They showed up on time. Got to work covering all my plants around my house. Then they told me what they were going to do and they went at it. When done my yard was clean, they went around with a metal detector and got all the nail from my roof. Uncovered all my plants, also making sure there were no nails around them and my driveway. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof. Great Job Guy's

My experience with Music City Roofers was great. The roof and gutter installation was done quick and professional. Once the job was completed, Music City Roofers cleaned up. I would recommend this company.

Jeff C was absolutely the best. He was on time and gave us a honest review of our roof. Which saved us a lot of time. It wasn't the roof but the chimney cap. He gave us pictures too prove it.

I am purely writing my experience so far. Note that I am yet to actually receive the repair, though I have paid a multi-thousand dollar deposit.

I called Music City to look at a roof leak and they put me on the schedule quickly which I appreciated.

Thursday, March 20th: One of the salesmen arrived at my house, told me it would take about 60-90 minutes and he would then present me with a possible solution and cost when he was done. He did a very thorough inspection, even pointing out areas of weakness that he would recommend fixing. We went through in detail, however he said he wanted to discuss with his commercial project manager (this is a very key point to my entire review) given that it was a TPO repair that went beyond their normal team's expertise. Totally fine. He scheduled a visit with him and me and his commercial project manager for the following Monday.

Sunday, March 23rd: Asked to reschedule the Monday meeting to Tuesday or Wednesday.

Monday, March 24: Tells me no need for additional visit but will provide a quote the following day (Tuesday).

Wednesday, March 26th: I reach out because still no quote.

Tuesday, April 1st: finally receive quote.

Tuesday, April 8th: I ask for some revisions to scope of work.

Tuesday, April 15th: receive updated quote.

Wednesday, April 16th: I sign contract and pay 30% deposit. Salesman emails me "Timeline between 4-6 weeks out. Job would only be a day or so, so there is a strong likelihood we could get there sooner, its dependent upon the schedule of our commercial roof team." Totally reasonable. Also want to call out again the "commercial roof team" he mentions in his email. 4-6 weeks out would mean my repair theoretically would be completed between May 14-May 28.

Monday, May 5th: Someone reached out to schedule my repair. I got on schedule for Tuesday, May 20th. Things seem to be going well.

Friday, May 16th: Coordinator reaches out to reschedule to Friday, May 23rd at noon because of weather. Perfectly reasonable and I agreed.

This is the point at which things got and continue to be really frustrating for me:

Friday, May 23rd: Day of my scheduled install rolls around. A guy shows up to my house at 8am, sits in my driveway for about 15 mins, and then leaves. Odd. Same guy comes back 3 hours later and does same thing. Pulls in driveway, sits in car for 15 minutes, pulls out. Around 1:30 (90 minutes past scheduled time), I proactively reached out to the coordinator to ask about status. I am told that there would be no crew coming that day. This is particularly annoying because it was MDW and my wife and I delayed a trip we were taking by a day so we could be in town for the repairs. I also am not sure anyone would have even told me they weren't coming unless I had asked. I expressed my disappointment and was told it was a miscommunication between crews.

Tuesday, May 27th: I reach out again and mention a good week of weather and ask if I can get put back on the schedule. The coordinator then proceeds to tell me that they thought it was going to be done by their residential department but realized it would have to be done by their commercial department who was in Knoxville for an unknown amount of time. Remember how I said multiple times that the salesmen told me that it would be done by their commercial team? That apparently was not communicated to the crews and scheduling department.

Wednesday, May 28th: the "Multi-Family Project Manager" comes to our house to inspect the project. He seems surprised by what is needed for the repair and mentions they will need to order some materials. Everything he mentioned was included in our original scope of work that I signed and agreed to over a month prior to this.

Monday, June 2nd: told they were finding someone in their commercial department for me to be in contact with.

Today: still waiting, still nothing. No visibility as to when/if my project is going to be done and don't know who to reach out to.

So here I am, in limbo...

We had both our roof and gutters replaced by Music City Roofers, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jeff was fantastic—super communicative and easy to work with. Having him as our point of contact really simplified the entire process and made everything less stressful for us.

On project day, Abraham and the crew were great—professional, efficient, and straightforward. Everyone we interacted with was respectful and clearly knew what they were doing.

We’ll absolutely use Music City Roofers any time we need a roofing company. Highly recommend them. Five stars all around!

