I just had my roof replaced by Ohana Roofing after having them recommended to me on Facebook.  I just want to say that they were absolutely wonderful!  I worked with Jesse when he came out to look at my roof. He was very informative and explained everything to me clearly. I had contacted another roofing company previously, who I felt was being disingenuous during their estimate and were trying to take advantage of me. But Jesse listened to me and was happy to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. Ohana Roofing kept me informed every step of the way, from initial damage assessment to helping me choose a color for the shingles. The roof was finished in a timely manner, and their work was excellent.  Replacing a roof is a big expense, and after getting other quotes and interviewing companies, I am extremely happy I went with Ohana Roofing!

Miles above any other roofing company that I reached out to. One and done! No waiting a week to check it out and then two more days for a quote. Jesse the owner gave his quote upfront and said exactly what he would do for that fee. Even to say if he found more issues, he would fix them and quoted exactly his charge for doing so. Professional all the way. Knowledgeable of products and procedures. Educated. Gentle walking on the tile. Customer care being most important. Shared pictures and explained each step thoroughly. its really difficult to find a company who will 1. Answer the phone 2. Give you a quote/price honestly and quickly 3. Come out as soon as they’re able to. These guys were so amazing to work with. They’re very professional and know exactly what they’re doing. Fixed the roof issue no problem. Will definitely be recommneding to family and friends

I called Ohana roofing after another company did a bad job and then stopped returning my call to come fix the portion they had messed up. Jesse came out, gave me a fair price, completed the work quickly and professionally. I will definitely use this company again if I ever need a roof repair.

After a windstorm came through town, my roof shingles were messed up and falling off due to the previous roofer not securing shingles properly. Ohana was able to come out quickly and fix it for an awesome price. Definitely recommend and will use again for other projects.

Jesse was wonderful to work with. I had a leak in my roof, and it took him only 4 hours to fix it! He was always in communication with me and sent me pictures of the roof and all the repairs. He also did some extra repairs for me around the chimney and a vent in my roof. We also kind enough clean my dryer vent! Highly recommended Ohana Roofing!

He's got a lot of heart in his business and takes great pride. I wish I can get this kind of service with all of my home repairs but it's usually too much of a gamble when hiring a contractor. Called Jesse on a Friday, he came out Sunday morning to repair wind damage. Job was done in less than an hour and he gave me a very reasonable quote on repairing a rear porch. Extremely happy

I don't know what I can say about the 5-star service I received from Jesse and the Crew at Ohana Roofing that hasn't already been said in prior 5-star reviews. All I know is that I was ready to call 911 to find a roofer when I found Ohana online and called Jesse. What a blessing! After he and the Crew repaired my roof, I could see from the photos that they are perfectionists and do not cut corners. The entire Crew genuinely cares about providing exceptional service. What a huge relief to have Ohana Roofing in my Contacts list - speed dial status!

The crew was amazing. They showed up - which is something most do not do. They were there when they said. Courteous, punctual they left my yard and sidewalk in better shape than when they got there.

Jesse is great at what he does, he did an amazing job repairing my flat roof and I have no doubt that when it’s time to replace the rest of my roof I will be calling him again. He is quick and efficient and will to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for months. Ohana roofing is simply the best! They went above and beyond to fix our roof. We haven’t had any leaks since the repair. They repaired our roof in the middle of summer and just before the “hurricane” rain came. Jesse was quick to answer my phone and kept me updated every step of the way. He and his crew were polite, courtesy, and cleaned up after themselves. 10 out of 10 will and have recommended to other people. Jesse showed us the before and after pictures- he took the time to explain the process.

I called Ohana Roofing with several other roofing companies. They were one of the few who called me back. Jesse was really kind, wasn’t abrasive or aggressive in his demeanor or tone. I needed a smaller repair on my tile roof, so not the largest or the most glamorous job. He gave me a fair price quote and when he got to the property today, adjusted his quote DOWN as he didn’t need to do exactly what he originally thought.(unheard of). He could have charged me what he said and just kept quiet. But he was honest and that’s uncommon in the roofing world for sure. We will definitely utilize Ohana Roofing and I hope this review blesses him with many more clients.
