Zero communication from Bo and his team. Wasted a month waiting on them to make a decision. I had to call each time to get an update and got the same "I was just about to call you, or you were on my list to call today" for them to finally shoot straight and tell me they didn't want to take on my job. I don't care that they didn't want the job, but wasting my time when I could have gotten it completed by another company in the time I was waiting on them is absolutely unprofessional .

After our recent experience with a major hail storm, I was very concerned about the process of navigating the damage, the insurance and the repairs. Andrew and the guys at Archway were super helpful. I had multiple other roofers out to try and find where water was getting in and none of them could give me a straight answer. Andrew found the problem and fixed it the next morning for a fair price. Will be coming back for all my roofing needs!

I found Archway Roofing to be friendly and highly professional. I needed my entire roof replaced and had some delays in getting approval from my HOA for the job. Archway gave me all the information I needed and were very good in working with my schedule. I never had to wait for a response to any question I might have had. They came by the day after the job was done to make sure everything was done correctly and my yard was clear of nails or debris. I am very happy with the work they did and would recommend them to my friends and family.

In the Spring of 2023 our insurance agent recommended that we get several roof inspections due to our roof being 24 years old. Archway Roofing was one he suggested and said to contact Bo Knox. We contacted him and he came out to our house within a week. He made a thorough inspection of our roof, including a series of drone photos and a written report on the condition of our roof. He also forwarded the information to our agent.

So in April of this year we didn’t hesitate to call Bo to give us an estimate on what a new roof replacement, along with gutters and gutter guards. He took the time to explain each line item on the estimate and costs in layman’s terms. He is clearly very knowledgeable about his field of expertise and took time to answer all our questions and made a great recommendation on the perfect shingle color! We agreed to the bid estimate and got our home on their schedule. He followed up with us prior to the job starting explaining the process and the tentative timeline.

On the morning of May 21, The roofing crew came out to set up big tarps around the front and back of the house. Soon after, Andrew House came out and explained to me how the process would be completed. He also pointed out several areas where the crew was replacing water damaged roof decking. They completed the job late in the afternoon and cleaned up our yard.

The next week the gutter crew came out and installed the new gutter system with secure gutter guards. They took time to explain their process and what they found when removing the old gutters. It was impressive to see how skilled these two young men were at their craft.

Bo came out a few days later to complete a final walk around inspection of the roof and gutters. He sent us drone photos of the finished product and those that Andrew took during the roofing process. This was really helpful since it’s difficult to see the second story roofing from the ground.

We appreciate the thoroughness of the Archway Roofing Company and their team to make this a big decision a success.

After my roof was severely damaged in a storm earlier this year, Bo and Andrew at Archway Roofing set my mind at ease from the moment I called.
It was raining again the day I called, and water was dripping into the bedroom. By the end of the day, Bo had brought a small crew over to nail down a tarp over the most damaged part of the roof to stop the leak. I don’t remember ever being billed for that, by the way.
On the day the new roof was installed, Andrew came early that morning with a crew of workers, and did not leave the work site until the old roof was stripped off, the new one installed, and every bit of old roofing (including nails) was gone. In fact, since it was getting dark when they were finishing, Andrew came back the next day by himself to make an additional sweep for stray nails in the driveway and yard.
They were also very easy to with me as my insurance was a little slow to finish paying the replacement value.
Overall, I’m very glad that my friend referred me to Archway Roofing, and I have zero reservations about referring my own friends to them.

Archway Roofing just replaced our roof. Alex came out quickly, answered a lot of questions and provided an estimate within a few days. They had the new roof installed quickly and professionally. They anticipated all that needed to be done including interior work as a result of new skylights being installed and built that in to the estimate. They brought in trim and paint finishers to complete the project. Within one week, our house was completely finished! Andrew was a great communicator. He kept me updated and answered my questions immediately. After they finished the roof, they revised the estimate down to account for shingles not used. My roof suffered wind damage after a heavy storm on March 3, 2023, in Tennessee. Archway roofing was working on our neighbor's roof and came to my house the next morning after I contacted them. At no cost, they added tarps to my roof and provided a prompt cost estimate. They worked directly with my insurance company and provided professional and prompt service. The team was friendly and very communicative. Once I was able to get my insurance company in-line, Archway Roofing had my roof replaced in one day. The finished roof and skylights look great and we haven’t had any leaks since. During a recent heavy rain we had a leak and he came out immediately to evaluate with his team. Bo and his crew did a great job. He covered the holes in my roof after a hail storm and a branch knocked off a vent leaving my attic exposed. Then came in a timely manner and replaced the roof. A few months later I had an issue and Bo came out directly and fixed the problem. I would highly recommended this company.

Had a roof leak during a storm. Alex came out and looked the whole roof over. Found a framing nail that came loose and caused the water to get in. Fixed and patched that bad boy up, get this... for free. (Please Note this was a caulking job and not a large repair, so don't think they work for free). He was honest about the small issue and didn't try to take advantage. Definitely using them for any Roofing needs. Not evening calling anyone else.

We had a leak which appeared to be around our chimney. Archway Roofing was recommended to us by a neighbor and they were wonderful. We did not know the age of the roof when we bought the house and after an inspection which showed a number of issues, we felt replacing the roof was the wise course of action. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and their team provided excellent service. The work was done efficiently and the area was left clean. We really appreciated the thorough job they did sweeping for stray nails. We will definitely look to them should any roofing issues arise in the future.

After noticing a bit of storm damage to my shingles, I called Archway Roofing and they responded to inspect it immediately. They found significant enough damage to determine the whole roof needed replaced, and they personally worked with my insurance company to get it mostly covered, with minimal hassle to me! The crew was fast and thorough, and with the exception of one surprise downpour into some exposed attic space (which was completely rectified to my satisfaction), the installation of the roofing and an improved attic vent was flawless. A few storms later, and there have been no leaks, and no obvious damage to the roof. Throughout the process, Andrew and Alex were professional, communicative, and responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Alex came out to inspect our roof. He was punctual, and professional. He gave a the perfect amount of detail on what was going on and what the options were.
