They assisted me in recovering a skid steer that was stuck in a drainage ditch about three miles up a mountain. They ordered the necessary parts, rebuilt what was needed on-site, and successfully recovered the machine.

If you ever think a job is too difficult, this company proves otherwise—they made it happen. They even delivered our machine back to its original location, completing the job to perfection. I will definitely be calling them for my next major project.

I contracted with Always Construction Services on a big-lift residential project for my beloved home of a new TPO roof, new stucco, and all new windows. I hired Always Construction for a a home renovation project in May 2025. It was an extremely professional operation. All work was done responsibly and efficiently with quality materials and it was completed ahead of schedule. They even worked on the weekend to complete the project. They warranty their work and I know that if I have an issue I can trust that Julian and his crew will be out to fix it. Best contractor I have used during my decade of living in Santa Fe.

Julian's crew did some interior drywall repair and touch up painting in our home. They also did stuco repair and refresh on the exterior. Everything that they did looks great! We needed it done quickly and they responded! They did the work in the time frame quoted, billed the same amount that was quoted, they cleaned up so I wasn't left with a mess each day, and the crew was friendly and polite. We have used Always previously for several tasks. This recent job involved replacing several main beams and corbels on the front and back portals, repair of an outdoor staircase, repair of stucco surfaces, and sealing associated brickwork. Julian, Jr., estimated the job promptly and work started within a week with a crew of several workers led by Danilo. They arrived on schedule and estimated it would take about two weeks. The work was completed in less time, and each part was performed very well. They arrived on schedule every day and cleaned up completely at the end of the job. Julian visited and personally inspected the work. We warmly recommend Always Construction Services and will use them again in future work.

Oh my God from start to finish. Julian Jr. and his crew were amazing. I can't even begin to tell you how great they were and how they took over and fixed all the issues that I had when I hired this horrible painter initially. Julian was efficient, saved me money and did gorgeous gorgeous work.
He painted the whole house for me. Took care of the fixtures and lights and gave me advice and he did a beautiful job in painting.The cabinets also. This whole experience with him has been phenomenal. I was really stressed out when I initially called him to fix the stucco on the outside of my house and to fix the mess that the previous painter did and he was patient and kind and handled everything down to the last detail. Julian and his team did a stucco job for us and we were very pleased with the end result. It was a 30 foot section of garden wall where half was new concrete block and half was existing stucco that needed repair. The color match was perfect. I had a tricky project with sloping floor joists in a 100 y.o. adobe casita and these guys did a tremendous job figuring out the issues then adding supports within a very small crawl space, reinstalling original floorboards in a stronger way, and adding new decking. Danilo, Facundo, and Mapache all worked really hard and kept me informed of what they were doing. Julian Sr has a great crew on the payroll!

I recently moved to Santa Fe and needed help hanging paintings and artwork. Always Construction was highly recommended by a contractor who had worked at our house. Always Construction provided a 3 man crew who did an immaculate job over a 2 day period hanging over 30 pieces of ethnic art and paintings, many requiring work from a ladder. The crew utilized a laser level to perfectly hang the artwork. The crew placed protective covering on the floor for each installation, moved any furniture that might impede their work, and worked in a very safe manner, with a person beside the ladder whenever someone was working at height. The finished work was excellent and my wife and I were both very pleased with the outcome. Based on my experience with Always Construction, I highly recommend that you consider using them for your home projects, big or small.

After having contacted several contractors to look at and give me a quote and then actually show up to do the work and have it done in a timely manner, I highly recommend Always Construction. Mr. Moreno was very professional and easy to talk to. He kept me informed of his progress as this was a rental currently occupied. I would definitely use him again for any future work.

