I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt like I had to warn others about my experience with MAC Roofing. I hired them for a spray foam roofing job, thinking it would be a quick and professional process—especially with how they advertise themselves. But honestly, it was a huge disappointment from start to finish.
First off, communication was terrible. I had to keep calling just to get updates or answers to basic questions. They acted like I was bothering them. The crew showed up late (more than once), and when they finally did the job, they rushed through it. You could literally see uneven areas where the foam was applied—some spots looked like they didn’t even get proper coverage.
A few weeks after they “finished,” I noticed leaks during a light rain. LIGHT rain. Isn’t spray foam supposed to be waterproof and sealed? When I reached out for them to come fix it, they gave me the runaround and said someone would come out “next week.” It’s been over a month now and nothing.
If you’re in Vegas and thinking about getting spray foam roofing, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I wasted time and money, and now I’m probably going to have to pay someone else to redo the job.
This company is absolutely outrageous and dishonest, they charged me $540 for a trip fee that took a few minutes just tell me there’s no issue with the roof, they sent two invoices for $270 each for the same short trip. Not only that they double charged for the same short trip, the diagnosis was wrong - the ceiling is leaking and they blamed it on the window which is below the ceiling.
Avoid them if you don’t want to get robbed and lied to!
I had Mac roofers come out to give an estimate and I can tell you these guys are honest and professional they gave me the best price and didn’t try to up charge me. They came out and did a great job . I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone. I’m very impressed.
