After 20 years, the metal roof and deck cover on my log home needed all screws replaced, new flashing, and deck cover repairs. The roof pitch is very steep, and it was extremely hot outside. Rhino Roofing did an excellent job. The crew worked hard, efficiently, fast, and so respectfully. I am so happy with how it turned out. My roof looks new!! I highly recommend Rhino Roofing. I can't thank them enough!!!

Rhino Roofing did a replacement on our 30 year old house, including tearing off the old roof and hauling it away. The job was completed on time and for the original estimate. Now here is where they shine. The quality of the new roof far exceeds the original. The workmanship exceeds expectations. The crews were extremely courteous and friendly, and man, do they work hard! Be kind and provide them some water if it is hot out, please. Attention to detail was excellent, and their prices are very competitive. We HIGHLY recommend Rhino, and their owner, George. They are the BEST in the Spokane area!

This team went out of there way to make sure our roof was fixed. They put high quality products in and hard labor with long days to make sure everything was installed correctly. They fixed the leaks from the previous work done by someone else. They were friendly, reliable, honest and worked within our budget. Highly recommend their work! Couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out.

We would absolutely recommend Rhino Roofing! Wonderful experience with Jorge and his team of solid, hardworking guys. We had gotten a handful of quotes, and Rhino’s was the most thorough, and with the best prices. If we ever need another roof done, we’ll be calling them! :)

Rhino roofing did a great job replacing my roof. They also did my pool house, replaced skylight lids and did some touch up painting (at no additional charge). They were friendly, worked quickly, made sure rain didn’t damage anything, cleaned up after themselves and followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied. Overall they did a great job and were fairly priced. I will use them again on another property I own and would recommend them to others.

Rhino Roofing added some framing to my roof line to stop water from pooling in a low spot between my house and garage. Jorge was knowledgeable and easy to work with and cost was reasonable- especially since another company we tried to get quotes from would only quote putting on a new roof!

The repair looks great and stopped water from leaking into our garage. Thanks Jorge!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