Mr. Moreno was easy to work with, proposed a good solution to our home's stucco and trim issues, and quoted a reasonable price. The work, which included significant stucco repair, trim repair, painting, and staining, was completed on time and within budget. We found the work crews to be very courteous and careful, as well as dedicated to a quality work product. We had a wonderful experience with the owner Julian and his work crews. The crews were friendly and polite. Their supervisor, Daniello was here every day, all day overseeing the crew. They arrived every morning on time and worked hard all day. At different times, suggestions were made that helped improve the outcome of the project. I highly recommend Always Construction Services for any roofing repair. I filled out the contact information online and within an hour they called and scheduled an estimate. Received the estimate a day later. They tore down and rebuilt our roof in a timely manner. Very professional, showed up on time and worked very hard to make sure the job was done right. My house needed a new entryway door and I tried to DIY it, but once I opened up the wall I found a pretty serious structural issue that I definitely couldn't handle on my own. I emailed Always Construction during the Memorial Day weekend and the owner came out within half a day to come look at the situation, discuss what needed to be done, and give me an estimate. I'm sure this was a small job for them, but they recognized that I was in a really bad spot and made it a priority to help me out.

I think their prices are completely reasonable considering the quality and speed of the work and the professionalism and clear communication I received through the entire process. I haven't even painted the door and fresh stucco yet (I requested to do the painting and interior repairs to save a little money and they were very respectful and didn't try to push me to let them do it) and have been getting compliments from my neighbors on how great it turned out. I can't recommend them highly enough and will be using them for any contracting jobs in the future.

I think it's also worth noting that even though my partner was there they recognized that I was the homeowner and the one to make decisions. They never tried to talk to my boyfriend instead of me which hasn't always been my experience as a woman with a male partner.

We had Always Construction renovate the stucco on our house in Santa Fe in May 2024. They were very thorough, and completed the work to our complete satisfaction. The team was good about cleaning up as well. 8 years ago we had a section of our house re-stuccoed by a different contractor - that result was inferior to the work Always did. I contracted with Always Construction Services LLC in March, 2024 to replace my roof, which had three layers of previous roofing in addition to gravel, dirt, and pumice. They removed 15,000 lbs of previous roofing. Before removal, the company covered every ceiling in my home with plastic, coming the day before beginning to start removal. My experience with Julian and his crew was exceptional. I had good communication with Julian and his key employees, and the work crew were fantastic...respectful, careful, caring. They painted our house and added a portal. We were impressed from start to finish. They did all the needed stucco repair prior to painting, were neat and efficient. Excellent workmanship. The portal construction was also excellent. Very good workmanship and the final product looked awesome. The whole crew was excellent, but we want to give a shout out to Fecundo, Jorge and Jose and to Gilbert. They communicated well and were exceptionally hard workers.

Always Construction Services did a great job on a number of projects at our home. If you want a great paint job on your home, you want these guys. The give great advice, do excellent work and their crew is respectful and well trained. Careful and high attention to detail.

When I discovered a leak in my dining room ceiling just days before a planned Christmas party, I got on my phone at 5:40 in the morning, searching reviews for emergency roof repairs. Since Always Construction services appeared to be outstanding, I left a message; just eight minutes after they opened, I received a call from the owner, Julian, who assured me he would have someone out that day. As it turned out, the eight inches of wet show we received the previous week was causing havoc to my already-in-need-of repair flat roof. Without going into great detail, suffice to say that the existing roof damage was extensive, as two additional rooms also began leaking. Julian's wonderfully capable crews took care of all of installing a new roof, removing all the interior damage, creating new ceilings where needed, and painting everything to perfection. I would highly recommend Julian and his company. They are professionals with the experience and expertise to get the job done to your satisfaction.

My husband and I just bought our first house which desperately needed some renovations but we’ve had family who have had horrible experiences with builders and contractors before so we were a little nervous about the whole thing. Throughout the whole process Julian was fantastic to work with — he was patient, clearly an expert at what he does, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the outcome of our project.

Julian was also a great resource for connecting us with other sub-contractors/vendors in the area and for general ideas on what we could do with the potential of the house (without ever being pushy or trying to get us to increase the scope of work unnecessarily).