Joey Friedl did an excellent job explaining details and getting the job done. Great guy! I'd recommend MCR in a heartbeat; kept us high and dry. Excellent service and understanding of details.

We had a great experience with Joey Friedl and music city roofers. Joey did a great job of explaining everything to us and getting it set up. The project manager on site, Abraham, was wonderful with communicating with me on the timeline of what was going on each day and what I could expect.

Ross came out to my house and did an inspection for a water leak I was having. While he didn’t find anything initially, Ross came back with John the same day and together they were able to find the issue and make a recommendation for repair. I really appreciate the follow up that occurred to bring in a veteran when needed. It shows they really care about the customer and solving my problem. They also made a few recommendations to improve some other minor areas which would extend the life of my roof. Super professional and very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Jeff Camp was very helpful getting the Insurance to pay on the damage to the roof. He was very knowledgeable about the products I needed for the roof. The people who installed the roof did a good job. The roof looks nice.

There was a hole in the roof of my rental property, and Joey came out to inspect it. He was great and so informative about the integrity of the home as a whole. He inspected the gutters, siding, roof, and moisture level to make sure that the solution would work for the whole house. Great experience overall, and I can’t recommend them enough!

I had an emergency leak and Music City Roofers responded quickly and took care of the problem right away. Kayce was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me excellent advice to prevent future issues. MCR replaced our roof a few months ago. Here are some of the facts. During the sales pitch we were shown pictures of large tarps installed at the roof tapering to the ground completely shielding the house and shrubs. I specifically discussed the need to protect our delicate shrubbery.

When I arrived around 8 that morning (it is rental property) a crew of guys was tearing off the shingles. They were a subcontractor, non English speakers. There was not an MCR employee on sight. They had placed a few tarps over our shrubs. The shrubs were holding up the tarps. The tarps were not supported by the house as shown in pics at the sales meehting.

I called MCR, since no one was at my house that spoke English. Some additional tarps were added.

Ridge vents had been sent out with the shingles the day before. The sub assumed ridge vents were included in our job when they were not. He cut out the ridge of my roof deck to install the vents. When the MCR employee showed up about 10, I mentioned no ridge vents to him. The subs then shingled over the gap they cut in my roof

Later in the first day. The MCR employee had to stop work because shingles were being installed in vertical stack rather than horizontal rows. An area of shingles was removed and replaced but the work could not be finished until the next day.

During inspection the next day, while standing in my attic, I asked about the shingled over gap. I was informed GAF would not stand behind their product bridging that gap. Roofers were called out, shingles removed and ridge vents installed.
Would this have been corrected without my inquiry I cannot say.

We also discovered a vent on my chimney was knocked off by the roofers. This was repaired also but it took a few days to get it done.

I also got on the roof with the MCR employee to examine the job. They informed me I was not supposed to be up there with them. When I reminded them we used my ladder to get on the roof since they did not bring one, they agreed I could stand on my own roof.

The shingles were not installed in very straight lines, some waviness. After I inquired about GAF standing behind their product with these waves, the inspection showed no nails were exposed and therefore the installation met the manufacturer's requirements. MCR offered to have some areas removed and straightened out. I declined since my install met GAF specs.

If a genie could grant me three wishes I would use all three to erase my memory of my experience with Music City Roofers.

Rarely do I write reviews but maybe this will save someone time- specifically the 21 months it took Music City Roofers to finish the job that they sent subcontractors to accomplish the deliverables that were promised in a much more reasonable timeframe.

An 80ft tree fell and landed on the corner of our house. We were lucky, as you’ll see from the pictures, the only real bad luck was choosing such such an unprepared, unprofessional, and lazy roofing company to trust.

After an initial assessment of the damage and a write up of the work to be done by a young underworked and overpaid salesman (who’s name I will refrain saying), he went dark like a rolling blackout and communicated as much a brick wall. Our roof sat with a tarp on it for months and was ignored like vegetables in the back of a refrigerator.

The only constant communication was from their collection department, blissfully and conveniently unaware that the work had not been performed, with blinders only focused on the balance “owed”. If the initial sales team was as motivated to do the job as the billing department was to collect, this would be a very different review.

How can one owe another who has not fulfilled their end of the bargain? One cannot and one should not- until the work is done.

