Awful company. They replaced our roof a few months ago and their workers graffitied our house and didn’t fix rotten wood and left trash. The owners came over and things were fixed but they didn’t have the greatest attitude. It rained heavy on Valentine’s Day I believe and our roof started leaking and we called the company again and someone came over, took pictures and said they’d reach out to us on Monday with what will be done next. My husband ended up calling and the receptionist said we will get a call back. It is now Friday 02/21 and we still have not received a phone call. Extremely unprofessional business.

I think this Review has been Long overdue. We contracted Rhino Roofing in January 2024. The workers showed up on time every single day and Got to work immediately. They Did a phenomenal Job on our Roof, they also cleaned up after themselves as they worked. February rains and Winds came in and our roof was put to the test. All the shingles stayed on and no leaks!! It’s been years since we’ve felt such security on our roof. All information, packages and communication were given to us by Ken, he was great at making us feel like we were choosing the right company, but also wasn’t being pushy when we took a while to get the ball rolling. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. Great affordable packaging and the workers are so respectful and do the job right. Thank You to all the employees at Rhino Roofing!!

I just moved to Las Vegas and purchased a home which required a new roof. I interviewed three separate roofers, and after careful consideration related to cost/quality decided to go forward with Rhino Roofing. The company provided extremely thorough advance estimates, and the final product was excellent. The on site team accomplished the entire task on budget and on time as was reflected in the initial estimates. The work areas around the house were kept clean and carefully picked up every day at the end of work. All communication via email/text/phone was always clear and accurate. Few months back Daniel Jr came by for a few tiles that were loose and slipping and knocked out the work in 1 afternoon, very quick, efficient, and professional. I would recommend Rhino Roofing for their professionalism and efficiency. Great company with easy to work with associates.

Rhino Roofing has the best roofers! They were punctual as well as professional. The sales rep was also punctual, clean and very polite. I appreciated the fact that he actually took the time to listen. We’d definitely recommend, as well as use them again if there was ever a need in the future, or with any other property.

Rhino Roofing did a great job on our difficult home roofing project. Their employees were professional and courteous while at our home and worked diligently even during the intense heat. The pricing was fair and quoted accurately with warranties clearly stated. We are pleased that we chose Rhino Roofing to do this job.

This company was hired by our contractor to do the waterproofing for our pool. They did the absolute most sloppiest job. Their waterproofing damaged all of our tiles and does not come off. I would never recommend them for anything since they do not guarantee their work or provide quality.

We regret using Rhino.

I'm only giving the a 2nd star because the guy, Frank, that did the install was very good at his job (he did 90% of the work alone), courteous, and on time.

I'm kicking myself for not trusting my gut. The inspection and quoting process is why we selected Rhino for tile removal and underlayment replacement. Our Rhino sales guy, Elijah, was polite and on time (rare in roofing). DON'T BE FOOLED - you won't see him again once you sign the contract.
Their quote (3.22.24) was higher than others but I was willing to accept that based on the fact that we wanted 40# felt or synthetic. We signed our contract only to find out that they weren't available to start until May.
Red Flag #2 , they called before installation to say they "misquoted" the #40 and it would be $1500 more. Then they argued that they are allowed to contracts after they're signed. We agreed that they would put a double layer of #30 for the price quoted because we were having Solar installed an could not wait any longer.
Day 1 (week of 5.6.24) they sent 2 guys. After a few hours 1 left leaving only 1 guy to do a 2800 sq ft house.
I call Elijah to remind him that the broken tiles should not be put back after the underlayment is replaced. He reassures me he's told the "team". I ask what team?, there's only one guy here.
I purchased a pallet (approx. 250) of concrete tiles from RWC Building Products (great company) so Rhino could replace the broken/chipped tiles per our agreement. Unfortunately, the Rhino rep miscommunicated or forgot to tell the install person that the giant pile of tiles in my front yard was for them to use. They spent the 1st two days putting broken chipped tiles back and leaving the new ones untouched. - Crazy
Day 2 only 1 guy shows. He worked his butt off but we were very concerned that he never used any fall arrest lanyards and was working alone. I'm now finding myself climbing a ladder to bring him tiles and check that he's ok.
Day 3 -5
Same thing. Either only 1 guy working or 2 guys show and the 2nd leave shortly after arriving. They continue to reinstall broken/chipped tiles.
Monday 5.16.24 (Day 6) I'm messaging Elijah asking if he can come by and that new tiles are not being used. He says he's busy but he will remind the guys again. I ask when the job will be complete, and he says sometime next week. WHAT? I was told 5-7 days and now we're looking at 2 weeks.
Day 8 - the job was finished. Frank did excellent work, most of it by himself. He spent the last 2 days re-replacing tiles with the pile.

Overall, the install worker did a good job and left the jobsite clean. Unfortunately, it's the company that I regret selecting.

