Victor and Alex did a great job installing our new windows. They worked hard throughout three long days of heat and humidity to give our home better quality windows. The windows look great and they explained everything I needed to know about them in detail before leaving the job. I am very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend. We love our new windows! Derek did a great job installing them. He kept me informed on where he was at in the process the whole time. My rooms and my deck were cleaner after he left than when he got here. Derek was here by himself and he worked really hard the whole time. A really nice guy!

Every step of purchasing our new kitchen window from Window World was enjoyable. The initial visit by Devin gave us all the information we needed to compare their product to others on the market. We were able to match the color and grid pattern of existing windows, and they even delayed the installation until we returned from our snowbird Winter location.
Dereck arrived on time and installed the window in less than two hours, while explaining the process and answering all our questions.
Since the storm window and indoor glass are both in one frame piece, they move back and forth easily. Cleaning is a breeze. There's no cold or heat conduction from the frame and the sun block- window coating lets me enjoy the view without the heat or glare, so no more window blinds over the sink. We could not be more pleased and would definitely recommend Window World to our family and friends.

Very happy with my patio door and the service! The entire process was smooth from the time they came to do the estimate to the installation. While I was waiting for the door to come in, I would receive periodic emails so I knew they hadn't forgotten about my order. Derek showed up on time, was friendly and got the job done! He cleaned up after the installation. Highly recommend!

We recently had 6 windows replaced through Window World and I could not be happier with our results. Everyone we came in contact with from start to finish of our project was amazing to work with. Our crew ,Victor and Alex, were so awesome and our project was not easy, we had mold and dry rot present and they took the time to ensure everything was removed and replaced, even some extra things that they did,they did not charge extra for. A few unexpected things did come up during install but Victor handled it, used his own materials and worked over 12 hours to finish our job when he said he would. Wonderful experience all the way around and we will be using them again for future windows.

Very happy with my purchase, good value for the money. I was expecting them in August, but they were already manufactured and ready for installation in just over a month. The installers were rock stars, fast and didn’t leave any debris for me to clean up!! If I ever need windows again WW (Window World) will be my go to!

I was initially very anxious about having windows installed because my sister did not have a good experience with another window installer. However, Victor and Alex were absolutely phenomenal. They were very courteous. Let us know everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. In addition, I even I’m going to recommend window World to my sister with the same installers the one that had a terrible experience with another window company. I would definitely do this again. You have some great people working for you don’t lose them. Again, thank you for the marvelous windows.

Window World did call me after my post. And we made arrangements to get the window repaired. They apologized for the missed phone calls. The two service guys were very polite and was in and out in 30 minutes. Sorry for the way this started but very happy for the ending. Thanks for standing behind them.

From presentation to installation 5 star! I ran into structural issues, and they went above and beyond to work with the contractor to ensure my patio door was installed correctly. Friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend using Window World for all your window needs. Hats off to Devin, Amber, Jim and Derek - Sometimes a little "old school" is required, and Derek was just the man for the job!

Victor and Alex arrived at my home this morning and replaced a kitchen window and sliding glass door. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Would love to have them back for my next job.

I had my windows replace several years ago by a company no longer in business. Because Window World sells the same windows, I reached out to them late last summer to ask them to give me a quote on some of the sashes on which the seals had broken. I was thrilled to find that they took over the warranty work for the previous company. They explained what I needed to do, and I sent them the information. I was quite disappointed that I didn’t hear from them at all. I attended the Home Show in February and found they had a booth there. I spoke with Daniel and he assured me that they would be in touch with me. He came out the following week and assessed the windows, got the information he needed, ordered the windows and I’m happy to say he and James replaced 5/6 sashes. One was incorrect, and he reordered the correct size and will be back to install when that arrives. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable! Both he and James were fantastic with the install!

We had Window World come out to handle some warranty work on our windows — turns out the issue was actually on our end, not the windows themselves. That said, the experience was still great. Daniel was the tech who came out, and he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to walk us through everything without making us feel dumb or wasting his time, and handled it all with a great attitude. Really appreciate the professionalism and service — definitely recommend them.

When contacting Window World, they were professional, prompt, thorough, went over their list of products, and answered every question.

Despite having several windows measured wrong the first time and having to wait an extra 6 weeks (which didn’t cost us anything extra), I’m giving 5 stars. They were professional, apologized, communicated, and made it right.

