Very professional contractor. Clean and organized on work site The end result on our under decking looked very nice, we were pleased.

Rain Tight was contracted by my deck builder to finish off my deck project. I wanted it to make the under deck are usable in weather conditions. The finished job works like a champ and is a great visual compliment to the new deck. Everyone involved did a great job and gave me a fantastic result.

Had to wait longer to get underdeck system installed due to weather delays, which I understand. By the time they were able to get out it was after the big snow storm and getting down to the job was little tricky on the snow. The crew was able to get the job done eventually as the weather moderated a bit. When the initial crew left there were some things that needed additional attention. Mike was very responsive in getting back to me. The post wrap was not what I expected so another crew came out to fix. It looks much better now. I pointed out some over-tourque of screws that show dimples. I asked that to be fixed but it never got fixed. They straightened the end of the gutter as best they could. There were areas not caulked that I had to fix myself. Had to do some cleanup of screws and aluminum coil debris. Overall, I am happy and the underdeck is not leaking. Would have given 5 stars if I did not have to deal with additional follow up work and do cleanup and caulking myself.

They built a patio for me with a roof and they were awesome to work with, specially Nathan who was the project manager, as he always kept his promises and on another note I had started this project with Josh who was also great. My only negative would be that them like many other companies have more work than they can handle so the time frame is stretched out.

The underdeck project was the last in completing our renewed deck, walkout concrete, and underdeck ceiling system. The crew from Rain Tight (Tom, Greg, and Ethan) did a fantastic job and we would gladly have Rain Tight and this crew do another project in the future should the opportunity present itself.

My overall rating is 3 Stars because I broke up my rating into 2 sections (Product/Installation and Service/Scheduling). The service and scheduling was disappointing to say the least and gets 2 Stars. I was called and told to have my area ready for installation and then no one showed up. I even confirmed the date with my Sales Rep the week I was told. When I called the office they lied to me and said nothing was scheduled and unless the installer calls me there is no date. I reminded them again they were the ones who called to give me the date. Then the story changed and they were busy and my job got pushed back. I would have been fine with that as long as someone told me before I moved all my outdoor furniture up to the deck only to have to turn around and move it back down when no one showed. 3 weeks later my underdecking was installed. The installation lasted about 1 1/2 days. The product looks really nice and the only reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 was the finish look of the downspouts and the materials left behind for me to clean up.
This easily could have been a 4 or 5 Star Rating with better communication and finish work.

Raintight installed an under-decking system for us to keep the patio below our deck dry. Tom and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up at the end of the day. They kept me informed of the progress of the project and explained what they were doing. They showed me how to maintain and clean the system as well. The end result looks great! I was very happy with the sales process as well. This company did an awesome job and Tom and his crew were wonderful.

My under deck is fantastic, they did a really nice job…….. with exception of the lights that are cheap junk. They don’t fit well and fall apart quite easily. They don’t install the lights which may be why they use them (someone else’s problem). They told me that the lights they use are all they can find. Not sure I fully believe that but they really need to upgrade the lights especially for the price they charge for them.

Tom was amazing! He needed to replace what was installed and took the time to do it right! He knew this project meant alot to me and executed it flawlessly.

The RainTight system looks great and is superior in every way (but price) to vinyl or other lesser systems. The St. Louis RainTight group was generally friendly and professional (the one exception was a rude manager).

I hired RainTight decks to screen in an existing covered porch at my new home. They were willing to work with me and my deck's odd dimensions (nothing quite square, light fixture in the way, etc.) and I'm so happy with the result! RainTight did an excellent job making sure the new screen system looked nice with the existing deck structure. They also accommodated my last-minute request for some ledges above the balusters and completed the work a full month earlier than expected. Overall, loved working with them!

OMG! I just wanted to keep the wated off my outdoor finished. What I got was a beautiful new addition to our home. And the cost was litterally half the cost of two other quality competitors! They completed the job in 2 and a half days! Amazing!!

We added a 3 seasons room with 4 sets of large windows, and 2 storm doors under our deck. Raintight did the job in less that 2 weeks. All of the people we met and worked with were polite, professional and very experienced. We had a deck and screened in porch constructed. Took a bit to get the materials in but RT was upfront about that and stayed in communication along the way. The Raintight crew was professional, thorough and flexible for our underdeck screen room project. Pricing was fair, and lead time was as expected due to covid, etc. No negatives to report!

We had a previous PVC material solution (Not Raintight) that leaked through the ceiling fans and edges and with a gutter that overflowed across the full front linear feet. You basically could not sit under it and be comfortable if it was raining. We turned to several companies who could replace this and landed on Raintight. We scheduled demo plus install of the new aluminum system with correctly hung gutter, correctly caulked, sealed and blocked ceiling fan mounts, as well as requested a porch swing to be blocked, caulked and hung. The team that showed up was absolutely professional and amazing to work with, particularly Tom for our area, Weldon Spring. We watch Cards games under the porch while sitting in the porch swing with both ceiling fans running in the rain. Could not be happier with quality and look and feel. I would highly recommend Raintight as the only provider who can do this right and for the right cost. Thank you Raintight.

Guaranteed IF you can get them to do a service call. Our Raintight underdecking has been leaking ALOT and running down the back of our house and starting to stain the siding.its only a few years old. Ann at the office tells me every week it will be the end of the upcoming week and they will come fix the issue. That’s been ongoing since May and it’s now the midddle of September. I call continuously and email with no response. I would like a company that stands behind their warranty. Doesn’t do any good to have a warranty if you won’t honor it.