We really felt like he was rooting for us and on our team — just wanting to help us bring our vision for our first home to life and get as far as we could working within our budget.

For my fellow ladies out there, I can say that I had a great experience all around with the men who were part of Julian’s crew. Everyone who worked at the house was nice, polite, respected our space, and always seemed to be in good spirits. My schedule is more flexible than my husband’s, so I spent a lot of time at the house during the day by myself and I was never afraid to be alone with the guys working there.

I was also impressed by their clean up at the end of the project — they did more than I expected and even went so far as to do a light cleaning of the bathrooms to make sure there were no messes or unpleasant surprises waiting for us.

We will definitely be working with them again on future projects!

For reference, we were not living in the house at the time of these renovations. The scope of our project included:
- Removing wall texture and wallpaper (sanding, new drywall mud for a smooth finish)
- Painting our living room walls and ceiling (with 13ft ceilings)
- Re-staining the beams in the tall living room
- Brick work on our fireplace

Great experience with Always Construction. Juan redid our flat roof, canales and balcony. He also replaced our skylights. Communication was great, job was done in a timely manner and the price was fair. Highly recommend.

We had a few small leaks in the stucco and were worried as the next snow storm was approaching so we called Always Construction to seal the leaks asap. Julian returned my call promptly and scheduled Marlon to come by that afternoon to seal the cracks. Prompt service and much appreciated.

I had a leak on my roof and just discovered it at 11:30pm, on Saturday, December 30th. He answered my call assured me he would get one of his very capable workers, Marlon Hernandez, to go out first thing in the morning. Being a man of his word, he called me promptly at 8:30pm, the next morning, to let me know Marlon would arrive at 9:30am. He did!!! Now, I did contact two other companies, neither of which answered that evening and I just received a call from one of the two on Wednesday, December 27th, too late to be of any help whatsoever. Julian and his staff, simply amazing!!! I have absolutely, no reservation in letting you know that Always Construction will forever have my deeptest respect and however I may of any use to them, I will. I am promoting their busines to everyone and will do so always!!!

They replaced the cement in our porch. Julian responded quickly to all communication. They came on time, removed and replaced the old cement with an even better installation. The crew cleaned up all debris and dust. They did a great job and it looks beautiful. Great Crew. I will be calling them for future repairs.

Julian came over, looked at the project, gave me a fair price. He did the work on the property while I was not there to supervise but he did everything well. I was happy with the result. He sent me pictures while he was doing the project. I ended up paying the estimated price. I felt that his communication was prompt and clear.

I had a hole open right above the edge on the bathtub as it is a very old house. I had called Always construction among others they responded within a few hours of the call and started setting up an inspection and estimate. They worked with me one time constraints and explained everything they were going to do. I had an idea of how much the cost would be and they were pretty close to what I researched and I am very satisfied with the results. In recent years, I needed to hire a contractor for various repairs on my house on more than one occasion. Last winter, we had a couple of substantial leaks in our roof, and after having a few contractors out, who all quoted me for a complete roof replacement, I came across Julian and his crew at Always Construction. They came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. The problem wasn't that we needed a new roof. The problem was that the drainage boxes had separated at points from the drainage channels coming off the roof. Always Construction completed the repair in an afternoon at a fraction of the cost of an unnecessary roof replacement. I was very grateful for the honesty and integrity displayed by Always Construction, so when I needed my porch restuccoed before the winter, I reached out to Always Construction again. This was a complicated job because of the state of disrepair the porch was in. As the job progressed, we realized the lath had utterly disintegrated, and there was damage to the underlying plywood. I was afraid the job would turn into a complete demolition project, but the very skilled, seasoned crew from Always Construction salvaged the situation. Mauricio and the crew took every new development in stride, problem-solving and offering solutions, and the results were flawless. Julian was upfront about cost and options every step of the way. He made what could have been a very stressful situation a lot easier to navigate. I will always go to Always Construction first when I need repairs on my house because of their level of respect, honesty, and commitment to quality.

