I have used Quality Exteriors for years now. Roof replacement, roof, gutter, and skylights. Had issue with new Skylight leaking after a year. Jeannie made sure the crew came out to fix and repair. Anything on my old house can be costly but I think QE is fair in pricing.

Quality Exteriors went above and beyond their responsibilities replacing our existing roof with a new replacement roof! Along with new gutters, interior and exterior painting, and bird guards along the eaves, Quality Exteriors came out a number of times to put the final finishes on their work. They were never in a rush to complete the work until it was completed to our satisfaction! I am very grateful to them and their work efforts, and highly recommend them to anyone. It was a partnership, and I look forward to continue working with them in the future!

Quality Exteriors did a gutter repair job for me and did an excellent job. They even waited until it rained again before even billing me to be sure there were no further problems. Given the good job they did on the gutter repair when a wind and hail storm came thru my neighborhood I called Quality Exteriors again to work with my insurance company to repair the damage from the storm.

We were having issues with water over shooting our gutters and I reached out to Quality and they had a person out the next day and took pics and resolved the issue. The team arrived on time, worked all day and finished the job in absolutely the most professional manner possible. The team removed all of the debris and spent a great deal of time finding and removing all dropped nails, etc. The team then checked with us before leaving and again the next afternoon to make sure we had looked at all of the work and found it to be satisfactory. The team leader called us on the third day and said he’d be depositing the check for completion of the work if everything was ok. My neighbor across the street had Quality Exteriors replace their roof, and they found the work to be equally excellent as we did. I recommend them!!

I had a leak, these guys were 100% confident in what it was - they "made the fix", charged me $3,000, never returned my phone calls, and the leak came back. I tried for the next year to get a hold of these guys but they never returned my calls or responded to my emails or texts. Shady business

Quality Exteriors has done excellent work for me over the past few years. I first heard of them after my house suffered considerable hail damage. Their work was quality, and they were a pleasure to work with. A few years later, a tree fell on the house and, of course, I called Quality Exteriors. They dealt with and repaired the damage, and were very helpful in the process. Last year, a squirrel chewed its way into a gutter while trying to find a way into the attic, I suppose. A call to Quality Exterior led to repairing and strengthening the targeted area. They documented with photos the squirrel, the squirrel damage, and the repairs they made. I trust and respect Quality Exteriors.

I don’t know why is not a zero because QE does not deserve a star it was a Clown show from the beginning to end this took almost year because the Representative glad that drug his feet like five months he didn’t do anything. Oh he got paid first so he went no big hurry. My house got hit by the tornado of 2023. The representative there at the pretty close to the end told me this is being so hard on me At one point he just would not return my calls. I finally had to call corporate and I came out here and finally fixed it but this took them several attempts to having to stop having to stop and go back to repair the work that I already repaired they were some of l security lights that was a nightmare. They took one down and one supposed to, but they replaced. It couldn’t find where the other one was supposed to go even though they took it off their self then the lights I put up they put them upside down. they sent somebody else out here he wasn’t any better when he finally got the job done he came out to walk through it with me. I showed him what is it the The weatherstripping where it was raised up it wasn’t sealing all the way to the house. Can you fix that sir? He said no but it looks like the gutters in the way well, QE put the gutters up this is this a sad, sad, sad sad story that never got better. I would never use these people again in my life.

We had ductwork installed to vent a bathroom fan outside. That company did a terrible job sealing the vent on the roof. That’s where Quality Exteriors came in! They were a lifesaver. Jamie and his team came in and properly sealed the vents so that water was no longer leaking inside when it rained. They did a great job and were very easy to communicate with. I would definitely go with them again.

Due to tornado damage at our home, we needed to replace our roof. We chose Quality Exteriors to do the job after speaking with several companies. Franklin was our rep for Quality Exteriors. He met our price, was very honest and patient, and answered all of our concerns. His depth of experience in this business, as well as his knowledge of insurance claims, was certainly a bonus.
The job started exactly as promised. Franklin was on top of the work throughout. Any time we called, he responded promptly. He has a low-key, open personality, which was important to us with such a major purchase.