So to Music City Roofers- when I received your request to complete a review, I was more than happy to oblige you with the truth that my wife and I experienced. Afterall, the least I could do is deliver the honesty that your business could not. If you were there as you promised you would be, it would not have come to such a scathing surprise as I’m sure it does in this moment. But that is not my problem nor my fault. Fulfill your obligations as a business and you would have avoided seeing this unpleasant patron use his pen.

The workers came out twice…in 2 years.

Ryan was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting the information needed for the insurance company to finally pay for the project.

From the initial consultation to the post-install check-in, my experience with MCR was top notch. The sales consultant was very thorough and helped us get the most benefit from our insurance policy - including additional funds for code upgrades. Most importantly, we felt they were personally invested to make sure we were well-served. Would definitely recommend MCR to others.

Yet another five star review for Music City Roofers. When it came time to replace my 25 year-old roof because it was coming apart, I shopped the companies, not the price. I picked Music City Roofers because I felt they were gonna be doing the best overall job and give me the best support. I paid about what I expected to pay for the roof, but I also got what I paid for. Materials and workmanship were all top-notch. Communications and follow ups before during and after the roof install were the best I’ve had. I wanna thank Kevin, Adam, Matt, Oliver and everybody else who specifically gave good support. My new roof looks great!

Extremely disappointing experience. We experienced some roof damage and leaking due to the recent storms. Called MCR due to the positive reviews online.

John came to the house to inspect the damage, but didn’t go onto the actual roof. He used a drone to assess everything and came to the conclusion that we needed an entirely new roof. When asked for an estimate of the repair work, he asked if I owned the property with my husband so that he could come back to discuss the estimate when my husband was home. When I followed up by email to tell John that I’d spoken with my husband, and we would like for him to send over an estimate for us to review, we received no response (it’s been over a week).

We’ve called another company that has come out, and 1) physically inspected the roof and attic, 2) provided a detailed proposal (doesn’t include a full roof replacement and didn’t need to have the “man of the house” present to communicate) and 3) even put in place temporary measures to reduce the ceiling leaks until they can complete all of the repairs. Highly different experience.

The Music City Roofers is fantastic. We had a terrible leak thanks to an awful contractor. Music City Roofers came in and cleaned everything up and permanently fixed our leak. We can’t recommend them enough!

It is unfortunate I cannot give a 0 for my review. I AM EXTREMELY DISPLEASED with the lack of communication and professionalism displayed by John Emrich, the so-called Outside Sales Manager at Music City Roofers. Despite promising urgent action and assistance for my damaged roof, he has continuously dodged my calls and messages, leaving me in the dark and feeling neglected. His poor communication skills are a disgrace to any position of authority. Adding insult to injury, efforts to escalate the matter to his manager, Nick, have been fruitless as he seems to be perpetually unavailable. Music City Roofers, your customer service is abysmal, and I would strongly caution anyone against using your services.

John Emrich is very unprofessional. His lack of communication and disinterest in assisting me with my roof is the main reason why I cannot recommend music city roofers. I reached out to John several times to get started on the project, but he failed to reach back out. If you’re looking for a consistent company, music city roofers do not have consistent staff at this time unfortunately.

I discovered leaks in my home and neighbors recommended I call Kayce Grossman - he came to my home THAT day. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He took photos and shared them with me. He took
time to explain thoroughly. Music City Roofers is well represented with Kayce. I look forward to working with him as we replace the roof etc.

James Richfield of Music City Roofers did an excellent job in assessing our roof damage and educating us on roofing technology. He is professional, thorough, patient and friendly. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Music City Roofers for all your roofing needs. I was particularly impressed with Daniel Bush, the Field Supervisor who worked with me every step of the way during my entire roofing project. He continuously kept in touch, addressed all my questions and concerns as soon as they arose, and interacted with my insurance company on my behalf. In addition, he was adaptable, congenial, and a great communicator. He helped make my experience of working with Music City Roofers a very positive one.

The work crew also did a great job of updating me about what was happening. When the job was finished, their cleanup efforts
were exceptional and very much appreciated.