I had Rhino out to put their Wetsuit product over my entire flat roof so I wouldn't have to replace the existing TPO roof liner. The wetsuit product itself seems a lot like the product they use to seal asphalt roads. I can easily see that it'll last a long time and provide fantastic water proofing. The installers, office staff and everyone at Rhino was professional and easy to work with, the only reason for leaving one star off is because we had some miscommunication during the process that caused a bit of drama and drug the project out longer than necessary. Thankfully they stepped up and did the right thing. I'd use them again

I agreed to the quote and was waiting to get on their schedule, there has been a lot of rain lately, they had a cancellation and put me in the time slot and I couldn’t have been happier!

signed contract 9/1//23, no contact from them till 10/12/23 at 1pm when workers showed up. unsupervised crew roofed over out of code osb board, in violation of contract. then it was put on me to decide after the fact if rhino does the job to code or not. work is rushed and sloppy, the owners wife screamed at me when i quoted the contract back to them. ridge vent system not done right, then different lies about it. get many quotes , choose wisely- not rhino. look at photo of shingle work and ask if you want your roof to look like this. very poor work, no quality control at all. was quoted the contract by daniel at my house, after i called to plead with them to get someone to my house, and it was opposite of what is in the contract. they dont know whats in their own contract.

We hired them to do a simple repair of our garage roof. The experience started off bad! First they wanted half the money down before they would put us on the schedule. They gave us a start date and time, then never showed up and did not give us a call. I had to call them several times. They stated the crew would be there the next day at 7:00am, no crew showed and again, no phone call from them.
I would not recommend this company to anyone that is looking to get roofing work done! Consumer beware!

UPDATE: The roof is leaking once again on 07/13/2024 and at this point they need to just offer a full refund and let someone who knows what they're doing fix the roof properly. And of course they're close so nothing can be done. I wish I gave them two stars before simply so I could give them one star now. It is beyond ridiculous how this keeps happening almost every time it rains harder than a drizzle.

The roof leaked (at least three different times) during every single rain after they "fixed" the existing roof. They blamed one guy for doing a bad job then claimed to repair his bad work, but it still leaked after the fact. I don't care that they claim to "make it right" after every leak. There should be no need for that to begin with.

Then on top of that they never actually stick to the times they say they'll be there. It's understandable that other people are also fighting the rain, but if the work was done properly the first or maybe even the second time there wouldn't be a need for them to scramble.

At first rhino was awesome but since then my roof leaks and rhino never returns my calls.
Update 8-16-2024. Daniel and Elizabeth came to house to double check the roof after a repair on 8-1-24. They reinstated my faith in Rhino

These roofers are the real deal. They were prompt in sending Daniel out for an estimate. He was responsive to my questions and requests. They made a very competitive estimate to re-roof my entire house. They were all very professional and respectful of us and the neighbors. They cleaned up every day before leaving the site and they left us with a beautiful new roof in a timely manner!!

First of all there price was the best I found. Also, my wife was the only one who could be present when they we're doing the work. She said there workers we're professional and polite. They cleaned up at end of the day , and Ana in the office was pleasant to work with when it came time to get the account settled. I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for roofing work.

Rhino Roofing replaced the all the underlayment on our roof. They completed the project promptly as estimated. The estimator, Kevin, was very patient in explain what he had found needing work by using many photos of problems. I also appreciated that they cleaned up the work site thoroughly each day.

Kevin addressed the concerns I had about a possible leak. As a new resident moving from GA to NV I was not familiar with the integrity of a tile roof. He took the time to explain the dynamics and what to look for in an older roof. I will definitely keep this company on my go to list

This company has terrible communication and I would never recommend them. Scheduling was my first problem. They sent guys out without telling me and they were ready to rip up my entire solar heating system and throw it away. My end cost was 2,400 more than the original quote due to excessive supplies for repairs. I approved them to move forward on a quoted price only to find out 5 hours later that the price had increased by another 1000 without my approval. My roof had already been ripped up and the phone receptionist said, “Do you want us to just put a tarp on it and leave it how it is?”
I was so upset by the way I was treated. They left roof debris all around my property and I had to ask them to come back and clean it up.
Do not use this company.

Courteous, on time, quick and efficient.
Daniel the technician locate the problem and was able to fix it in a few minutes.

After now reading other reviews, I should have figured this would go like it did. I called to make and appointment about a week ago. They said they were about 3 weeks out. okay, fine, I set up an appointment for the 5th of April between 10 and 12, great, that works, then I get an email stating that my scheduled estimate is on the 6th from 10-12, nope that wont work with my schedule, so I called to let them know that I need to reschedule the time if it's going to be on the 6th it needs to be later. So they kind of chuckled and said, we'll have to call you back when we can adjust your schedule... weird but okay. So I just randomly get an email (no phone call) with my new schedule, now it's back on the 5th but in the afternoon... no that won't work it would have to be as ORIGINALLY scheduled from 10-12 if it's on the 5th. She said, I have in my notes blah blah blah.. which obviously she isn't good at taking notes, as I have my calender right here in my phone and I'm looking at it and letting them know when I am available. Now she's arguing with me telling me that this is what I told her as it's in her notes. I said, well, you had the date correct, but you changed the times. I tell her I've decided not to go with Rhino because of her inability to schedule an appointment and rude customer service. We hang up... Now I get a call from some guy at Rhino telling me he's calling to schedule my appointment. I explain that I'm not going with Rhino because of the rude customer service and inability to schedule, he tries to accommodate me and I tell him that I have already decided I'm not going with Rhino, I'm going with my other estimate. He asked what company I decided I was going to go with and I told him PRS - Professional Roofing Service. He said, call me when you need your roof repaired ...not sure if that was supposed to be a dig at PRS? But I told him I'm not getting repairs, I'm having the whold roof replaced. And why was it any of his business who I was going with in the first place? Poor, poor unprofessional customer service!!! If they can't even schedule an appointment, I'm quite sure they would have inadequate repair service as well, and I'm not willing to give it a try.

