Fargo Roofing and Siding exceeded our expectations as they replaced our shingles, soffit, facia, and gutters. They were organized, clean, and communicated throughout the process. They shared pictures of the rotted roof and facia boards that needed replacing. Darren was excellent to work with from start to finish. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

I hired this roofing company to assist with my insurance claim and repairs, but the experience was deeply unprofessional from start to finish. Paul, the representative assigned to my project, assured me he would meet the insurance adjuster at my home at the scheduled time. He never showed up and did not call or text to inform me of any delay or cancellation.

When I tried to reach Paul directly at the number he provided (his cell number as he had assured me, to give me a peace of mind, as I am an elderly disabled veteran that needs assistance when it comest to these things...), I was actually routed to the main call center, which could not connect me to him or provide any meaningful updates. Over several days, I called multiple times seeking clarification, but the staff consistently failed to follow through or return my messages.

This lack of communication and accountability created unnecessary delays and frustration. I felt completely disregarded as a customer. If reliability and professionalism matter to you, I strongly recommend choosing a different contractor. Based on my experience, this company has significant issues with follow-through and customer service and they do not care about the people they claim to serve. Needless to say, this may have cost me time, money and the claim overall!

James Kast and Andy and crew fixed our roof out a sportsman’s lodge and they did an amazing job, it used to rain inside our building if it rained outside, but we don’t have to worry about that anymore, it looks amazing outside and definitely made our building look a lot better, the crew was also very fun and nice to be around!

FM roofing and siding came to repair wind damage to my vinyl siding. James Cast arrived on time and was friendly and informative. Him and his crew repaired the siding quickly, and the end result looked great! They even took a magnet to retrieve any dropped nails. Highly recommend

Andrew Sahlberg's team was easy to work with, communicated well, did the job quick (~7 hours) and well. They cleaned up nicely afterwards.

This is our second property that Fargo Roofing has replaced the roof on, after hail damage. I could not be happier, and wouldn't even consider going to another company. Matt and Andy took care of us through the whole process. When the insurance company gave an initial low-ball bid, they went to bat for us and got it approved for the appropriate amount. The crew was fast and efficient, and it was refreshing to see how much effort went in to cleaning up the outside of my house, after the roof was completed. As advertised, the entire roof was completed in one day. We couldn't be happier and cannot say enough good things about Fargo Roofing!

We recently had our roof replaced, and I can honestly say it was the best experience we’ve ever had with a home project! From start to finish, the communication was clear, timely, and professional. They showed up exactly when they said they would, kept us updated throughout the day with progress photos, and completed the entire job in just one day!

They replaced the shingles on the porch, added vinyl shakes to the peak above the porch and fixed some fascia, which allowed me to also get gutters. When I wasn’t happy with the gutter placement on the porch, they were back the very next day to fix it!

The entire roof-needing-to-be-replaced experience was not so great. These guys went above and beyond to try and help with is with our incredibly negligent homeowners insurance, even coming out to our location multiple times.
Ultimately we decided to go with FR&S because they offered financing but also because of their incredible customer service. They replaced our whole roof on very short notice, quickly, and did an IMPECCABLE job cleaning up! I've never experienced better home repair services from a local company.

Selling a house is stressful enough, upon the sale of our Fargo home I had found some roofing damage. I’m no expert in roofing nor did we have a go to roofing expert. I rolled the dice when I called Fargo Roofing & Siding to come out for an inspection. Nathan Sande arrived within 24hrs of calling in. He confirmed our worst fears that the entire roof needed replacing due to hail damage, he knew the date that the hail storm had come through our neighborhood and it was a date 11 months prior that happened when we where on vacation. Unknowing to us there was a 12 month window to report such event to our insurance company, Nate said call them immediately and get an adjuster out there to confirm his findings. The adjuster confirmed his findings, and through some helpful navigation of insurance workings Nathan made sure that the company stood up to their policy. We scheduled the repair and had the new homeowners pick out the shingle color. The install date came and the crew arrived at 6:30AM and finished the roof that day and didn’t leave until cleanup was done at 8:00PM, it was a large home with a complicated roof structure. The end result was as perfectly executed job.

In the end what initially started out as a very deflating situation was a huge relief. Our out of pocket cost was less than $250, granted we had a very good policy but without his help and knowledge it could of been a much different result financially and possibly led to our our buyers backing out. We closed and moved out of state on the initial timeline and the new owners got a new roof that should be worry free for them for years. All I lost was a couple nights of sleep and some pocket change to put it bluntly. There is just one call you need to make and that’s to Fargo Roofing and Siding and make a request to have Nathan Sande as your project manager. Trust me you will not be rolling dice.

Darren O. steered us through the process with our insurance company, and his advice on the color selection was spot-on (it was hard for us to picture what the roof would look like from the samples). The roofers worked quickly, were careful not to let shingles fall onto our plants, and did a fantastic job cleaning up when they were done.
