Aztlan Roofing

After researching a ton of Roofing companies via Google, I stumbled upon Aztlan roofing on Reddit. There were a decent amount of positive reviews so I called Maria on a Saturday, and J showed up the following Monday right on time. Prior to J’s arrival, I had already gotten an estimate from another company that I was feeling really good about - but J’s demeanor made me change my mind instantly. Aztlan scheduled a roof repair within a couple weeks that was supposed to take a day and a half - but J & his crew were efficient and finished way ahead of time. Upon completion J didn’t even want to collect payment until I was happy with their work. He provided pictures of the removal process, and the finished job. I will be recommending this family-owned business to everyone I know!

So I found aztlan on a reddit forum where they were saying how great they were! And hell reddit did not lie this time the communication all the way from maria to jay ! I wasn't able to meet them in person ! But I felt like I was a part of the process they kept me updated with my roof repair and the prices where fair as well ! Aztlan will be the company contact and recommend for any roofing need for my friends and family

They did a great job redoing my entire roof after the original was tearing off from old age and the wind. Several months later had a slight issue, but they went above and beyond to remedy the issue. Like seriously above and beyond. You can tell they care about their customers. Also, communication has been awesome. Would def use them again and again

We thought we might have a roof leak and decided to call out Aztlan Roofing based off reviews. They came out and took pictures of the roofing showing us that we had some cracked tiles and the waterproofing felt paper was starting to curl. We decided to have them re-roof our home. The price they gave us was very fair. Throughout the job they made sure to communicate with us and keep us updated. They were also extremely professional and courteous.

I was completely blown away by the experience and will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs work done on their roof.

The first snd second company were too expensive . When Jay (owner) did the inspection he explained very well the problem . There was one problem that he discussed that the 2 previous company didn’t recognize .So i said this guy is knowledgable . His price /estimate is lower by 4k. . His team are really experienced to do this job. They come as early as 0700 and they started working at once . Jay and his team are excellent workers. They are courteous and polite too. After having had nightmares dealing with various contractors and other companies here in Vegas for years, we recently had the most wonderful experience when we hired Aztlan Roofing to re-roof our tile roof.

We had obtained numerous estimates, and decided to get just one more before proceeding. Although Aztlan was not the least expensive, they were far from being the most expensive. Even if they had been on the higher end of what we had been quoted, it would have been well worth it. Their customer service, professionalism, compassion and quality of workmanship is all superb!

From my first telephone call to them, Maria was so pleasant and accommodating. She listened to my needs, she answered all of my questions, and she offered information that I might have otherwise not have known to ask about.

Maria got us set up for an estimate appointment the following day and Jay came out to inspect the roof. The proposal was sent to us quickly. After we reviewed it and got back to them, they were able to schedule us in a very timely manner. We didn't have to wait 4-6 weeks the way a couple of other companies told us we we would have to do.

From start to finish, Jay and his crew were extremely professional. They arrived on time each day, maintained excellent communication, provided photos of issues that were found as well as photos of daily progress, and completed the job on time as promised. They also completely cleaned up the entire area. When they were finished, we had a beautiful new roof, and our yard looked as it did before they began.

I had an amazing experience with Aztlan Roofing! There's a reason all of their reviews are 5 stars. I hired Jay and the team to repair/reseal our roof and fix a section over our garage that had been leaking. First of all, the communication from Aztlan was great and they were able to work me into their schedule much earlier than all the other roofers we called. Jay came out and did an extremely thorough assessment, providing pictures to back up all of his recommendations. We agreed to all recommended fixes, and the team came out and completed the job. Jay sent pictures afterward, documenting in great detail everything his team did. The final bill was very reasonable and exactly what Aztlan quoted us before the job. No surprises. I couldn't be happier with the result! I'd gladly recommend Aztlan to friends or family, and I'll be keeping them in mind for future roofing jobs. Thanks, Aztlan!

Luego me contactó el señor Luna y me dijo que el personalmente vendría la mañana siguiente a darme el estimado.
El señor Luna estuvo a la hora acordada, una persona muy grata, amable y profesional, el revisó me techo a fondo y me explicó bien todo lo que su compañía remplazaría, acordamos que yo lo llamaría en uno o dos días con nuestra decisión.
Mi esposa y yo decidimos contratar sus servicios para remplazar nuestro techo.
Acordamos que la compañía Aztlan empezaría el trabajo el día 31 de mayo y tomaría dos días.
El día 31 de mayo llego el señor Luna y los trabajadores a la hora acordada y lo primero que hicieron fue proteger mi piscina y todo el rededor de mi casa con plástico y luego procedieron a remover el techo viejo y preparar el techo para instalar el nuevo, muy profesionales todos los trabajadores, el segundo día instalaron el nuevo y limpiaron todo el rededor de la casa, hasta mi piscina limpiaron, muy buenos trabajadores, muy formales y profesionales.
Mi esposa y yo les estamos muy agradecidos y con esto quiero decirle a todos, que si necesitan reparaciones o remplazar su techo, no duden en contactar a Aztlan roofing, es una compañía que cumple lo que promete.

Having only 5 stars to select is not anywhere near enough to do this business justice! I asked for six companies to bid on our mansard roof replacement but that's another story all together (suffice to say one was responsive but the estimate was way too high - I'd calculated a ballpark ahead of time rounding up). Jay arrived smack dab on time for our estimate and had samples (!), the only company to do so. He discussed the job thoroughly with us and never once was anything other than friendly, knowledgeable and happy! Loved that! Oh, before I forget, Maria was sooooo fast to respond and schedule this estimate, kudos and more!

Needless to say, we went with Aztlan and scheduled a start date. Day arrives and so does the crew, a half hour early. They didn't waste time but quietly got everything in position to begin. Precisely on time the removal began. After working their buns off, and with the high winds starting up, later on they cleaned every square inch (you'd never know they'd been there - on the ground). Returned the next day to continue as a giant weather cell was coming in! They worked quickly and efficiently to ensure the undercoating was water tight then had to call it since thunderstorms were in the area. Returning the following day all the shingles and beautiful trim was installed in such a timely fashion. The crew is so friendly and hard working always leaving our property in pristine conditions. And guess what? We were never, ever pushed for payment! A couple days went by and Jay (the owner) returned to check that everything is perfect and touch up an area or two on our flat roof.

The ONLY thing we regret is... we'll never see them again... not for this roofing section. Jay, Maria and the crew, you will be sorely missed!
