Since Feb 1, 2025, we have had the pleasure of working with Bryan Coffelt on the purchase of a sliding patio door and most recently 9 windows. We had Bryan Coffelt out to give us a quote on new windows and a sliding door. He was very knowledgeable about the products, and what sets them apart from other options. He also listened to our needs and we didn’t feel any stereotypical sales-man pressure.

My grandparents had a storm door replaced by them. My grandparents is having problems with the storm door they called twice to have them look at it and all they say is they are gonna have someone come look at it and nothing I do not recommend them for that costumer service after install.

We appreciate the great customer service throughout the entire process, the consistent communication, the high quality of the product, and the top notch workmanship. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to make an upgrade to their home!

I am usually not one to complain about service. But every time I see their commercial it iratates me, because it is false. We have had this company twice. First time was a new bay window, the second time was 5 windows. The installers are great. The windows are great. But, when they installed the 5 windows they apparently measured wrong and our special handmade trim would not fit. The windows were slightly bigger. We had to totally buy all new trim. We told them, but they didn't care. So just want people to be aware that when they say that your old trim will fit, that is not necessarily true. It is false advertisement to us.

Do NOT let any other service touch your house... period. I inherited a 70 year old house, with all the problems of a 100 year old house. Flooding, poor sewer/drainage caused by the city, hail damaged roofing and windows, poor electrical/wiring... you name it, I have had to DEAL with it.
I cannot understate how professional and customer friendly Southard, their installers, the entire crew... I cannot find anything nit picky or slight to complain about.
Windows look great, they were done without any complications, and it was just a breeze.
These guys know what they are doing, and they DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. hands down best service I've ever dealt with.

We found Scott to be knowledgeable, professional and very helpful with information about the product. We appreciate the company’s customer service and the quality of the products. We were very pleased with the service we received from ordering the windows to the installation of them. The entire process was effortless. We highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

We ordered our doors and windows and were told they would match the rest of our windows and trim when installed. They brought the product down and installed them and they had NO finish on them at all. They were just bare wood and when we asked about that we were told that we could either stain them ourselves or hire another vendor to come in and do it.

I can assure you we would have NEVER purchased their products if we knew it was do it yourself finish required. Beware of what the sales rep tells you, all he is after is your deposit check.

Cody was on time and very patient with us as we needed some time to make a decision and talk to my kids. He gave us a great deal with 25% off free smartsun glass and the 12 months 0%

We called them about an estimate many many years ago. They completely talked bad about their competitors here in town. Then they gave us an estimate that was thousands and thousands higher than everyone else. They said they couldnt do any better on prices, but less than 30 days later they were calling us offering better prices....remember, the prices they couldnt do any better on?!?!??! Then we were basically harassed by a salesman until my husband got involved and made him go away. We went with a competitor and everything is still holding up great despite R.B.A's assurances that the windows we bought wouldn't hold up more than a few years. Now they are sinking to mailing us ads and making them look like hand-written estimates when they're not. They also violate our No Soliciting signs and put stuff on our door and even knock on our door when our door clearly says No Soliciting.

This really is a painless process. When my windows were installed, it was great. Now I am replacing a patio door and the consultation was so easy. Everything was explained to my satisfaction.

Cody, the sales guy, was great. Super knowledgeable and professional. Pricing was out of line with area competitors and it actually made me sad because I would have loved to have said yes to this guy. Thanks for your time, Cody!

Cody was our sales representative. He was very Professional, Friendly and tolerated our dogs too! He showed us lots of options, we never felt rushed to make a decision. There was lots of discounts too which help get more product for our money!

We had windows and doors installed in our previous home which exceeded all expectations. The installation was accomplished very quickly. They were skilled, polite, and expeditious in the overall project.

Our old windows were leaking and were 15 years old. With a 2 year warranty on the install, 1year and 7 months later, we still have leaking windows!! Only these from Anderson were a lot more expensive. When we called to tell them about it, they said they would be in touch!! Yea right!!. I admit that the windows are quieter than the old ones. But when they heat up in the morning and cool down in the evening they pop and crack quite loudly. The pops will scare you!! We asked them about it and they said too bad. Our old windows didn't make any noise. It makes sense that if the thermal dynamics of the windows make them violently pop and crack, it won't take long for them to leak. I wish I had that $30K back!!

I had 2 sliding glass doors installed this summer. Had 2 different crews come out to install them. Both crews were awesome to work with. They allowed me to stain doors before stalled which worked out perfect. They are very professional and everything was cleaned up perfect when they left.

We are returning customers of Renewal by Andersen of Topeka. Cody was our sales representative and we were very pleased to be able to work with him once again. Cody went out of his way to help resolve an issue with an older French patio door. His expertise made our purchase of a new bay window very easy.

Cody was on time, polite, funny, and respectful. He provided me with quotes on the spot and helped me understand the entire process. I would definitely use Renewal By Anderson for future window replacement needs.

The sales person was probably the biggest part of our decision to go with Andersen windows. We had 3 different bids from 3 well known names in the business, and Andersen by far was the best pitch. We knew Andersen was going to cost more, and honestly our interaction with Cody was probably 90% of the reason we decided to spend the little extra for Andersen windows. With getting bids during peak covid, having a sales person show up to the house with a mask on was a big first impression for us. The rep from another bid we had showed up asking if we wanted him to wear one (with me answering the door wit hone on myself), which personally for us was a bad start as we felt that showing up wearing one already is a show of professionalism when you are entering someone's home in the current environment.

We also liked that Cody, as an Andersen face, didn't bash on other companies. If you have to bash on other products to justify you own, it might not be the best. This is another thing that set Andersen apart for us. Other bids we had trashed other products instead of just showing why their product was the best for our needs.

The last big thing was presentation material. Cody came with lots to look. Window demo that shows the actual inside set up of the window, which turned out to be a interesting thing to learn about. Physical pamphlets with all our options in them. And then a tablet showing other customer reviews, to include videos. Noise reduction was one thing we wanted as our old windows had no noise reduction at all. Cody immediately pulled up a customer review video showing the noise reduction of woodchipper being ran outside and then closing the window and hearing the difference. Big sale detail there. So Andersen brings a lot to look at the make the right choice for your home. A third vendor we had a bid from literally brought nothing to look at and just talked so that ended with us just thinking, why would we go with them when for a few hundred dollars more (we're talking about $8k total so a few hundred is a fraction of total cost) we could go with Andersen the made us feel very informed.

Installation was good and quick. We are currently missing one of the screws that holds the locking plate on, but we expect to receive that this week. It was noticed upon installation completion and we informed the installer and he looked but couldn't find the screw. But informed us that Andersen has a parts runner that goes around each week making deliveries if needed.

Canceled first scheduled appointments. No call no show on second scheduled appointment.

Then when I tell you I don't want your business this is how you handle it. Don't try to cover you a** by lying on this post. Just another example of lack of professionalism.