Ryan did a thorough analysis of my faulty workmanship of a new roof shingle Installation by another contracted company, he took the time to inspect and explain everything that was wrong with this faulty Roofing company, which did a poor work and are not taking responsibility for the problems they have created and caused do to the lack of experience of this said company. Ryan, I am thanking you for your time and assistance in this matter!
Hopefully, I will get my money back for what, I paid up front for the Initial inspection, warranty, materials, man hours, and Final Inspection, and will proceed first thing to have Music City Roofers in the near future to re-shingles and correct what Integrity Roofing & Exteriors of Clarksville TN couldn’t or wouldn’t put a finger, or an effort to redo their Faulty Workmanship, which I was not happy from the start of the project to or the finish product.

Nathan was a great help to explain everything to us and working with our ins when they did the inspection! We didn’t feel rushed to make a decision and were given a very clear plan of the process!

Tyler McManus did a great job explaining what the music city team would do and what they would do differently than other organizations I received quotes from. He made everything visible and the quote was very transparent!

I give them a five-star rating because they have good communication the guy I talked to and the guy who came out to meet me at my house his name is Tyler really nice guy will really work with you and I really like how he took the time to explain everything I needed to know in detail I would recommend him to anyone that needs roof work this is the place to contact I promise you won't regret it

Kayce really went above and beyond to inspect our roof for any sort of suspicious leaks or damage after a thunderstorm. He left us with peace of mind and a game plan moving forward. Highly recommend!

They are amazing! After having several roofing companies to come to our house, they were the only company that found all the problem areas after several bad storms. They really helped is a lot! Took good care of us and helped us a ton! They coordinated really well with the insurance adjuster too! It was our first time getting a new roof and we coolant have been happier! Our roof had been great and we’ve had zero issues since then! Our home is smaller, but they treated us the same as a bigger job. It’s hard to find people who care about your home and provide the service they do. Super responsive and stay in communication. They have integrity and keep their word! Highly recommend them!

I needed a roof inspection after a hailstorm last year and Kayce and Music City Roofers did great work for me in making sure I was set up. I was really surprised that you could get a roofing inspection that quickly and for free. Everyone I worked with was both knowledgeable and polite. Would 100% return to them the next time I need roof work done.

I had a friend use Music City Roofers with a few hiccups (the salesman who took his money left the company, and he got lost in the shuffle), but he was eventually happy with the outcome, so I thought I’d give it a try. I was working with an associate named Tim Mlynarski for over a year trying to get my roof covered by my insurance company. I had submitted a video to my insurance company, and when I head a negative response from the insurance, Tim ghosted me. I called, and texted Tim multiple times over two weeks, and even emailed and called the company directly with no response from either. What a waist of time. After working with another roofing company, I found out Tim had made a mistake when contacting the insurance company which cost me the insurance coverage. I understand we are all human, and make mistakes, but at least let me know! This is the type of behavior that gives roofers a bad name. 0/10 would not recommend.

The experience was well above expectations and an absolute pleasure, thanks to Kevin and Jeff. I look forward to continuing to work with Music City Roofers to fix all the weather and hail damage and the leaks and other complications it caused.

Music City Roofers and Joey Friedl evaluated our roof after a hail storm and saw obvious damage. We set a claim, but our home insurance company denied our claim and refused to pay for repairs to our roof. Joey really helped us and recommended that we get a public adjuster who fought for us and won!! Joey and Music City Roofers have done great work for us in the past and fought for us now. Thank you.

Music City Roofer are part of our HOA roof, gutters and siding maintenance. We contacted Kyle, the production manager about some problems we had as new residents. He sent his repairman the next day. He was courteous and attentive to our problems. He made the repairs to our roof and gutters and took pictures of other repairs he noticed and logged them into the system for repair. I highly recommend Music City Roofers.

My project was ultimately cancelled after a disagreement with insurance re:code repairs on my roof.. I have reached out and spoken with Caitlyn the receptionist numerous occasions. I cannot receive a straight answer when my deposit will be returned. I also can never get ahold
of anyone besides the receptionist, even when I ask to be forwarded to someone. Buyer Beware. I am still waiting for someone to give me an ETA on my deposit being returned. This has turned into a nightmare. Do not recommend.

UPDATE: Chrissie with customer service reached out to me and was able to provide resolution to this matter. I have received my refund. Thank you Chrissie for your diligence.

These guys did a really great job. My sales person Joey Fridell worked tirelessly to get me the maximum amount of reimbursement for my insurance company for the hail damage I had. The quality of the work was excellent, and the time was mostly affected by whether as is always the c with roofing jobs. I had my gutters replaced as well as a lot of siding work done and my chimney cap custom made and replaced. The quality of the work is excellent. I couldn't recommend Joey Fridell any stronger and if you're lucky you'll get him as your sales person.

