Customer Service Review: No roofing work done! We called and asked for an inspection on the roof on a potential home after our insurance said the roof was damaged. We agreed to pay the inspection fee of $350.00. Not only did they come out the next day, but they didn't charge us the inspection fee. Charlie emailed us a statement along with a 2 part video proving that the roof was in good shape. He didn't try to sell us on something we didn't need. Because we were on a deadline, we bugged them a couple times and they were still kind and professional. Again, their customer service is top notch! Thanks guys!
Wanda the scheduler and Charlie the inspector could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We had had some water intrusion a couple of years ago and, in contemplating the sale of our house, wanted to get the roof inspected. Charlie was very thorough and took pictures to show us what he saw up there. Often an inspection charge will be applied to work you have done by a company but, in this case, although it brought no work to Roof King, we were not charged anything at all. Even better, after talking about our roof and hearing his assessment, we chatted with Charlie for a bit and said good-bye feeling blessed to have had him in our home.