After doing several bigger projects around our old house, we have become accustomed to things going wrong and taking twice as long as estimated. NOT THIS TIME! Ademar and his crew of 2 others, installed 14 windows in 9 hours. Whatever trouble they had, they knew the answers to solve it seemlessly. They were a machine. Ademar showed their work at the end and pointed out a misfitting screen, had the picture/note ready to show me so it would be given to the manager. I ran out to the truck when they were about to leave, because I noticed some of the caulking got bumped (probably by me), and they fixed it without complaint.

I opened every window, tested every locking mechanism…made sure every window did what Window World said it would. They do. We’ve already noticed a huge difference in the more even temperature throughout the house.

On April 10 Daniel and Jim replaced two windows. They were unbelievable! Their customer service, work ethic, professionalism, attention to assuring everything was right, was impeccable. We love our windows for their quality and we love Window Workd for their amazing people!

From the initial consult to installation, Window World was top notch to work with. Ademar, with A&M Windows and Doors, did an amazing job with the installation. His crew worked through snowy, not ideal conditions (snowstorm in ND on 4/2/25!) and they completed all five windows and a patio door in one day! Unreal! The crew was kind and respectful and their work ethic was outstanding. I highly recommend Window World and A&M Windows and Doors!

We had a great experience with Eric our salesman, he was very responsive and knowledgeable. The installers, Wyatt & Tyson were awesome and got our large bay window installed when it was -20 degrees outside with no problem. Highly recommend!

I only needed to replace one window and thought it would be a pain. Window world was great on helping me out and was able to match the existing windows in my home. Kris did a phenomenal job when it came for install. I am super happy with how it turned out and would recommend!

Had some measurement issues and had to wait longer. That wasn't great. They reordered and got it done. The 5 star is for the installers. Shout out to Wyatt and Tyson Richards, I appreciated their willingness to help and professionalism. They walked us through the window install and did good work.

Kris is FANTASTIC!!! He is so knowledgeable about the whole process!! He is very thorough. He is patient with people who have lots of questions too! He is detail oriented. We are so impressed with how the outside trim matches so nicely with the window trim we didn't replace. We have more windows to replace and we will be having Kris do the job!

Very nice work, have had a lot of different projects going on on our house lately and window world was one of the best experiences we have had with our old house no problems and window looks amazing

I went through Window World because the reviews were all pretty stellar. And all told, the windows themselves are fine, the door is fine, the installer was fine.

However what wasn't fine, was how the salesman was too busy trying to save me a buck then listening to what I actually wanted.

I did not want a window insert in the three windows I had ordered because the original window frames are ugly, damaged, and have poor insulation around them. I had the trim removed so he could get a measurement from the rough opening to the studs. I wanted full window replacements, not inserts. I told him this and repeated this several times. He was not getting it. I thought for a moment that he got it, because that's why I eventually signed a contract. I thought we were finally on the same page. He agreed with me that the old windows would be totally and completely removed. They weren't.

I sent them an email the day the windows were installed to tell them I was unhappy with that I had received, but that email went unanswered.

I talked to the installer the next day and asked him what I should do? He basically said I signed a contract, so I understood at that moment that I had no recourse. He finished wrapping the windows outside, took my final check and left.

They sent me an email today asking for a review, and I emailed them back telling them that I was unhappy. My windows are smaller, my window treatments no longer fit and the windows are so small that I can't even go buy a tension rod off the rack at a store. I had to purchase new shades to replace my previous shades that are about 100 dollars each that would fit in the new openings.

The salesman called me and offered an apology for not listening to me, and I didn't know what to say. He didn't listen, I am upset. I have to just try to deal with my new, way smaller windows.

Honestly, I would have only been made happy if they either offered a discount so I felt less mislead, less cheated, or offered to replace the windows.

After I got off the phone with the apologetic salesman, they deposited my check. I appreciate the apology, but I won't go through them again.

I have really enjoyed working with Window World!! Marcelle is absolutely amazing to work with. She was so helpful and fun! After submitting our order, she made herself available to answer questions and check in with me!! We recently had our Windows replaced, the installers did a great job! Today Kris installed our new front door. He did a great job with the installation, he explained the process, asked us questions, answered our questions and did a beautiful job from start to finish! Next week we are are getting new siding. I have no doubt the installers will be just as professional, friendly and courteous as Marcelle, Wyatt, Tyson, and Kris!!
