Our HOA hired Rhino to do a complex flat roof project for our 6 unit Townhouse association. From start to finish Ryan and his crew were amazing. Ryan and Rhino Roofing did a great job for us. It was a complicated project – unexpected roof failure from previous hail damage and ceiling leakage of the low-slope roof on our 134-year old, 2-story house, in a historic and densely-developed Denver neighborhood. Ryan prioritized the job to prevent further damage. He managed all permitting, negotiated with the insurance company to get full replacement with improved hail-resistant roofing material, and coordinated with solar contractor for removal/re-install of our rooftop solar system. He was excellent in communicating the work status with us at every stage, and in responding to our questions and requests. His lead installer Jorge and crew did craftsman-grade work on the roof – there was a lot of custom-fitting to wrap roofing membrane around solar racks, pipejacks, roof parapets, etc. They also were very thorough with removal and clean-up of old roof materials. Overall we were completely satisfied and highly recommend Rhino Roofing.

We had three roofing projects done with RHINO ROOFING over the past 15 years: First one was an addition/remodeling project, the other two were repairs ( total replacement) due to hail damage at our old home and our new one. Unfortunately, living in Colorado creates one almost inevitable problem for the home owner: hail damage. In each of these projects, we were very impressed with their commitment and knowledge. Ryan who is the owner, is an expert who frequently is consulted by others to help out other projects or resolve disputes. So, we found out that his word is well respected in the roofing community and by insurance companies. This came particularly helpful during our last hail repair project, where inspector of our previous insurance company missed a lot of the damages, which would have been very costly for us. Thanks to to Ryan’s meticulous inspection and careful documentation, our roofing damage was fully covered with a 25 year warranty, we only needed to pay our insurance deductible. He was able to find the smallest leak which had caused the most damage and without this detective like work including water/leak test, this spot could have been missed and could have caused much severe damage later on.
