Our installer, Dalton, was wonderful to work with on this project. He was meticulous in every aspect and I couldn’t be happier with how the entire installation process went. There was zero clean up required on our end and I was over the moon impressed with the fact that the wood work craftsmanship was so precise that no repainting or touch ups will be required in any room. Incredibly impressed!

Western Products, Renewal by Anderson provided excellent service from bidding to installation to cleanup. Very professional and quality service. The window is a large 9 ft wide 3 ft tall, multi-window unit. It looks and functions wonderfully. I’ve never regretted or seen problems with Anderson windows, I’m sure this will be the same.

Very professional and courteous. Cleaned up after every window, even when the windows were in the same room. Always asked if I had any questions and answered them all!

100 year old house with very brittle plaster. The installer was amazing. He was by himself and only took 3 days to do everything. Windows guys before him there were 4 if them and took longer. Time will tell how good the Windows are but they are Anderson so hopefully money we'll spent cause they are not cheap.

Recently had all windows and a new front door installed. Work was done quickly and professionally. Had a minor problem that prevented our old storm door from being reinstalled. Western Products helped out by offering a new storm door at a reduced price. It's ordered but not yet installed. Looking forward to it!

Windows and door adequate but too much cold air coming back in the door and Windows only open on one side instead of 2 like the old ones. They opened from top and bottoms and kitchen Window only now open just one way.

Two guys came to put 5 windows in and did so in a timely matter!! Cleaned everything up as they went ! This is the second time we had them and will highly recommend Western products!!

We ordered all new windows and 1 exterior door for our home in about November 2023. We were told they would be custom made and would be May of 2024 before installation. No big deal for us. We got a call in the middle of March and they were ready to start the following week. The installer that came out was a very outstanding professional who did everything very precisely, never wasted a minute, & was very nice to be around. We would highly recommend Anderson Windows & Western Products.

Windows look good and the installer did an excellent job. Was told the job would take about 4 days start to finish and was finished on time.

Everything went as expected and great work on removing the wall AC, enlarging the opening and installing a window. The initial estimate for work to begin was daunting but they were able to come 4 months earlier! Workmanship was excellent (Mike).

We replaced all of our windows, front door, and patio door. The windows turned out beautifully. We feel like we have a new house! Mike was wonderful to work with, very courteous, and very willing to listen to any concerns we might have. We would definitely choose Renewal by Andersen if we had any other projects in mind.

This is my second experience having these windows installed and would recommend them to anyone who needed windows but not new siding.