Jeff and Adam at Music City Roofers were wonderful to work with! They got us scheduled and the work completed quickly. They documented thoroughly before, during, and after on the section of the roof affected. They also collaborated with a plumber of our choosing to fix a pipe as well. Would use again if needed and recommend to all! Thanks Jeff & Adam for making this a relatively painless process!!

Tim was incredible. Everything was fast, detailed, and we didn't have to deal with our Insurance hardly at all. They did a great job. Highly recommend.

Customer service and the quality of their work is horrible. My neighbor was having their roof done by Music City Roofers so I asked MRC to get me a quote on my chimney cap. If I would have known what I know now I would have stayed away. My neighbor's experience with MCR, which he was told would be a 2 day job, has turned into over 5 months and they still aren't done. Regardless, I will let my neighbor do a review for his horrible situation. For me the sale's guy, Ryan, who never really measured properly and I should have known then as warning bells were going off in my head, that this may not be the best company for the job, gave me a quote and stated it would be 2 to 3 weeks to allow for custom fabrication. I was fine with that, well 3 weeks later I got a call from a supervisor, Kyle, stating they need to measure again as they "measure twice and cut once." He scheduled someone to come to the house, but they didn't show. Then a week later some random guy shows up, and asks to measure I obliged. Then a week later another guy showed up to measure and I told him it has been measured twice already, but he measures again anyway. Another week goes by and another guy knocks on my door and says he needs to measure, if you have lost track...that is 4 times they have measured. At this point we are 6 weeks into a 3 week job. It took a lot of back-and-forth phone calls to get someone finally scheduled to come out and do the work. After he left I looked at the job and immediately questioned it, as it looked off. The chimney cap was not overlapping the brick on one side as required. It was sitting on top of the brick. You would think after it was measured 4 times that it would be correct. I called MCR and asked that a supervisor come to my house to view the job with me as I had some questions. To date….I have called about 10 times as well as text them trying to get a supervisor to come out. I have booked 2 appointments with Kyle and both times he was a no-call, no-show. Jump to today, January 25, 2025 and I am still waiting for him. I have refused to pay the remaining $833 of the job due to this. You would think that would motivate them to complete this job, but apparently not. I am now going on over 5 months for a 3 week job. I refuse to call them again. I have done my due diligence and gotten nowhere. If they want their money they will have to contact me, actually show up, and complete the job. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Although the job was eventually completed, I believe the quicker resolution was a direct result of my original review. After posting it, Chrissy, the service manager, reached out with an apology and a solution, which she ensured was followed through on. She contacted Kyle, who then got in touch with me to address the issue. The technician who originally installed the chimney cap also returned to inspect the job. While he made unnecessary comments about how many jobs he's completed with no complaints and seemed offended that I questioned his workmanship, he did provide pictures to show that the installation was correct.

As a homeowner paying for a service, I refuse to accept a job as complete if I see something I feel is incorrect or if I have questions. I’m paying for a service, and until I feel it’s right, I will—and do—ask questions and point out potential issues. That is my right as a customer paying for the job to be correctly installed.

While I’m happy that the situation was eventually resolved, I’m leaving this update instead of replacing my original review, as the improvement in service only seemed to come after my review was posted.

Music City Roofers replaced our roof after hail damage.
Kevin did a great job walking us through the insurance claim process and work was completed in 2 days.
We opted for additional ice dam protection and metal covers over the bathroom vent pipe protrusions. The previous vent caps failed resulting in leaks inside the house.
Cleanup was very well performed.

What a relief to work with a company who makes situations like storm damage a relatively easy problem to solve. Just go local, people, these guys actually care about getting the job done. Some of the employees turned out to be our neighbors, so it made us feel more secure about the integrity of the people working on our home.

Shoutout to Anthony for being so aggressive in getting this started and pushed to the finish line. The whole team was great to work with, and we are incredibly happy with the results. Kevin Ditty is amazingly knowledgeable from years of personal and professional experience installing roofs of many types (standing seam, shingles, etc) and geographic areas. He helped educate me, work with the insurance company and installing crew. Throughout the process he consistently was professional, well informed, and pleasant to work with. Kevin is the man! Daniel Bush is skilled, competent, and employs a wonderful, hardworking team. Both he and his team are very trustworthy. Daniel found issues with the roof that got overlooked by the home inspector. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during the entire process from start to finish. He came out to our home on multiple occasions and took the time to talk through the project, make recommendations and discuss expectations. He never pressured us into anything, but wanted to make sure that we felt good about each decision. Kevin was great to work with and I would recommend Music City Roofers for a positive and quality experience!