Cover over exterior lintels and match existing stuccoed surface above doors and windows. Repair existing stucco, prime and paint all exterior walls of residence. Repair prime and paint exterior wood components of portals entry ways and garage.

We needed stucco work done and went with Always Construction Services llc, because they provided an estimate that was detailed as to materials to be used, including higher quality materials which were not included in other estimates. Evennwith the use of higher quality materials, the Always Construction Services estimate was lower than other estimates we had received.

The work commenced exactly when we were told it would begin and was completed when we were told it would end. During the process, we noticed that one of the products that was delivered was not what we had been told would be used. We contacted Julian and he was already aware of the issue and had already developed a solution. The promised material was on site the next morning and there was no delay in work.

The crew conducting the work were all very polite and very neat. Surfaces that required draping were draped and protected. The work product was exact and professional. All waste was removed from the site and you could hardly tell that they had been there, except for the great new stucco.

During the whole process, Julian was available and easy to reach. He routinely initiated contact to make sure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. We are extremely happy with our experience with this company and we highly recommend them.

I had some previous stucco work and viga and headboard repair done by a very unprofessional company, that left me with my house unfinished and with a lot of damage.
So, I had to research a new construction company that had excellent reviews and that I could trust to fix the mess the other company left me with.
Julian , the owner of Always Construction Services met me at my house, once by himself and again with the construction team to walk my entire house and let me explain what I needed done to fix the mess that previous company left.
They were all attentive and listened to what I wanted done. This was so relieving and gave me hope that I could get the work fixed and by a reputable company.
Danilo, the Foreman, and the rest of the team showed up shortly thereafter and were on time everyday, working non- stop for the next 3 weeks, diligently doing great work fixing the damage done in a very professional manner.
Danilo would walk the property with me, whenever I would ask and answer my questions and describe the work that had been done. It was very reassuring.
He would also come to me with repairs they would find that were outside of the work we contracted for, describe them and leave it up to me, if I wanted to fix them as well or not.
I got a complete comprehensive overall look into the needed and necessary repairs beyond my initial scope, without any pressure to add them..it was simply brought to my attention and I had the choice to say yes or no to repair what they found while doing the initial work.
Danilo kept precise daily records of the men working, their hours and the material used on the project. I was sent a weekly invoice with all these and pictures of any receipts, for added materials that were needed. All very professional.
The team of guys were always on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were all extremely friendly and respectful also.
This ended up being a big construction job and my house was in need of a lot of repair that would have cost me a lot more down the road, if I hadn't been shown the damage and given the choice to get the work done all at once and cheaper while they already had them exposed, than later on and more damage done.
I give Julian, Danilo and his team the biggest A++ for their transparent work style, billing, professional and respectful manner and overall enjoyment of their attitudes while working on my house.
I couldn't recommend them more highly. Santa Fe is full of shady contractors that are fly by night scam artists.
Always Construction Services is not one of them by far. They lived up to every excellent and amazing review I read and add this one as another over the top satisfied client!!!

Just had a pretty major (for me) job that had outdoor work including stucco repair, repainting, painting of a lot of outdoor wood (doors, trims, etc.) and restaining of wooden beams / pillars. Their employees were so kind, respectful, and considerate of my property. We communicated very well, they helped me make decisions on colors. Always Construction Services was highly recommended to us by our neighbor. So, we reached out with several construction needs; retaining walls, stucco work, electrical and replacing our old unusable deck. Julian was very responsive and worked with us on our needs and came up with solutions and plans for each of the projects. The stucco work came out marvelous, everything came out far better than I had envisioned. The old deck was uncovered and was unusable most of the time. So, the replacement deck has been covered and looks gorgeous. I can’t truly express how happy we are with the work done and the people involved. Everyone was professional and friendly. If something was not quite what I envisioned, then we discussed, came up with solutions and quickly moved forward. Can’t ask for more than that.
