor clean up and everything was gone in 30 minutes.

I would highly recommend Roof King.

This is a top-notch company. Roof King removed and replaced our two Mexican tile patio roofs and did an outstanding job. We have had several significant storms since and have had absolutely no issues. The work crew were professional, respectful, and trustworthy. This company has been recommended by good friend and I liked their reviews and the fact they are family owned. I have called 2x and left 2 messages with my location. Nobody called back. Given the fact it was around Thanksgiving holiday I gave 3rd try. I spoke with Karen, she got my messages and was about to call me. We talk why I need inspection for my roof and we set up appt. with Larry for 11:00 am. I asked if there a window for arrival and I was told no, if appt is at 11 he will be there and since I work FT I was told Larry would call me when he’s in his way. That never happened! 11 came and went, no call! I called at 11:30 only to be put on hold by Karen for 15 min. I hung up, I was really hoping she would call back!
It’s very disappointing that company who pride it self with excellent service and review on their website can’t even keep scheduled appt. for inspection.