Music City Roofers did an awesome job replacing my shingles. My new roof looks great. Tyler was so nice and listened to all my concerns about my roof. I recommend Music City Roofers to anyone who needs a new roof.

Richard was so helpful from day one! He helped us with everything from color selections to Insurance dealings. He got my insurance provider to cover way more than they initially would have with his industry knowledge. Definitely recommend him and his company!

Richard Riggs at Music City Roofers was a pleasure to work with. He was patient in answering our questions and explained the process in great details. Definitely would recommend these guys. Also, I was very pleased with the outcome of our roof. Brandon the project manager was on site to make sure everything went a smoothly and was attentive to any questions or concerns I may have.

So I've deleted my original review, since it very much needed updating. We had MCR do our roof 6 months ago amd they did an amazing job. A couple days ago, we had a massive tree fall on our house and destroy that brand new roof. I texted my contact at MCR, Kayce, asking about scheduling for a NEW new roof, and he was there at 6 am the next day with tarps, gloves, and an insane can do attitude. He was the first one in. Last one out. He took hundreds of photos for insurance, he helped clean up sticks as the tree crew crane the tree off the roof. Then he and amd Rene sheeted and tarped the roof for us. I cannot put into words how above and beyond he went. I am still so lost in the process of how to fix our house, but I am NOT lost about who to trust with our roof. Thank you, kayce. You made a terrible situation so much better.

Pete at Music City Roofing was phenomenal. I needed a roof evaluation after a storm and spoke with several roofing companies. Of the reps I spoke with, I found Pete to be the most trustworthy. He did not oversell what was needed or pressure me into submitting a claim. He explained the situation and helped me with my claim. Pete is a great communicator, informative, friendly, reliable and honest.

The claim was quickly approved. Because of continued bad weather, it took a while to begin the installation. But as soon as the rains stopped, MCR got started on the new roof. It's a large roof, but they finished in a day and a half which was very fast. They cleaned up very well. Pete made sure all went well.

Our roof looks great and we were very satisfied with MCR.

Joey came over today to inspect my roof after the recent storms. He assured me that the roof Music City Roofers installed in August 2023 was still in excellent condition and there was no damage. He said that the roof over my sleeping porch (which MCR also replaced) was not collecting any water. Joey was extremely courteous and I have been impressed with everyone from MCR!

I had a fantastic experience with Music City Roofers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair or replacement. After a recent storm, I found a shingle in my yard and called my insurance company for a recommendation. Their first suggestion was to call Music City Roofers, and I'm so glad they did! Tom Wyrick came out to my home and did a free roof inspection. He found damage in several areas, and he worked closely with the insurance adjuster from beginning to end.

Even though MCR came highly recommended, I did my homework in interviewing several other companies. However, they couldn't compete with MCR's 50-year labor warranty, which no other company offers. (Other companies provide the manufacturer warranty for the shingles but not the labor). The warranty, along with Tom's responsiveness and professionalism, convinced me they were the best company for my job.

Before the day of the install, I sent specific instructions for the crew. My HOA is extremely particular, and the houses in my neighborhood have very small yards. MCR was diligent to follow all instructions and they went above and beyond to protect my property and my neighbor's new landscaping. My full roof replacement was a seamless process, and I'm thrilled with the results.

Music City Roofers helped me to file a claim in July 2021. The claim was denied by my insurance company but Music City Roofers advised me to keep a watch out for future damage. Fast forward to March 2022. Music City Roofers assisted me in filing another claim and this time it was approved by my insurance company. Music City Roofers' employees were very helpful and professional. They completed the job earlier than expected and they worked with me to change the color of my gutters to match my roof. I will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Music City Roofers!

I called to have my roof inspected due to the last few storms that we’ve had. Kevin beat me to my house and started the inspection while I was in route. Once I made it home, he explained what he found and recommended gutter guards. Thankfully there was no roof damage. Music City will always get my business and I will refer them to family and friends!! They never disappoint!!