Guys were organized and went right to ork. Showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Great experience,

RainTight is an amazing product and company. Finally, someone figured out a great and long-term solution to proper underdecking that is both rain tight and attractive. The company installed a modest under-deck system for my balcony deck that hangs over my front porch. I won't ever worry again about water buildup, wet and decaying deck wood, or getting wet beneath my balcony!

My wife and I recently purchased a patio cover from RainTight and from start to finish it was a very smooth sale and installation. They installed the raintight system under our deck. They very very professional and were willing to make changes as we seen the finished project. They did a wonderful job and all was cleaned up when done. I would recommend them to family and friends. Nathan our sales rep was very courteous and was always following up. He made a couple of trips so that we understood how the guttering would work. We are very satisfied!

RainTight was referred to me by a neighbor. The workers showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, walked me through the installation process and the finished product. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them without hesitation. The price was very good and the quality of material was second to none. Great product!

I was referred by a friend of mine. They did a wonderful job making my screened in porch waterproof. The people that installed it were very professional and very knowledgeable.

I had them put a ceiling on my 32 foot by 12 foot deck. They informed me it would be within two weeks and they could start the work. They called within this two week period and scheduled to perform the work. The ceiling was installed in one day. The very next day it rained all day and sometimes pretty heavy. However, the ceiling did not leak anywhere. I felt the quality and look of the work was outstanding and we got everything we wanted from this project.

I would give no stars for my encounter, but one is the least allowed. The encounter was in 2015, but I moved on and more or less forgot to post my review. We put down a substantial deposit with a credit card for a patio cover through Rain Tight. Mr. Bish ordered supplies prior to obtaining permits ... Permits were denied by the city due to proximity of patio to the property lines. They refused to refund the deposit because the supplies had been ordered. We ultimately were refunded our money due to the credit card dispute process. It was a very timely process, but due to the facts - the deposit was credited to our card by the credit card company. If this company has changed ownership - I apologize. My only advise is to be sure that this type of issue should be covered in the contract and always make deposits with a credit card.
As for the finished product of the company - I don't know.

We engaged in a process of regaining a space which was under unutilized for several years. After seeing this product at a late winter trade show (2015/2016) we selected this company.
Issue number one: our location is 20 miles east of Kansas City. Their location is in St. Louis. This issue has been solved with their selection of an exceptionally talented crew in our area.
Second issue – Weather. With a very wet spring and early summer I must admit we were growing impatient to get the project started most importantly finished. The delay was justified.
The next and third issue was that the initial installation was flawed. Several leaks and poor workmanship problems were identified early on. The good news as I have said was the attention given to this issue by the new crew. In one day they disassembled the entire system and corrected ALL of the known issues and then reinstalled it correctly!
We have now enjoyed the newly claimed space following several storms including one with over 6 inches of rain without issue!
Sara (office manager) has the hardest job in the company. Give her a raise. Throughout the process she kept us informed and followed up as promised. Without her assistance and help we would have had to scrap the project. Hats off to her and JR (Kansas City Crew Leader).

I ordered my under decking system over three weeks ago. The installation date was pushed back twice due to rain. I received a commitment for June 9th. I sat at my home the entire day, no one showed up. I contacted Brett Gibbs my sales rep and he said he would talk with the office/owner. I called Sara who schedules the appointments. She said it was too hot during the last two days and therefore we were delayed. Why not call? It turns out she lied, my materials aren't here yet. She stumbled on the phone and I decided to pull my order. No follow up calls etc. I will probably have to go to small claims to get my deposit back.

Had their system installed in an area where it was critical to stay dry to prevent potential structural issues. Well that system is not raintight and they are not getting back to us. We noticed the water in February ... waited to confirm water issue and notified them at the end of March. Still no response from owner after 4 phone calls. Very disappointed and frustrated. It's a costly system. We've done some major renovations over the past year and have had a great experience with those contracted. Our Raintight system was the smallest project. They spent maybe 4 hours max, and that's generous, installing the system. The smallest project, which is costly, is turning out to be the bad experience. We were told if it's ever leaking, they'll take care of it. 100% lifetime guarantee. We questioned the quality of install. Should have known then. At this time we would not recommend. Had to give them a star to write the review. Will be happy to provide update if they decide to be professional, address the issue, and correct it.

We should have done this years ago. We put in a new deck and tried to do the under decking ourselves. But we failed miserably. We looked into other under decking companies, but none of them gave us what we wanted/needed. One under decking company's product required an 11" drop in the ceiling. RainTight came when they said they would, and did exactly what they said they would do. They were friendly, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The under decking looks fantastic. We have our space back, and can finally leave out our TV and cushions without them getting destroyed. Thanks RainTight.....

My husband and I purchased a home a year ago that had a preexisting screened in porch under a deck. We were so excited about this feature however with the first rain we had after the purchase, we were so disappointed to see rain falling through seams on the ceiling. Many of the screens needed to be replaced as well. I met with a representative from Raintight to talk over my options. They were so knowledgeable and helpful, we decided to purchase a new underdecking system and have them replace the screens in the porch. It is STUNNING. The difference in workmanship and quality is extremely evident. We did have a few minor leaks after the first rain, and they came right back out and fixed the problem area. We couldn't be happier and now our new home is complete!

These guys are the best. The owner, John, personally came to the house and spent a lot of time with my wife and me. He custom-designed an under-decking system for us. The price was fair and the work done was fast and efficient. Now we can use our patio even when it's raining - which we love. We'll probably get them back out here to take care of a sunroom addition. I highly recommend that you call them and give them a shot.