My husband and myself had our roof redone and it was a expensive job over 11,000 dollars. The two guys working on my roof did a very sloppy job also had my neighbors complain to me and company. I just had my house repainted and under my eaves nails are sticking out and paint was ruined to the point that now I have to get them repainted. The operations manager came out to look at the job because we complained and said he will send the guy back out so he did but still did not complete the work and fix the issues was told he will be back out and never came so we called again to get someone out and now told someone new will come and complete. We went with this company because in the beginning had great customer service and awesome reviews but at this point it’s been a headache and a nightmare and the work is still not completed. I would never recommend this company save your time and money and go with someone else.

After the big windstorm, I lost half my roof. I called 6 different roofing companies. From the moment I met Daniel, I knew they were going to get my business. He was so professional and was happy to answer all of my questions. The crew was out the following week and they were also amazing. Really great guys. They explained how everything was going to work and what I should expect in the next few days. They were so clean. It was done in 3 days which left me absolutely impressed. They even picked up all of the nails and any trash that fell in the backyard. This is the best company and I am very happy I decided to use them.

What a wonderful team to work with! After calling all around during Covid and during the Summer heat wave and drought, Rhino delivered the best customer service, best estimate and a great roofing replacement experience. Friendly and dedication staff made certain we knew what was happening every step of the way and even worked with us allowing for an extra couple of weeks for payment! I even called them recently because our neighbors are having their roof done by Rhino and so is my friend Nan! My call though was to see if they could recommend someone for a/c service and wow...they don't know anyone off hand but said they would check and get back with us! Rhino was very responsive to evidence of water damage from my roof. They were prompt, professional easy to work with.

Needed a roof repair on a new home. Crew was scheduled within 24 hrs. of my call and they were waiting at 0630 to start work. Work was excellent with photos provided. Recommended

Rhino roofing did a roof replacement for me. They did a quality job and were responsive to my needs. The job took a little longer than I expected but they did a good job and I would recommend them.

They did an exceptional Job on our 20 year old leaky roof. We can sleep confident for another 20 years.

We noticed a few cracked tiles on our roof, and were worried they might lead to leaks, so we called Rhino Roofing to check it out and give us a quote for repairs. They told us upfront when we called that they had a minimum price, so we scheduled another company to give us a quote as well. The other company was able to come take a look a few days earlier, but their quote (which we received 3 days later than expected) was for over $1,000. When Juan from Rhino came out, he took a look, snapped some photos to show me what he saw, and offered to seal the small cracks right then and there - for free! In less than 10 minutes, he sealed the cracks and even painted the sealant to make it match the color of the roof tiles. I am very impressed with Rhino Roofing and will definitely be giving them another call if we need more work on our roof. Thank you, Juan!

They told me they were 12 days out , which is understandable as there are other people that need roofs done . An estimator showed up after giving me a call before . I decided to go with them to repair some broken tiles that color matched the best they could . A bit pricey to pay but they did the work in a exceptional amount of time .

Rain forecast! Help, I have a roof leak. Rhino sent out a roofing agent to examine the roof, located a probable cause, provided an estimate, and had a roofer at my house less than 24 hours later. The roofer peeled back shingles and tar paper to verify that the moisture had penetrated both layers. He put down new plywood in the damaged area, new tar paper and matching shingles. Even though it seemed to me that the roofer did more than the estimator suggested, the bill was for exactly the estimate. And the following 2 day pouring rain showed no moisture inside my house. Fast, reliable, and wonderful customer service. You won’t go wrong with this company.

This company does drywall as well and there work is very professional, clean, and done quickly. Workers are extremely polite with good attitudes. This company is highly recommended.

Finally someone viewed property with no contact.. and gave a verbal quote (was reasonable).. I agreed..
was back and forth several times agreeing on a date.. again the appointment was skipped.. this time I was told he was at my house and the tiles he brought are wrong color.. I asked implicitly if he was on my roof at my house..? He replied yes.. I’m here and the tiles are the wrong color.. do I want to put them on.. I should have said yes.. a Later inspection of cameras proved my suspicion..
I only wanted to do some maintenance.. no leaks.. nothing major.. I’m still in market for roofer if anyone know a good one
