Discount roofing is definitely discounted compared to other roofing vendors but they were easy to work with. They came in lower than my other 4 quotes. Scheduling was 6 weeks out to get roof done. They installed architectural shingles. Was able to select color.

Cons: I didn’t realize they didn’t quote for the rear part of the roof so I had to come back and have that done for additional cost, and they couldn’t mount the hvac drain pipe to the roof. 4% credit card fee or mail in a check, no ACH payment.

However I would use them again.

We looked all over town for roofers, some never showed up for estimates, others were 6 months out till they could start, most never returned the call. We finally found discount roofing and their quote was the lowest and they could start the soonest. Because of this I expected low quality work but needed the roof replaced asap. I am in the process of selling my house, and the inspection report came up with some tile roof issues. I was able to provide them the report, and they responded back in a timely manner with a very reasonable quote. I agreed, and they were able to repair the issue without having me on site. They provided photos of all the repairs, and the work was really good. I would use them again!

I had to get my roof replaced and Discount Roofing had the best quote money wise for the same thing other companies were charging for. They cleaned up their mess daily and were on time even with temperatures in the 100+ degrees. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs their roof done. Our house had an old DIY patio built by the previous owners that looked hideous and took up a large portion of our backyard. It had been built incorrectly on the roof which meant, if we demoed the patio, the roof would be exposed. After getting a couple quotes we went with Discount Roofing and couldn't be more satisfied. They got the demo and roof repair done all in one day and did a great job cleaning up everything.

Was totally impressed with how well they cleaned up all evidence of the old wood shake roof not one piece did i find left on the ground. The installed the new asphalt roof and it looks beautiful all with out having to remove air conditioning unit on roof the only co that have that service we found .That by itself was a large savings in the cost .Along with the huge savings in the cost of the reroof job .We would recommend this co to anyone looking for fast n professional service with a savings in cost .Our roof looks absolutely beautiful. My experience with Discount Roofing was very positive from the initial phone call. Terry arrived at our house, observed our wood shake roofing, took measurements, and gave a quote that was the best of 4 other quotes. The team stripped our outdated roof, laid plywood and completed the project is 3 days without any errors. I would definitely recommend their service.

Found them on the recommended contractors from Owens Corning shingle website. Out of six proposals I accepted their proposal. It included everything I wanted done and the price was reasonable I feel like it was fair, very fair! I'm now scheduled to start my roof soon and so far I'm very happy with the company and the people I talked to. I'll do another review after the work is done.

I had a roof replacement for my moms house. They had said they would need 2 days to reroof but it was way less than that fast on time. Price was amazing and job was as well done. Do not hesitate to hire them they are good!!! Thank you

I contacted 4 different roofing companies and had each send out an estimator to give me an estimate to clean my valleys in my tile roof. The estimator from Discount Roofing turned out to be the owner and he was polite, professional, and knowledgeable about how to clean the valleys. His was by far the cheapest estimate and he emailed me the estimate and once I accepted the estimate he had a roofer at my home the day after Thanksgiving. The roofer showed up early, went right to work and never took a break until he had finished the job. He was an excellent worker did a great job with minimum disruption. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job you might have.

I cant say enough good things about Discount Roofing. Owner is the best at his job and so is everyone else. The workers were amazing and so polite they knocked my roof out in ONE day! I dont write reviews But had to with them. Don't bother shopping around... Discount Roofing period.

From start to finish, these guys were awesome. Great communication. We are redoing our garage and had a huge leak from the roof and needed our roof done before we started our garage project. no problem with quote, no problem with the install, even didn't mind all the nails I have found laying all over for the last year, but every time I got a hard rain I would get a leak... had him out 2 times to check it, 1 times sent a guy out to add some flashing tar, still leaking... after over a year of this I finally hired someone else to fix what they refused to fix. The transition for the high pitched roof to the shallow pitch roof was a Dip that was on his side of the roofing installation and that was done AFTER and the people who came out to fix it right pointed out that there was no flashing, just some cracked dried tar letting the water pool int he dip and flood over the seam on the side of the roof Discount installed... I guess having him do the main roof to a different roof let him use it as an excuse to avoid fixing it, but I never let the new people know who or what was up and they pointed out exactly what it was... Discount Roofers didn't do the chimney right... call it short cuts or a means to remain a discount service.. I guess you get what you pay for, 2 years I have been dealing with this and his dodging of repairs... new guy fixed it with metal flashing and removed the low spot...

They arrived the first thing Monday morning after a 2 day delay. To be fair they did call me both days that they where delay. They did the work in a timely manner. Now I just have to wait for the heavy rains to see if they where able to solve my problem

Called this place. They had the channelling I needed and were open on Sat. (I think). They've got a hardware and tool section where u go in to make an order. Quick loading area. Large variety of flashings ect.

I recommend this company to anyone who needs to know that they want their roof done right with out having to be over charged for no reason. Had multiple estimates for my roof to be done and this company was honest. They did fantastic work and kept me in the loop with everything they were doing, found, and more. I've lived here my whole life and know how companies out here can scam and rip you off. This one is thumbs up in my book and will be recommending them to everyone I know.
